I received good Customer Service from all the staff that I spoke with at the Upland Caliber collision.

Have to be honest although we had a few hiccups the quality of the body work was excellent. The fixed my Mercedes and it looks brand new. I would bring my car back again if I had to.

The service I received was terrific. The claims agent was very straightforward and provided plenty of important information. The damage to my car wasnt very extensive, so it only took a week to get back, and thats exactly how long the agent told me. The repairs they did to my car were great; it looked as good as new! The overall experience was much better than I was expecting!

MY NEIGHBOR HIT MY CAR IN MY CARPORT. HE WANTED TO SETTLE WITHOUT INSURANCE AND TAKE TO HIS FRIENDS REPAIR SHOP. This particular shop Caliber of Upland not the others Caliber’s as i never dealt with them is Awesome. They deserve more than 10 rating. I would HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision! My car was in a garage fire. All the chrome was destroyed in addition to scraps and dents from the fire fighters doing their job. The car was totally covered in soot and particles of melted plastic. When Caliber Collision completed the repairs, it looked like a new car!! They were wonderful to deal with, and kept me up to date on the progress.

They are awesome. They kept me inform every step of the way. They went far & beyond what they had to do. James, imparticular, was really cool.

Paid $240 to check for frame damage. Was given a report showing major damage and was told truck may be totalled. I took my truck for a second opinion somewhere else where they verified their machine was calibrated and I had no frame damage. This Caliber in upland would not refund me my money. Terrible experience dont take your car here!UPDATE: So the communitymanager emailed me asking for my info so we can discuss my concerns. I sent info and nothing. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The repairs done to my 2007 Toyota tacoma were GREAT! done right done on time doesnt get better than that. hopefully I dont need calibers help with any other accidents but if I do no question Ill be bringing it back to Caliber Upland for the repairs.

Garo assessed the damage on my twin’s brand new Mercedes GLE 350, which I had done. I was so devastated at what had happened that I was in tears. Garo was calming, competent, generous with his time, so professional and positive. He took the car in right away, fixed the problem on the spot! It’s looks brand new. I will never go anywhere else to get my cars repaired.

Caliber Collision staff was fast, professional and courteous. The office area was nice and clean and the claim representative was knowledgeable. I was pleased with this initial visit as I was already feeling stressed out due to the fact that my truck had been backed into. I have spoken with Edwin and have been reassured that the other party was at fault and their insurance company has agreed to pay for all my repairs. I am looking forward to having this work completed and will definitely share my review once the work has been completed. The WORST Customer Service from the receptionist, Serena is rude and has no wiliness to help. Could not even make an appointment. The availability is unreal, if you have a 9-5 m-f job, you could never get in. They only have 1 estimator per insurance. Who ever makes their schedule does not think about customers.

Ive brought my cars here 6 different times. Every time Ive had great customer service every time. Employees are very helpful and honest about the service and pricing. If its just a paint job or a big fix, Ill definitely be back if anything happens again.

Fast and excellent service. Sustained some front bumper damage to my BMW X2 after hitting a random object on the freeway a few months back. Called in on a Monday to see when I could bring my car in for an estimate for repairs, was told I could swing by the center by 530PM and theyd take a look. Front desk staff was super friendly and set me up with Edwin within 10 minutes of finishing up initial paperwork. Edwin was honest and upfront about the estimate, not too high and not too low.Decided to drop the car off the next day (Tuesday). Even though Im the type of customer that will call for an update, Caliber Collision was pretty on top of sending updated status texts on where they were at with the repairs. Repairs were done by Friday afternoon, but due to my ride situation and traffic I arrived a little after closing. Edwin was nice enough to stay behind so I could get my car back. Very much satisfied with the work done on the car and happy that they were able to obtain original parts. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
