Joel was incredible, I called and he was able to get me in right then and there (I live really close). I needed an oil change and I was in and out very quickly. The service here is so prompt and friendly. They made everything easy to understand. As a female, I get nervous to go to auto repair shops on my own because I don’t want to get scammed, and this place is a genuine shop! Joel made the experience so stress free. Ask for Joel!!!

I’ve come here before and it’s never been my favorite place, but it’s close to home and they work fast. This past time that I came, yesterday, I experienced terrible service. My oil change was still done very quickly, but the gentleman in the front, I believe I heard his name was Jim, was incredibly rude. It started when I had asked about a Groupon. I wasn’t interested in purchasing other things he had to offer and told him no thank you kindly about everything he kept pushing on me. I’m sorry I choose not to spend thousands of dollars on a car that is worth probably $1,000. I am just keeping up with routine maintenance. I had asked if they could check on something I was informed to fix at another repair place, not a diagnostic check, just glance while they are changing the oil. I was told there was a problem with the tubing that can be seen by the naked eye. In the end when I asked about it, he proceeded to tell me that I would need to get a diagnostic check, so they basically didn’t even look at it. A lady came in while I was waiting that was buying the works, so naturally when it was my turn to pay he didn’t even pay attention to me since I wasn’t getting anything extra done. He made a rude and snarky comment to me when I was paying and leaving and I regret not telling him something back. I will not be returning to this place, terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service! Rainy day going to work got a flat tire, manage to pull into this place for help. The old grouchy guy in the counter told me they couldnt repair the flat because the nail was too close to the wall of the tire. I asked if he can put the spare tire to be able to get to work, he refused unless I signed a contract I was going to buy a new tire from him....which he did not have in store and was going to take 4 days for delivery! Zero on attitude and business conduct! Sir, you get business by helping people not by forcing them!

Excellent and speedy service!

Not a professional place at all. I took my car there for a wheel alignment. 1st they said my car couldnt be done because something was wrong with it, then they came back and said it wasnt my car it was their computer making the mistake. The owner and one of the workers kept bickering and arguing the whole time I was there. All that, and my car still isnt completely fixed. So I have to take it back to them AGAIN!!! So disappointed!!!

This shop is the perfect place for an alignment and people that work there are very nice friendly and very helpful. I got the 1 year alignment plan it gives me a peace of mind especially because i go off-roading alot.

Worse experience ever. The African American who did my oil change spilled oil all over my engine without telling me and over filled my oil way past the full line. I live 40 minutes away and all they did was offer for me to come so they can look at. They don’t care about the gas it will take to go back and forth and the time. I’m going to report these people. He said it’s a human error which I understand but the guy just didn’t tell me I had to drive my car and see the smoke from all the oil he spilled.

Very slow service. Checked the oil level after the oil had settled, found it about a quart low. No leaks. Hopefully youll have a better expefience. I wont go back.

We got a blow out on the freeway on Sunday at 3:00. Called Ron at 3:55. He was getting ready to close, but stayed late to help us. Service was excellent. Ron and his staff were most professional and helpful. I highly recommend this business.

I went in for an alignment hoping it would be simple and quick after waiting for about 2 hours they tell me they could not adjust one of the tie rod end and it was seized . To replace one end and labor w/alignment they wanted close to 300$. I pretended to not know what a tie rod was, I asked what the problem was and what needed to be replaced they kept telling me it was the track bar after showing me what they “couldn’t “ loosen obviously they pointed out a tie rod end and not the track bar.Not a good sign, paid 25$ for wasting my time. Go somewhere else.

I feel like family every time I visit Sunland. I am treated well. Ron and John and the mechanics are always friendly and professional. I received quality service on my truck. I am a happy customer.

Great group of people, Im on a budget and my car is slowly falling apart, they helped me prioritize what needs to be fixed, give you straight answers, they also point out anything that might be in issue. Definitely will be back to get my radiator fixed next.

Where to begin? Crooks! Came in after paying for tire mounting through Amazon for $50. Ended up leaving paying an extra about $180. Their mechanic broke one of my electronic tire pressure sensors, so they said its an easy fix they will go ahead and order it for me. Before it got to that point they said oh drive for 11 miles and your sensor will reset if not just bring it back we will check it for you. It did not reset, so I brought it back. The mechanic said oh I found your sensor on the ground after you left, Ill go ahead and install it for you. Then he comes back and said oh all the internal of the sensor fell out, its not gonna work we will order you another one. So they did, and I came back had them install it when they decided to charge me for the part! The part they broke! Will never go back. They gouged my dad for their mistake that same day as well. They are dirty thieves.

