This store has the worst customer service ever! Robyn the manager is unprofessional and lacks knowledge of her company system. This employee lied to me just so I can open a new account. She told me they couldn’t reactivate my old account that was only canceled for 3 days. Mind you customer service told me to go into the location and reactivate my account. I asked Robyn would I have any other charges if I pay 100 to open a new account. She told me no cause she charged me 31 dollars to clear my old balance. So I payed the 100 to open this new account. Now I got 80 dollars charge and have to pay another 160 for a new account when she could have just opened back up my old account. I wouldn’t even be mad if she sat the right expectations. If I had to pay then I would have payed if it was explained me. I go into this store to speak to this Manager and she is making it seem like it’s my fault. I don’t work here you do you have to treat your customers better. She didn’t wanna help me and she created the problem, how are you a manager and can’t even take accountability for your own actions. This is how you train your employees? I asked for corporate number and she didn’t wanna give it to me cause I was angry? Yes I’m angry you took my money and then act like you didn’t remember anything. I don’t know if you treated me with disrespect because I’m black or you just don’t care about your job or your customers. This wouldn’t have been an issue if u set the right expectations. Worst experience in any retail store. Just go to the Comcast in West orange you will be treated so much better. This store doesn’t even greet customers when they enter they store. Y’all lack so much customer service just a horrible experience.

I just switched over from Verizion and so far I love the service I had some communication issues with customer service on the phone I had some billing and app issues So I walked into the Union Location and Mike helped me out He was patient Knowledgable and Professional He called customer service for me and straightened out all my issues Mike went over and beyond his job to make a customer happy This is another reason why I tell all my friends and Family about XfinityThank youMatt Perrotta

Yes I agree. There was only two customers in the store I made three. Three employees two were with customers the other male was drinking a drink no one addressed me so I sat down. After one of the working employees was finish with his customer he address me and handle my situation effectively.

Dont believe when they say try 1 month free. They will back bill you and you will get a bill for 2 months. On 2 different occasions representatives promised to send the return shipping slip for the phone. I called each time I didnt get the shipping label and another representative told me the managers did not approve the request. I went to the local Xfinity store to return the phone and they told me to call customer service. The only items they took back was the wifi equipment. Verizon wifi service is more expensive but no underhanded billing tricks. Save yourself the headache. Pay a little extra for wifi and Tmobile cell service is the way to go, I will see if Tmobile has wifi... Not worth the stress...

Agent accepted a returned product that another agent from a different location provided. She explained why the product did not work, and then shocked me by saying that although I had returned all equipment to Xfinity, that her records showed that I still had outstanding equipment. Turned out that Xfinity had shipped another set of equipment to me.Im not thrilled with their customer service, and I decided to do business with one of their competitors.

I went in for a replacement box. I handed my old box to the representative and received a new box. I went home to hook up the new box, which didnt work. I called customer service two day later, after getting frustrated and was told . The service for tis box was discontented. Not a good look.

I went there and I was greeted some young ladies and I had no idea how far back my box was and as shes explaining to me I could not even believe it a small little box after almost 11 years that have the old one and they told me its free the change and there were laughing but I was with my face that I could not believe it I love the way they treated me I love the way they welcomed me I love the way they did everything and he made me feel like home so if you need to come to this Comcast please do so youre going to love the people youre going to love these young people that works in their very nice very polite and very homey will I recommend this place yes you like it the way I did the parking is Big you can park your car without a problem

If I told the whole story - it would be too long to put here. Plan and simple: I would not send anyone there and it would have to be the last possible option for me to go back. I am looking into other companies to change my service from Xfinity after that. I took the phone service last year because of having the cable and internet. And I met some wonderful staff that came to my building to present the mobile service (from the Union location).1 star because finally, Crystal was able to readjust my SIM card after I began freaking out from her telling me it was nothing they could do for me - she said I could call Xfinity and/or get a new phone. My phone was not responding to anything - no calls, text, emails, notifications, etc. My screen is cracked, so the nasty guy) manager seemed to take a condescending tone - declaring oh, youll have to pay this off $75 and purchase a new phone. I confronted him about the tone he was taking with me & with no response to me, he turned to Crystal, touched her arm, and said you got this one and walked past me to go back to the counter on the other side he came from. Very dismissive and it annoyed me to no end. They need customer sensitivity training, business etiquette and more.I think customer care is of major importance not just for the new customer, but also the existing customer. This we already got you approach does not sit well with me or work for me.

