Always ask for Chris. They make me.feel like family here. I have 4 cars and all of them come here for the excellent service, fast and efficient.

Came in to get a flat tire plugged, they did great with that for $25. They also cloned one valve sensors ID to another, so the tire indicator error light turned on. They offered to fix that problem for $100 more, claiming they didnt cause it.

Could not recommend Johnny and his team more highly. On the road 3000 miles from home Ive been taken advantage of before so Im always cautious. These guys got me right in and had my nail hole patched in no time and they didnt even charge me! I have always had good customer service but about a week ago they went over and above! I had a flat tire when I came out of work, I called AAA and they put my spare on, they said I could only drive about 49 miles on it. When I arrived at the shop they were closing! The front door had not been locked yet and Chris the manager was in there at the reception area.I told him my issue and since I need to be back to work at 7am, I work at Loma Linda Medical Center, he asked one of the guys to stay clocked in and took care of my tire! I will never go anywhere else! Thanks so much

Amazing service!!! Way overdue review.Realized that we had bald tires, the night before leaving on a four hundred mile road trip, back in June. Got to the shop 15 minutes before they opened, on a SUNDAY. They had me on the road in about 45 minutes.So fast forward to this morning when I get a low tire pressure warning. Bring the van in, about an hour before closing, prepared to drop it off. Not only did they get it done in about an hour but the tire was repaired, no replacement needed.Thank you Mountain View!!!!You have my familys business!!!

My family and i have been coming here for many years (maybe 10 now? ). These guys always take care of my family. Ive bought at least 3 sets of tires, 2 strut replacements, countless oils changes, and had couple of flats repairs. Ive feel comfortable with my car in this shop. Yes they do call when you get an oil change about air filters etc but they probably have too by sop. Lately I tried some other places and i just dont feel the comfort in them.

This place was GREAT about 10 years ago.Then I had a bad experience a couple years after that.I took a chance and returned in Nov 2018. John was AMAZING! He was honest with me about the issue I was having and didnt try to take advantage of the situation. I will definitely return & recommend this place to others!

I got a screw in my tire last night and asked Siri this morning where the closest tire repair place was and she sent me here. I am so thankful.I went to Mountain View Tire in Colonies Crossroads and was extremely happy. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I talked to a few other customers while waiting and they confirmed my opinion. Some had been coming for years. They have secured me as a customer and will definitely refer people to them I rarely will take the time to do a review but I felt this business is very deserving of it.

We went in for 2 front tires and an alignment. I was not expecting a cheap bill, however when my boyfriend asked if they offered a military discount, the reps response was they do not, but he will give us $10 off the alignment, which we accepted. Come to find out, after doing some searching on their website, the rep was not offering us a discount they were actually offering a coupon/promotion of that same discount. It was not a pleasant feeling to made to feel like we were receiving a discount as a courtesy, when in reality we were just having a current promotion honored for us. While I do not mean to come off as we deserve anything, if the rep was just going to apply the coupon it would have been better to just be upfront about it and not make it seem like we were getting some special deal. And not only that, when I asked for a copy of the alignment report, I was denied because the printer was broken but some how they surely managed to print my receipt for me.The timeliness was appreciated, but the lack of attention was not.

The Montclair location phased out so I go to Upland now. Id gone to that location for over a decade with multiple cars as theyve always been good in figuring the right answers to issues and helping to keep your car going strong (over 200k miles). Glad Chris is there; very helpful.

Picked up a nail in my tire and stopped here for repair. They didnt have my tire in stock but they did out my spare on for me free of charge! Will definitely be back. Service like that is hard to find these days!

I went down there today to get nitrogen in my tires, I spoke with John and him and the staff were very helpful, and the best part was they were super fast, my car was in and out in about 5 minutes! And the cost was half the price the dealership was going to charge me, great job guys! Thanks for saving me time and money 😊

Service is contently exceeds my expectations here. I got my tires installed and everything was fast and they set the air in all four tires, even though I was only replacing 2 tires.With service like this I will continue to come here. They did so well on my truck I brought my Corvette in for a oil change and filter and got the Mobil One band I wanted for the oil and filter. I will be back again.

They took off my flat tire and replaced it with the spare tire for free. I was very impressed because the guy recommended me to go back to where I bought the tire because i had a warranty. He did not try to sell me something I did not actually need.

