The customer service is poor. The employees are rude and disrespectful and they don’t know how to communicate with the customers. I haven’t been in an establishment with poor customer service like this in a long time.

This Baskin-Robbins was great. It was clean and had exactly what I was craving. I was shocked! Peanut butter and chocolate ice cream!!! Now I know where to go! The ice cream was fresh. You know, it didnt have that freezer burn taste which was great!

I usually only go at night so I dont know how it is in the day but its usually quite with only a few there. The variety of ice cream is great and I love when they have a special flavor of the month or so. I love trying the new flavors and look forward to them. Plus is this location is also a Dunkin Donuts so you can sit down for that as well.

They barely scoop any ice cream because it is to hard for them to scoop a decent amount.

Decent selection of flavors and toppings. 2 scoops in a waffle cone is less than $4.50 with no toppings.

This business is very clean and the staff was very helpful courteous and nice. The food you order always seems to come out correctly and Ive never had a complaint. The manager put together a gift basket for me it was custom designed for someone and it was perfect. All Baskin-Robbin Dunkin Donuts should model themselves after this store. The downside of the business is that the prices are higher than other Dunkin Donuts in the area.