I went to pay my bill and ask some questions but the employees was to busy sitting and watching a movie so just they pause the movie and told me call Xfinity and over there you can made your payment in that machine, then they keep it watching the movie.Just I miss the young lady who works there and she always been so helpful 🤷🏻‍♀️

The staff here is very professional and quick. PLEASE keep in mind that you need to Wait in line. Just dont rush up to a salesclerk and demand to be seen - you will just have to return to the line, or come back later. Once you are seen, they are awesome, and worth any wait you might have. They are very thorough and knowledgeable here.!!!

I spoke with Dwayne regarding my frustrations with my service. I planned to cancel immediately due to the poor customer service from the billing department but Dwayne was able to diffuse the situation and provide a solution for me and my family. These are qualities more commonly seen in managers. Dwayne stayed calm, listened to my situation and offered suggestions. Comcast is lucky to employ someone like Dwayne. He deserves this praise (and a raise) in my opinion. Keep up the excellent work Dwayne!

I was in and out with a replacement cable modem in hand. It took longer to be acknowledged and have a representative approach me than it did to get the device swapped out. This store is nicer than the older ones with more to see and look through, but in the end you could probably do the same thing online or with a quick call.

Terrible service. I have had comcast and fios at the same time and can tell you fios is 10x better. They canceled my service without my consent just because a new tenant mistakenly gave them my address. After I called and spoke to the manager they still weeks later canceled my service. Take your chance but stupid people work here. Just call and you will notice who answers the phone.

The workers at this location need to be properly trained. I was given incorrect information from one of the folks that work at this location. I was trying to pay a lesser bill for service that isnt being used for 4 to 5 months. The worker told me to turn off the service and restart it when its being used again. The worker failed to mention a credit check or a $25 charge being applied to the account once it is restarted. This account has been active for 30+ years non-stop, so Ive never had to worry about a credit check or an upfront fee. Its like one worker doesnt know the rules or just omit the rules just to silence the situation. I will make a formal complaint once I find out his name.

This internet service is terrible, they send somebody from the cable Dept, they did not fix the problem, the service is bad, I pay $388 a month for terrible internet connection, I bought the pods, they do not work, the wiring to the pole is bad, Comcast is the worse company, they have call center that do not have any ideal what is going on with the account

Worst Internet and cable service provider ever. They are just looting customers. I have to pay for the services that I do not use. Clearly taking advantage of the fact that there arent any other service providers in the region and unnecessarily charging customers because they cannot switch. If there was even one decent service provider in my area I would switch at the blink of an eye from this provider. They clearly do not deserve my business. Not sure how long this business model will survive in the times of so much disruption with companies like Netflix.

Customer Service ? The store in Union, NJ on Rt 22 did not know anything about their phones. East Brunswick store sent us to Union as they have all the phones in stock. NOT! Not only were they not in stock, the staff didnt know about the phones. Terrible service. Im a little scared we left Verizon, we will see how it goes, once we learn about the phones ourselves.

Positive and negative experience today. Popped in around 5 pm on a Friday. Everyone was super nice and responsive. I was exchanging equipment. When I surrendered the defective equipment, I specifically asked the receptionist for my cable back, since even two sets of pliers couldnt remove he cable from the box. She said no worries! We give you one of those. So I waited a few minutes, was given a new box and remote, which included a white, shrink wrapped box, which I assumed contained the power and the cable wires. I got it home, and unwrapped everything. There was no cable. There was only a power cord. So now I have all this brand new equipment, and no way to connect it. Additionally, theres no way to call the store. I had to call Xfinitys main number and was told that they could mail me one in 5 - 7 business days if I didnt want to go back to the store, which would be closed by the time I drove back. Luckily, I asked if there was a technician in my area, and was told that one could stop by either tonight or tomorrow. The results have yet to be determined. I love that the store was so nice and efficient. I love that the staff was friendly and had the intention of being helpful. However, I think some more training might be required.

Well, I have a real big issue with liars...... Twice, have I been to this xfinity store to purchase a product and both times have they cheated me out of my promotional deal. It was made very clear to me by the representative that I met all the requirements to receive the promotion. Weeks later I never received the deal through the mail. When I called customer service they gave me a bunch of excuses and no deal!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. First of all, I drove 40 minutes just hoping they would have the thing I needed because the store doesn’t have a physical number you can call ahead of it. When I got there they did not have the device I needed to transfer all my data between phones. Apparently it had broken and they just never bothered to replace it... for 4 months. They were unorganized and disrespectful. Honestly one of the worst experiences ever.

There was one other customer in front of me while i stood patiently waiting for quite some time. About 15 minutes later a hispanic family walks in and the same guy makes a bee line straight to them ignoring me. The receptionist had to point out the obvious and let him know i was there first and THEN he helped me. I was returning a modem otherwise i would have walked out never to return. Then it took another 20 minutes to do that. I do not like Comcast at all, they are a necessary evil.