I have taken my BMW X5 and my VW CC to this place now and all I can say is, AWESOME! Everytime I have taken my vehicles in for service they have been great. After both of my cars went out of there manufacturer warranties they have serviced both. They are up front, honest and friendly. Not just the manager, but the techs. After hearing a scary noise coming from my tires and being too far away from the dealer, I was relieved to see Mountain View Tire and Services. Jimmy and his staff were friendly, fast, knowledgeable, kind, and honest. They tightened my lugnuts free of charge and sent me on my way.

I drove in from out of state and woke up the next day to a flat tire. Took it to Mountain View Tire in the Upland Colonies. Even though they were very busy, they got to my car right away, checked all the tires and repaired the tire that had a screw in it. I was already a happy customer and then the manager said the repair was on the house. Im overwhelmed at their kindness and service. Thank you!Dianne Allen

I question the honesty of many diagnosed conclusions delivered by the technicians here; from a clearly inflated $120 stem recalibration that was clearly inessential yet pushed mercilessly by a member of the staff, to an assurance that our flat tire was disqualified from the economically sensible practice of traditional patching because of the puncture location (which is indeed true, if the puncture is not along the tread; I dispute the puncture location, though) my experience has been that the folks servicing customers are skilled in their mechanical arts...but so eager to charge the maximum, I find trusting them a difficult task.

My wife took our car in for service here in June of 2012. I have recently had a service light come on, standard for oil change. My brother is replacing the oil and filter and two things came up:1) They overfilled the oil2) They replaced my previous oil filter with the wrong type of oil filter.These things are pretty easy to look up and should have been done correctly. I would recommend looking elsewhere for good service.

Well I like to say I have been with Goodyear since 1980 wherever they move to I follow they are great I personally have owned three vehicles I I have taken all three over the years since 1980 dont go anywhere else so I have followed them to the new location in Upland great guys !!! 😀😀😀

This was my first visit and I am very pleased with the courtesy and attention to detail exhibited by Chris and RC. They were able to diagnose and repair the problems quickly especially on a Sunday morning. I was very happy that I brought our van to Mountain View. I would strongly recommend this location to all my friends.

I called ahead to see whether or not it was busy. I was told to come in and leave my truck until 6pm but when I arrived at 3pm, I was told that I called the wrong location and that they would not be able to give me an oil change and tire rotation. I called back the number I used to call ahead originally and the shop manager that I just spoke to and told me I called the wrong number, answered and apologized. I returned the next morning thinking I would get some type of discount for the large inconvenience but I did not. No problems with the mechanics so far, seeing how my truck is running great. However, the cover to my fuse box was cracked off and left on my seat the first time I used this shop for service

Too expensive. Typical auto place trying to get every dollar from customers. At least they do fix things correctly it seems.

My teen son went to get an oil change and they left oil cap loose and unscrewed. As he was driving a few days later, he heard something break off in engine compartment. Yep, thats right, it was the oil cap. Dont use this place due to the fact that they cant even remember to put the oil cap on .

It was like having the three stooges work on my truck. I took it in because the brake pedal was soft. They changed the master cylinder, power assist unit and brake pads trying to figure out the problem. After 3 days of stooging they called and told me they couldnt figure out what was wrong and to come pick it up. They still charged me so I will be filing a complaint with corporate. When I got in my truck to leave, there was a wiring diagram on the seat and the wire access panel was hanging loose. They said they never touched the wires but now the seat belt bell would not stop ringing. The dealer diagnosed and fixed the problem but charged me an extra $350 to fix the wiring problem that MOUNTAIN VIEW GOODYEAR CAUSED!

Over charged me by hundreds of dollars. Broke my caliper and tried saying it was already worn out whsn car is fairly new. Got car back in worst condition then I brought it.

I would give Mountain View in Upland a zero rating if it were possible, weve had two incidents in the past two weeks where they have totally failed in customer service.My family and I have purchased tires and related services from Mountain View for many many years. Two weeks ago my son had a small hole in his tire and they refuse to repair it saying tread was too low which was not true. Yesterday my my other son took a tire in that needed a valve stem replaced, it was a few minutes before closing and all of the bay doors were open, but they refused to repair it saying that they were closed. He was in the process of moving and the tire was for a trailer that was loaded with furniture. He ended up going to Pep Boys. They fixed it for him even though it was after there normal closing time.We will never use Mountain View again. They are not reliable when you really need them.
