I love coming to this location. I like getting my tags here as opposed to going to the DMV. Great, friendly service. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. Clearly, this staff did not care about providing good customer service. Im still trying to figure out where the rest of my paperwork could posdibly be in that office. The staff appeared to be completely disinterested and just waiting to be off work. They seemed totally bored by customers and seemed extremely ready to just close up shop and head on out.I am still trying to figure out where all of the paperwork I brought in for them to review just disappeared. The representatives supposedly working on my case took off (who knows where?) with all of my paperwork that I brought in for assistance in resolving the issue at hand. I will certainly never bring anything into that office again!My entire experience in the Upland AAA office was horrible and disastrous! I cannot believe all that happened to me there - AND- there has been no follow up to assist in correcting the problem. Wont go there again!Thanks for the help! AAA - Upland! NOT!

Frustrating when they have 6 people waiting in the lobby for the DMV area and the 1 of the 2 cashiers decides to go on break at 10:20am. You just opened at 9am? Really ? Then the systems go down 10 minutes later and everyone is left waiting. Awesome!!

After a horrible experience at the Rancho Cucamonga AAA office. This location will be my go to from now on. I feel pretty bad not remembering the young ladies name that helped my daughter and I. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and completely satisfied with her service.

What happened to just waiting in line?you have to sign in and wait or come back and alot of people dont come back so there calling all of the names of people that arent even there🤷

Unfortunately, every time I reach out to AAAs customer service I am given misleading information. I am advised to walk into a field office and be assisted. Once I arrive the person or persons at the counter are negative and the transaction cannot be performed.. These people are always providing erroneous data. This service is only good for towtruck service and insurance. I would rather take my chances at the DMV. Sad, but true.

Sara straight up lied and said we dont handle salvage titles when I just looked it up and it said from aaa itself that they handle salvage titles wasted my time.

My experience was amazing I was greeted with such kindness from the moment I arrived. Person who assisted me with my recently purchased Vehicles registration I believe she said they called her Joe or Joel is one of the most compassionate and lovely persons Ive met in quite a long time thank you great location great staff. Also cool complying with all CDC required regulations at this time.

I cant believe I havent been here sooner. Place was completely empty and was able to title transfer on 2 cars and pays tags on 1 all in under 10mins. This wouldve been an ordeal at the DMV office. Not to mention the people at AAA are much much nicer and pleasant to deal with :)

Had to transfer personalized plates from my old car to my new one. Took both sets of plates in and was out super fast. Way better than DMV. Staff is so nice. Gave me my new tag too.

Tempus (the employee) who assisted my husband and I was clear, helpful, cheerful, and efficient. I only regret not getting the welcoming employee at the doors name as she was friendly and helpful as well. I completed two transactions very quickly.

The worst customer service! Between the rude teller Caryn and the high off her power branch manager Jessica they make it easy to NOT recommend them! They interrupt you while you talk and dont listen just keep repeating what they want to say. Go to any other branch but this one!

I’ve been here twice now and both times I was given false information about their DMV services. Both times I had to go to the DMV to do what AAA is supposed do. Both times that I was there I was helped out by the same person and both occasions shes given me the wrong information. To her defense she seems like a new hire. Regardless of the fact this Office lacks customer service. I called another AAA location and said they where able to help me but unfortunately for me it was just too much out of my way. So I came to my local dmv to which my surprise only lasted an hour to take care of my situation.

I just love the people I have dealt with there. I have used the same AAA in Upland for more then 15 years and I drive 20 minutes from my house just to be serviced by them.

It was the fastest Id ever been able to take care of paying my insurance and tags. I would definitely recommend this location to others. :)

The agent was able to consult with a travel agent inside to get me info on going to Hawaii during Covid.

They have gone about re-opening inside services the RIGHT way, to protect employees and customers against COVID-19. Socially distanced line outside, manned by employees. Limited access inside, masks required... Only a few separated stations open with acrylic shields in place between customer and employee. Individually wrapped pens to sign documents. Excellent job Upland AAA!

They are working hard to give the best service at these times of change

THE RUDEST location I have dealt with. Once was in person with the manager of all people and once was over the phone with an insurance associate. How the hell can these people be lacking in customer service when that is their EXACT JOB!!! If anyone from AAAs corporate management wants to contact me, feel free to. Ill give you all the info that youll need to hopefully correct these people.

We book some rooms, flights for July And now AAA is trying to take it vantage do to this covid 19 saying that they’re Not able to refund us our money for hotel stay in Cabo’s Going to give us a voucher. Getting reimbursement just the flight doesn’t make sense. They are full of it and they can shove their voucher I’ve been a long-time AAA customer it’s sad if they don’t fix this ASAP and give me a full refund on everything. taking advantage of people during the COVID-19 is not right, not only that Mexico is quarantined right now if you fly in there you have to stay 14 days. The gentleman Mazin which is in travel has not been very helpful either. Just giving us the runaround never even gave me any paperwork or confirmation of anything I was going with a group of around 12 couples. Maybe the news needs to hear about this one.
