Met Andre Pchecko . He was nothing short of spectacular. Had a problem with my phone for weeks. No one could solve it. Had 2 phones replaced over 2 weeks. Finally Andre stepped in. He stayed with me for hours over this time period (sometimes on his own time). He solved the problem no one else could. THANK YOU ANDRE.

I was having a lot of issues with the quality of the phones sold by my previous carrier, but I was a little intimidated by the whole process of switching services, going on a contract, porting my number over, getting financial approval, etc etc. I am sooo glad I finally did! My experience here was smooth, quick, and simple - all the things I didnt expect the process to be! Our service rep (Kevin J) was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. 10/10 would do again 👏

I upgraded one of my phones yesterday, waited an hour until someone sees me. They didn’t take my trade in phone and i was supposed to bring it next day when everything from phone was erased. I did. When I showed up, i was told to wait. I told them it will take few seconds, log into my account, take my phone. That’s it. Their answer was even if it takes only 10 seconds, I still have to wait, it might take a while. I ask how long, they don’t know. There were 3 people in the store. I walked away, I don’t have time to hang out with them for hours at the time. I will never set my foot in this store again. Makes me want to drop Verizon all together.

I like the new design and layout of the store. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and patient. They each stayed with whichever customer they were handling until finished. Yes, there were more customers than staff so some people had to wait though they didnt like it. But I thought it was nice that no one abandoned the customer they were with. That felt like true customer service.

Place is too busy and the wait times are very long. I left Verizon Wireless a long time ago and went to T-Mobile. I kept on getting mysterious increases in my bill and saw my monthly charges climb. I can firmly say that I dont miss Verizons service a bit.

I went to this store in a state of panic because due to the heat my phone shut off and wouldnt charge. I drive a 2005 Honda Pilot that does not have navigation and rely solely on my phone for GPS. I asked if there was something they can do and the gentleman at the door shooed me away to only serve those customers that were picking up. Told me to find another Verizon store. I went on to explain to him that I use my phone for navigation and he said just drive up this highway you will eventually find a verizon store we are everywhere. I am disgusted that as a customer of Verizon before it was Verizon and not just wireless but landline, internet and Fios. I would be treated like this. being DISGUSTED is the only thing I can think of this store.

Dont expect a quick or short visit here, at minimum I have spent 1 hour here. The place was recently renovated, actually looks like a coffee shop instead of a phone store.On my handful of visits within the last decade, Ive yet to leave the store a happy customer.With them, always read the find print as they will promise you the world and thereafter give you their sincere apologies as you must of have misunderstood the salesperson or better yet: unfortunately the salesperson was new and wasnt fully grasping the situation.I love Verizon but honestly, I pray and hope on someday soon having a competitive provider for which to switch to. 2490 Route 22 W Center Island in Union NJThis store just don’t care for Customers. I was put on hold for three hours on the phone. I finally drove to the store. I saw few of them Reps doing nothing and showed to the Manager Mr Jethro, my phone screen that I was still on hold 3+ hours later at around 7PM on Sunday Dec 29, 2019!!!! I was calling them because one of the rep Mr Omar had messed up my account COMPLETRLY, when I was in the store the day before. I had only an even exchange. He was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHANGED EVERYTHING IN MY ACCOUNT ON HIS OWN!!With highest Monthly service charge From VERIZON that we pay, among all 4, (VZ, ATT, T-MOBILE, & Sprint) I expected courteous professional attitude. BUT NOW I see no reason WHY, ANY ONE SHOULD EVER BE WITH VERIZON, anymore EVER!!

The many times Ive been there, its been great service. Maybe my timing is good, maybe service reflects the attitudes of people coming in. Online and in-store, Ive found Verizon to be exceptionally helpful. Ive had occasions where something didnt go 100% but then since I also do service work in homes, I know that its hard to be tops all the time even when thats your goal.

This Verizon store itself is fine. I was annoyed by the company itself; however. I was charged a $50 restocking fee TWO HOURS after I got the wrong size phone (I got the Pixel 2 instead of the Pixel 2 XL). There should be a 24-48 hour grace period. How do you know if you like a phone and it works for your needs until you try it? And $50?????? What possibly costs the company even remotely CLOSE to $50 to re-stock a phone that was used for about 10 minutes two hours prior to bringing it back -- no apps down loaded, no contacts etc. Come on, Verizon. Stop nickle and diming us!

