Great customer service and satisfaction as soon as we got there Carlos greeted us and explained the issue we were having with my sons phone he identified the issue within a minute and set us up with someone about getting a new phone and then ugochukwu was helping us within a few minutes he helped our son pick out a new phone and set it up for us even got us a smart watch which was great on a promotional offer I believe he made sure he had setup and there was no additional questions and everything works great this will be our new spot greatest customer service and they have a good amount of items on hand greatest crew Ive seen and even have a guy there who looks like clark Kent he was very helpful as well

I went to this Sprint corporate store because I called to find out if an appointment was necessary to visit the store. The representative, Michael answered my call. He was so polite and professional, decided to go to that location.When I arrived at the location, the representative that greeted us happened to be Michael. He was just as polite and professional in person. He listened to my concerns and questions and provided me with the proper guidance to ensure I remain a satisfied customer.Thank you!

If I could give this store a 0, I would. The employees there all have a poor attitude and lie to the customers about not having product because they found it funny. Seems more like a hangout than a place of business. We decided to go to the sprint store down the road and they were 100 times more professional and very pleasant.

Great experience. I was in there to purchase a replacement charger cable and for the first time, the salesperson didnt try to upset me a new phone. I was pleasantly surprised! I wouldve given 5 stars if the price of the charger cable wasnt so exorbitant $26.99.

Ive had sprint for about two years now and is not the best but it functions as a cell phone carrier but Ive been to several location and find the service lacking. I have never been satisfied by any store or their employees while the store might look nice the workers always disappoint me.

Do not go to this location!!! They LIED about promotions!!! They did not help me solve the issue when I noticed I was being over charged. They ignored me in the store. Their customer service is terrible. Because of this I will be leaving sprint!!!!!!

Very poor Service, not even a greeting. Had been 25 mins no acknowledgement towards the customer. There was another employee inside a both and didn’t even bother to serve us or get another employee to tell us they’ll be right with us. Very terrible.

My experience at this corporate location was so terrible that I had to involve law enforcement - I went into the store to switch my phones from Tmobile to Sprint. I transferred 2 lines and was told that my wifes ID was misplaced. I should have known by the messy store and vulgar music to walk out but I just wanted to finish the transaction so I stayed. I was given 2 new phones but no ID. I was told that it was misplaced but I would be called shortly when it was found. Hours later I did not receive a call so I followed up by phone - I was told by Juan at the store that he told his manager that he gave me back the ID. I told him that he was not being truthful because he did not return the ID. I advised him that I was coming back in. When I arrived the manager by the Name of John announced himself and said nothing at all while we spoke. He turned his face and smiled cheek to cheek when I let him know why I was at the store. I had no choice but to call the cops. A report was made and I am to go back tomorrow - it is apparent that this store is run by a group of unprofessionals that dont respect customers and apparently are prone to subjecting their customers to identity theif.

This place feels like an abandoned warehouse. It’s huge, not well stocked. Employees that just hang out behind a giant glass room but don’t come out to help even with long lines. This was my first sprint experience and wow was it different than what I’m used to with Verizon stores where you check in and get help!

VERY poor customer service. Only two customers in the store including me and still had to wait on a rep. Then was told they couldnt help me with my situation, ended up going to the sprint down the street and my problem was fixed immediately.

Ive gone several times for the same problems. Sprint wants full pay while they give you lousy service... connection problems, dropped calls, cant hear the person you are talking to, WEB connections slow. Just avoid Sprint period.

Today I visited this sprin store, with my father and my brother because we needed to do several procedures, buy two phones and buy new cell lines, we received a horrible, disrespectful and very poor quality treatment from one of the employees, he lacked the Respect My father, my brother and I, 63, make fun of our face for asking all the questions we needed to ask, even he was very disrespectful when we asked him not to make fun, he continued with his Insults in English, thinking We did not understand any.
