Ever since they change owners the service has gone down hill. They barley even clean the inside of your car, they need to fix their car wash machine. It left scratches on my new car when I called the manager he was rude and said “ Not my problem “. They didn’t even vacuum or wipe down inside my car and no air freshener. When I notified management of this he said I can bring my car back to have it fixed. It was suppose to be washed CORRECTLY the first time. Go Anywhere else !

I absolutely love coming here. They always do such an amazing job on my car when I bring it in. They really pay attention to detail, and you get a great clean for the price. I Will be a regular here for sure.

When I spend $250 on a detail, I expect to get what I paid for. Dropped my car off around 930 and was told it should be done in 3 hours, well call you. Called at 245, kept being put on hold just to be told they would call me back. At 3 I was called to be told my car was ready. It looks like it couldve used another 6 hrs at their pace! Wax left all over, paint looks like it was burned, didnt bother to try and clean in the wheels, dirt still in the side scoops, and cracks on the spoiler! I have been here before for mini details and washes, but this was my first detail here, and my last visit! I know my car was very dirty when it was brought in, but thats why I brought it FOR A DETAIL!!! $290 well spent to find out Ill never be taking my car back here! Thats what I get for trying to use a local place.

Refused to wash our truck because we had a tow package on it.

Stumbled up on this gem and it just happened to be Ladies Day! I got $3 off of the car wash. The guys did not do a good job of vacuuming the inside. They didnt even empty the ashtray. Not sure if I will go back!

Brought my car in to get a wash and carpet and seat shampooing. When I got home I realized that there was a few problems with my car. First I noticed that the windows werent properly cleaned, also my tint started to lift from my back windows, and my cigarette lighter stopped working. I called the same day and spoke with a lady who told me to come on the following day, when I came in I spoke with Anthony who was very helpful. He told me the manager will be in the next day and he will be able to help solve all my problems. I came in the morning time when the manager was in and he was very unprofessional. He told me that all items that are left in the car are not there responsibility if broken or lost that there is a sign that saids that when entering the wash. He also said that if a customer leaves a $100 bill in the car that it is not on them if it is missing. Yeah that is really not what I wanted to hear. I paid a $130 for a cheap wash and interior cleaning that could have been better. I asked to get my money back for the horrible job and he told me no, all I can do for you is give you a basic wash($25) just to clean your windows and vacuum Ive came to this place in the past never had this before, once Ive learned its new ownership I will never come back.

Ive been going to this car wash and lube center for over 15 years now. I live in South Ontario after moving from Upland and still go back here, a 20 minute drive. Ive had everything done from a regular car wash to a complete detail, to brakes, oil changes, fuel injection services, transmission services and just about every service they offer. In all this time, I have never had a problem with any of the services they provided. Their mechanics are helpful and friendly, always explaining in detail what needs to be done and what they did. Theyll show me how dirty my air filter is and why I need to replace it. Theyll show me how low my brakes are and why I need to replace them. Just ask, theyll show you too. To the people that say they dont replace things, thats ridiculous! I see it all the time, you just need to ask or be present for them to ask you if you want to see what theyre doing to your car. Theyre so much more helpful than ANY dealership Ive gone to where I feel like just another number in a long line of customers. Here you feel important. A couple of weeks ago I just had my daughters cars radiator replaced by them along with several other services, so I know they do a good job!

This place is s4i7!!! Worst place to get a car wash, I pad more than 40 bucks do get a decent wash and they didn’t even do that, it only took them 5 mins and seems like they didn’t even touch anything I highly will not recommend bringing your car at this place, by far the worst ever!

Mountain View Car Wash does a pretty good job at cleaning your car. Usually the waits arent to long.

Paid for the $9.00 clean.... did nothing for the tires, windows all spotted with water, the hood is not even clean!! I complained to the supervisor, and nothing!!!! Left a complaint with owner, so far nothing!! Unless you have money to throw around, do NOT go here!!! Im on SS retirement and took a chance on them this morning.... could have done a better job myself with cold water and soap!!! Sooooo dissatisfied in their service!!! Thats $9 Ill never see again!!

