Online scheduler booked an appt for me but when i got there they didnt have me in the system even though i had a confirmation #
Staff is courteous and the service center took care of my vehicle as scheduled.
If you have an appointment then you should not have to wait hours to have your car serviced. Whats the point of making an appointment, then?

Fast and informative
For the past few weeks my car has not been running well. Took it to Madza of Valley Stream service center for diagnosis and repair. Was greeted immediately by Will Murphy. This is during the high time of the COVID-19 pandemic, and hearing that your clutch is basically destroyed and you need a new one isnt a great feeling to have in a time of financial hardship for everyone.Thankfully, Will made this all a much easier experience. He showed extreme professionalism and his demeanor was very respectful, courteous, and sympathetic. I was really blow away by his customer service. My car was fixed up in a very short time and drives great. 5 stars.
Sales staff has no idea what they are doing, and give the customer insulting offers. The sales manager Kevin Persaud will not answer phone calls, wont call you back after leaving voicemails, and he along with the sales staff will try to take advantage of you. Took me 2 days of calling over and over to get a sales person to even talk to me. First day I was ignored, and second day I was given a run around. They wanted to give me $2,000 less than what the trade in value for my car was, and were asking $2,000 more than what KBB said the car I wanted was worth. Take your business to a dealership that cares, that wont ignore you, and that wants your business!! Clearly I just wasnt good enough for them. If I could give them 0.1 stars I would. Worst dealer experience ever.

Vehicle was serviced as part of a used car purchase and was left with 3/4 of a quart short of oil. The valves started tapping 2 weeks later which was resolved by adding oil to the recommenced level. My bad I should have checked sooner. I am not going back again.