These guys are lifesavers!! Nowadays it is nearly impossible to come across good customer service, however the guys at Sunland Tire Co., especially John, went above and beyond their normal daily duties to help me out and I could not be more pleased, Their positive environment coupled with their fantastic service made this experience well worth it! I am not one who normally writes reviews, however I feel that these guys need the well deserved recognition and I highly recommend you use them whenever your car is in need of service!

Really great place, went to do a oil change for my car through the Groupon deal, the deal didnt cover what i needed but the guy there was really nice about explaining everything and how it works it only costed me a little extra but was done quickly and were honest about pricing, i highly recommend calling the shop first to see if the Groupon is the best option for you though

Sunland is the best place to go in the Inland Empire. Usually a $20 diagnostic and fair labor. I have been three times last year and never had a problem. I was also given a free oil change. GO TO SUNLAND!

IF YOULIKE GETTING MILKED FOR YOUR MONEY, THIS IS THE PLACE. I dont like the brake adjustment they offer you and charge you 100$ for,. I specifically asked for my left rear tire ti be patched and they patched a front tire that supposedly had a nail in it so I had to come back a week later and get my left rear tire patched thinking they just did a bad job in it and got charged twice for patching a tire with no discount offer or any compensation for the bad communication that had happened. Never coming back here. 30$ for a patch of tire compared to refular 20$ in other shops. Its been hard for me to find a trust worthy mechanic and doesnt charge you or offer 150$ break adjustment forthem just to spray wd40 on the brakes. Be careful on their offers.

This is the second time i take my van to get the alignment and 2 out of 3 times they have left the floor mats full of greese. And the door panels and the arm rest. Really dirty. Very unproffesional. I talk to the owner he said. WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO... i guess buying paper floor mats and gloves for their workers is out of the question.

Made an appointment for oil change that I pre paid for on groupon. Showed up on time . Said its gonna be a few hours because they used up all the open bays for walk in . Thats normal practice for them. Im am aircraft mechanic, an oil change takes 15 min. These guys suck.

Sunland Tire always take very good care of me when I go there prices are always reasonable and the service is great I was just there and Pete to extremely good care of me.

Horrible took it in for squeal and they came back with over 800 worth if issues. I took to another mechainic and EVERYTHING they said was wrong BESIDES the tensioner was WRONG sooo wrong. The water pump is less than 5 months old, thermostat is good, and I honestly am upset that my car smells as if its burning on my driver side it NEVER had that before they touched it. My alarm that i just paid 250 for DOESNT work! When it was brought to attention i was given attitude so i left.

I overheard a situation between a customer and the owner and it was the most unprofessional conversation I have ever heard. Hector was the guys name. He was very rude and unaccomidating. Very disappointed in the way this company handles situations.

I took time out of work to drop my truck off to have tires mounted on which was set up days before but when I get there they had no idea what they were doing and it took them an hour to tell me they cant mount big tires when they knew the size days before but didnt bother telling me they cant even do them. A tire shop that cant mount 22in tires!

This is actually the second time I went here. The first time I went here was because I went to Pepboys before. I called pepboys the other day to set a appointment to have a alignment on my 2007 Suzuki Forenza. So they said to come in the next day at 8am, so I did. when that day came I woke up very early showed up at the pepboys and said ready for the alignment. the guy looked at me like he didnt know what I was talking about. he said the guy that does the alignment is not there when I seen 5 other people walking around. I told him I didnt wake up this early for nothing, so I left.After I left pepboys, I seen Sunland Auto Repair right across the street so I drove over there and they got started right away on my alignment and was done very quick. they do a great job and even checked my tire pressure since my tires have a low air warning.-Now I went over there and gave them the code when my check engine light was coming on. I told them the code I got from a friend, so they looked on their computer to tell me what was wrong and the part I needed. I asked for them to order it and then in two days (minus one day to order the part then they called me when the wrong part was ordered and told me to come in the next day), and now the car runs very good and smooth.im going there again to get the new Firestone Turanza for a smoother ride...thanks Sunland for being very honest and giving the best in service!

Ken really good at customer service even though completely slammed, Cameron and Luis did a great job at diagnosing the trouble, found other small concerns and fixed them at a fair price, completely transparent could watch all the work being done and they were friendly about it, best part was in and out inside of 3 hours even though we had to get parts brought over to get the job done!!

Oil change..this is the 2nd time I came, both for oil change. This time it took about an hour to finish, twice the amount of time the first time I came with the same job.

When I moved to Upland, they offered my a welcome free oil change coupon so I went first thing in the morning and they tried to sell me a bunch of work for my vehicle which I refused.They kept my vehicle the whole day just for an oil change.
