Wish we can give then -1 on their ripoff. Worst place to even get new plan with Verizon. They should shut down this place we lost more than $3k on this ripoff place. We returned all our phones which Verizon confirm they received but did not refund us a penny. NEVER BUY ANTHING FROM THIS PLACE. We will open complain with BBB to close this location.

Verizons customer service is terrible, they even had the store rep on hold for more than 30 minutes. They setting the store up for failure. Automated customer service will not last.

This is a tiny store with many options but none in stock. Save your time and go to Verizon on RT. 22 in Springfield. They have a full stock of all phones & very knowledgeable.

They have a new manager new people working, the store is more organized, the young man knows what he is talking about, does not make you lose time, i will definitely come back

I just had a great experience at Verizon in Union NJ. My service rep Vanell was amazing. I switch from Metro PCS and had a few issues with the transfer. Vanell was able to solve the issue right away and made me a happy customer. I also work in customer service and was greatful to receive the same service I provide to my customers. Great job and will recommend this still to all my friends. What a great team you have working here.