Im not happy with the wash I received today. I spent 45 for the wash and wax. When I was driving home I noticed that 5 of my windows had water spots and one window had dirt. Both of my mirrors were dirty and had water spots as well. Then on the passenger door there was some dirt.. I dont understand how that can be if they waxed it? Over all I am very disappointed!!! Will call them tomorrow. If Im not happy with what they say? Ill dispute my charge.

I will never come back to this place! I paid for the PLATINUM car wash and the exterior was still dirty when it was done. And the interior was even worse. They didn’t wipe down down my dashboard fully and the front windshield was all smeared. And they didn’t even touch my center counsel or cup holders. It was the worst car wash I’ve ever had.

This review is to mitigate the previous review by Kimberly Sandoval.I had my car washed there too, and she had a picture of a credit card on her phone and tried to pay with that picture. The manager rightly refused that as viable payment. She somehow got cash and left. This lady never mentioned Apple Pay, and the credit card was her Dads because she didnt have her own $$.The older blond lady was nothing but kind and helpful, and the owner was professional and respectful.This business is staffed by hard-working, good people and frankly should be known for their honest and ethical business practices.

I took my car so it could get a really nice clean I thought they would do a really good job. First the guy didnt really explain anything to me and then after a while I asked if it was done and they told me it was. I got in and nothing was clean. Nothing at all i told them and they just clean the area i told them was dirty. Dont spend your money here do it yourself or take it somewhere else because they will not clean anything they didnt even wash the outside of my car. You can tell they didnt even touch it. I couldnt tell them anything since I was in a hurry.Just dont come here really bad service.

$23.00 didnt clean the inside of the car.. a gas station drive through is all it is.. I showed the guy it wasnt clean & he walked away.. horrible.. makes sense the place was empty.. dont waste your money..

I ( a women with no car knowledge) always came here for an oil change and a car wash. Till one time they suggested a tune up and replacement of my fuel injectors and change of transmission fluid. I got the work done. The day after my car started giving me problems, which my car has never had any problems. I took my car back and told them, the guy took my car for a drive ( without me in it) I noticed when he backed out my car jolted like it has been since I took it to them. He denied everything and said it was fine. I paid around 1000$ total to find out when I took my car to a real mechanic that noting which I paid for was done! And he showed me. EVERYTHING except the oil change and transmission fluid was changed ! I requested my spark plugs changed, my air filter, my major work of replacing the fuel injectors. My fuel injectors were never changed just cleaned, but I paid for them to be changed. And my air filter which I paid for still the old one. My spark plugs still the old one! The managed to loosen my starter cable however. DONT EVER GET MORE THAN A CAR WASH THEY WILL ROB YOU AND F**K UP YOU CAR!!!!

I go to this car wash because its close to my house and Mimis is right there. They are very pushy in the selling of there wash packages. There attitude is they are doing me a favor. One time when the car came out of the wash my back tire was very low. I told the Manager. We had a discussion that the tire was fine when I came in. He would not pug and insisted they did nothing wrong and it was not there fault. So I accepted this. They changed my tire for the spare. The manager is ready to fight about anything without just listening. So I would not go back for about a year. I need my carpet shampooed and I dont trust them to do a good job. Years ago I had my carpet shampooed on another car and the carpet shrunk. I give them a thumbs down so I need to go to a car wash further from my house.

This is the place where I take our car for a quick wash, I usually go in the morning when is less people, after 10 wash they give you one for free. The service is good, I mean the car wont be super extra clean but they do their best.

Has changed ownership, dont provide air fresheners anymore. Everything is ala cart. Came to get automobile washed and found jewelry and clothing for sale. Sorry they have lost my business.

For $25 they will do a complete hand wash. This is the cheapest prices car wash I’ve found. Not only that, they probably do the best work.