Tried to charge me extra. Etcetera. It’s been a long time since I’ve used Verizon for any type of service and I continue to hate them. I went in to Verizon to replace my iPhone 7 after it being stolen the night before. The sale rep positioned the conversation and opportunity to up-sell me by saying the phone only costs $30.00 to upgrade and refused to walk me through the billing cycle. Thus, raising my monthly costs to get the most out of an opportunity. He brought out 5 extra phone cases, an Apple Watch, protective screen, portable charger, non-plug in charger, when all I was asking for was a quick replacement and how to delete my data from my experience of it being stolen. Instead of the rep consulting with me and giving me best practice advice, he decided to take advantage of an opportunity and sell me on something i dont need nor want, which now leaves me trying to fix my bill.Not only that, but the rep did not inform me or walk me through how to activate my phone either, I ended up having to go back to the Verizon store in the Short Hills Mall and they were fantastic . The rep let me know i needed a new SIM card to activate it and spent a total of 5 minutes with me and answered each question i had diligently with no extra fluff in the conversation and no chargers, cases, or apple watches to try and squeeze a quick buck from me.If you are looking for efficiency and a trustworthy consultation, head on over to Short Hills and they will take care of you.

I have to say. If I rate the store, they get 5 stars. If I rate Verizon itself they get negative 1. I went in with my 4th phone in a month because Verizon continues to send me ones that break within a week from no fault of my own. (Screen came off, screen stopped registering touch etc.) But thank goodness for people like Dorothy. Although she couldnt fix my problem (because it was an issue with Verizon itself not my phone) she sat with me for an hour and a half doing everything she could. She called over a specialist, she called customer service herself and waited on the phone for me. She tried everything possible to help me before apologizing repetitively she couldnt help. Thank you Dorothy for your care.

I went there twice in one weekend to upgrade my phone and both times they were completely unhelpful and I left without a new phone. I had gone with my girlfriend to get her new phone a couple weeks prior to the Verizon store in Bayonne and had no difficulties, but when I tried to do the EXACT same thing here, not only did they say they could not do it, but implied that I was lying when I told them about the other store. When I asked what they could do to help, the employee just shrugged. Drive the extra 10 minutes to a different store, it will save you more time overall.

What a horrible experience. I just wanted to buy a new phone. They take my name on their tablet and make me wait a really long time meanwhile the girls are talking about who should go on break and some guy is cleaning the windows. Everyone is just hanging out and I cant tell the difference between customers and employees. Nobody is helping anybody and Im just standing in the store waiting for 40 minutes until I walk out. Ill buy the phone on Amazon. Never again going to a Verizon Store.

Its surprising to me that I endure the punishment of going to this location for any service of any kind. The staff are inattentive when you walk in and will ignore you as they know you need some assistance. The new store set up is worse than it ever was. Before, I could go to a tech - customer service desk but now have to tell a person my name and they put it on a board that is now longer visible so you dont know when youre next. I had a simple return that would have taken minutes yet forced to sit for an hour while reps attend to new phone customers. Never, never again. Horrible management and will take the extra drive time to go to another location.

After being ignored by 3 out of the 7 sales people because of not wanting a contract, I finally was approached by someone willing to help. I told him I just wanted to buy a phone.His exact word were, If you think youre going to come in here, buy a phone, and take it home, its not going to happen.Nope. He then stated, he has to attach it to an account for a fee of $10.Do yourself a favor. If you are going to just buy a phone w/no contract, you are better off going to Apple, best buy, or Walmart.

Worst service ever! They couldnt explain to me why I got charged differently on a bill. Than lied to me because I called ahead of time before coming to the store to make sure they had what I needed and they did but when I got there they told me they sold out. Also one of the co-workers ask the manager to sign for an exchange and she told him to try and sell her a used speaker because the case was $160 and they didnt want to lose that money. All they care about is their money they are rude and disrespectful to customers expecially the manager. I waisted an hour and a half for their horrible serve.

The best VZW store in the area. Native carrier store, not a reseller that adds on fees. Recently renovated to look like a bar, or a Starbucks. When not crowded, fastest turn around on all transactions. When cowded, you may get stuck waiting, so come back another time if in ahurry.!