Thats the worst place I been. I only sat down for 4 minutes and he said he was done wiping my car. He forgot to wipe my windows he forgot to wipe my dash and interior doors he didnt even wipe my car right. I had to tell him like Im his daddy. I got the gold wash its more like the mud wash. I spent $27.26 for a few minutes through the wash and 4 minutes for wiping an vacuum. Who the hell gets paid $27.26 for about 9 minutes. Ill never go back to that place again. 6 years ago their good thats the last time Ive been there. Thats a 4 thumbs down.

Every time I go all employees are very knowledgeable on how to wash your car they will go the extra mile to remove small scratches without incurring on extra charges

I am very disappointed. I have been coming here for over 11 years and Ive never had this quality of service. Took my Jeep into have a full detail $220 to clean inside and out, wash wax etc. The whole caboodle. Upon picking up my car it isnt even clean. The rims are dirty, theres water spots running down the windows, the Jeep emblems arent cleaned, theres water spots and Bug splatter still on the body and theyre still dirt in the middle of the roof on top of my Jeep. Went in and asked to talk to AJ. He was the one I initially talked to about the detail. Then then I was sent to Jesse who is the detail manager completely rude. The general manager was also standing around the car looking at it didnt even say who he was I had to ask if he was a manager, he said he was the general manager his name was Brandon. Continue to tell him how disappointed I was with the detail and I have never had this quality of service in my life. He didnt care nor did he apologize. All I got out of him was a we do the best that we can, we do the best that we can! What the hell does that mean. Then he proceeded to tell me to go ahead and call him tomorrow and speak with the owner. I asked him for a partial refund and he denied. Absolutely ridiculous at the service that I received.

Very polite, and clearly spent time on making my car look good. I had a stain on my upholstery that I couldnt get rid of, now I cant even tell it was there.

This car wash is just alright. I got the basic wash, but it didnt get my car clean. It left a a dirty streak on the windshield that should have come off. Better luck next time I guess.

Made my car look like I just pulled it out the lot!! Got some greasy stuff I couldnt get off the roof, plus the they cleaned the wheel well that was covered in thick mud.

One, it sucks how they dont put the air freshner for you. The lady up front just gives you one air freshner wafer. Also, I feel they rush to get the car cleaned. I expect them to take their time if Im paying more than $25.

I will never go here again. I paid for a clay wash and wax on my vehicle..they clay washed it but did not wax it. Did a half job. When I complained they had the employee come he argued with me about how much time he spent on it when it was clearly obvious that wax was not present on the vehicle! Absolute waste of money. I overpaid for the service I received. I will never go back or recommend this place.

One of the worst car wash i ever been, first the guy who supposed take your car he wasn’t welcome me at all, and he was frustrating when i was asking about the services.The price is high was 16.99 compare with the service, vacuuming was very bad i still have dirts under the mats, the cloth they use to wipe your window its not clean and make the glass foggy, they should use some spray for windows.

Dont take your car to this place your car will be even dirtier and the sad part is that they dont care😞😞😞

I wash my car and I paid for the gold package and it comes with rainbow wax and someother extra things but when I was looking at my car been wash none of the things that said in the package were done, so they took it back ok may be they made a mistake, I came later on with a different car and again I paid for the gold package and again nothing was put in, so be aware of what you paid for because they dont do it, make sure to check your car while is been wash.

Crashes cars by leaving them unattended on the track and then does not provide insurance information. They claim only the manager can but the manager is never there. Going on one month asking for it. This is borderline criminal.

Worst customer service, manager started yelling at me . Wouldnt let me pay for my services that were done to my car . Both cashier (blonde older lady) and manager were being misunderstanding . Saying I was wrong on how I wanted to pay with Apple Pay when they ACCEPT APPLE PAY!

Really? Regular conventional oil change $64. Extra for the oil filter. BS...Go to SPOILED oil change in Moreno valley. Same oil change for 29.99.
