I made a counter offer 8n the 540i which was laughed at. I explained I had researched the cars and my offer was comparable including all of the extras in car.The salesman cane back with a counter that I did not want. He simply said good luck. I told him I wanted a lower monthly note he did not even ask what that was. He did not expect me to negotiate the price. I feel like her thought he could fast talk ne unto buying the cars

Quincy Jones was very helpful. He maintained communication throughout the entire process and gave great alternatives when applicable. I was going to do business with another location before meeting him. So much so, I drove 2 hours for it and my family drove 4 hours. There were many locations who could not compete with this level of service. He gives great customer service and has a good sense of humor. Jasmine was very helpful as well and helped me start my EAS via phone. She was very patient and gave great customer service as well. Even if I don’t return to Georgia, I will be sure to get another car from this location as well as refer others. If you are a first time buyer or just simply need a car, I recommend this location. Ask for Quincy or Jasmine!

The reason for the low rating is that their web site doesn’t allow you to create an account. At least I see no option to do so. I have to enter all my information for each and every order. I was told my browser must allow cookies? I have at least a dozen accounts with other vendors and I’ve never heard of that limitation. I would like to establish an account but South Atlanta BMW doesn’t seem able or possibly interested. They do have good pricing and quick service. They also provide parts diagrams for all auto systems which is great! I would like to support southern businesses but I wish they could make it easier to do so.

Ordered a part online and it was totally hassle free.Local dealer in Alexandria, Va could not find the part in their system. I found the part myself at this stores website. Part had to be ordered from Germany and it got to my door much quicker than it was estimated. Great communication throughout the whole process. Definitely the place to order BMW oem parts.

I have been ordering with BMW of South Atlanta for the last couple of weeks, and I must admit that they try everything in their powers to satisfy their customers. In fact, I had a small order in which you have to pay attention to detail I was impressed; however, my last order is probably handled by someone else. The point that I am making is that someone who is there is very good at what they do, or a group, or cohort.

BMW South Atlanta Staff are great at processing orders in a timely manner, overseeing correct parts ordered by VIN. Parts arrived quickly. Will definitely continue to do business with them for most parts.Would caution folks purchasing sensitive parts such as AC lines. Two of the new AC lines I ordered arrived with small spots of corrosion inside the aluminum lines, they were not capped on the ends like their supposed to be, and one of the lines looked old and had vertical line marks on the O-rings and appeared to be installed and then removed. Could have been from the factory during manufacturing? Who knows..... White corrosion inside aluminum lines is a sure sign of improper storage in high humidity for extended periods (years). Just hope it doesnt cause any issues with debris breaking loose and clogging the condenser or evaporator.Hate to post negative comments but, if it were your car, would you want to pay dealer prices for old parts?all other parts ordered have been fine.

I ordered a gas tank cover hoping that an old one was causing the check engine light to come on and off. It came much quicker than I thought it would and fit perfectly. The light has not come on since installing. I would recommend this company and use them again.

Stopped in to replace my gas cap. Was driving a different car. Was told I had to have the VIN for the right part, but they only list one universal part online. They lost a sale because the parts woman wouldnt bother looking up the part for me. Really? 2 stars because the price online is better than I expected and Ill still buy it.

BMW of South Atlanta was the only dealer I could find still selling parts for the classic 2002 cars manufactured late in the 60s and 70s. Better yet, the price for the original coco mats is better than anyone I could locate, dealer or not. These were the second set of coco mats I ordered from them. The last time the shipping took about a month as the mats were flown in from Germany. This time the mats arrived at the front door of my house within the week. The mats look wonderful on my car and arrived in time for an upcoming trip. Thank you BMW of South Atlanta! Highly recommended!

When I called BMW of S Atlanta, i told representative what I needed, I was asked for my VIN number and I was able to get all parts ordered shipped to my house, without the feeling of no need I received from Orlando dealer. This is a review coming all the way from Hawaii. I shopped online for some all weather floor mats for a 2016 BMW X3 sDrive28i and all I can say is, I think I will be shopping here for any other BMW part or accessory I might need in the future. The cost of just the front pair floor mats at our local BMW Dealer was the same price as I got all 4 (front and rear) from BMW of South Atlanta. To top it off, the price here including the shipping costs to Hawaii was cheaper than the front floor mats so yes, it was an easy decision to make the purchase even though they are clear across the pacific and then thousands of miles after that away from me. I can speak much for the in-store experience there, but if you are looking to do online shopping and dont want to get ripped off, the prices here are reasonable.

We needed the parts before Christmas & UPS was closing earlier Friday on the day Mike was able to ship it to us. So we wouldnt have gotten it by Wednesday after Christmas but Mike expedited the order to get it to him so he could get it to us by that Friday at no extra charge. We are very pleased with Mike. I live in Florida and own a 2001 740i Sport. This car is 17 years old and is a rare color/interior combination. I buy all my parts from BMW South Atlanta. Their prices are competitive, extremely fast shipping, and theyre OEM parts, which I prefer. Best of all, they provide outstanding communications!

The exploded diagrams made buying all the small parts for a strut installation very easy. Parts were shipped in a timely manner and well marked when they arrived. Having to sign for the delivery seemed unnecessary but easily dealt with. Parts and delivery not inexpensive but will probably use again when needing something hard to source for my M3.

After going to this dealership several times without incident, I had a very troubling incident occur yesterday. I took my BMW 535 in for a brake job. I locked my valuables in the center console, took a loaner car, and headed on my way. After a short period, it occurred to me that Id left my valuables in the car. I thought, its okay, its locked and Ive never had a problem like this before. I never couldve been so WRONG!! When I returned to pick up my car, I checked the center console. It was still locked, I unlocked it and to my surprise, the THIEVES had struck. I brought the issue up to Bryce, service manager, and he simply said check around the car and everywhere youve been, I know my guys would never take anything. After frantically checking to see if I had misplaced my items, I phoned my son that was with me and he reassured me, its in the console. You remember you locked it in there. No one even bothered to check the cameras, as I requested. In fact, I was even unable to get the name of the technician that had serviced my car. Wow! Is that the way you all do business? You invade and steal peoples person property and then defend your ruthless acts. That was very unprofessional and it was the worst visit ever. After that, I was still left holding the bill for an $1100 rear brake job. I advise everyone to stay far, far away from this place!!!

BMW of S. Atlanta was the cheapest I could find the part I needed (engine oil cooler for an E60 550i). It was still expensive, but I guess supply and demand dictates that. Anyhow, part was brand new and packaged well. They shipped out very quickly, as well. My only wish would be for them to offer alternative shipping methods to lessen down time for the customer. FedEx ground was the only option. A+ service other than that.

I could not for the life of me find out what the exhaust clamp for my car was called, its a part that fits a bunch of different years and called a whole schlew of different things. BMW of South Atlanta not only had the part but they have all the diagrams that helped me figure out what was what.Would have given 5 stars if I hadnt been surprised by a sizable up-charge because the part I ordered wasnt for my year (which turned out to be complete bs because its a bend to fit part......)

I like the way the online Web page is set up. Scroll down the list to select your vehicle. Then pictures and associated part numbers with prices.The frustrating issue is the no longer available parts are not updated. Hours of making an order, a few days later I get email apologizing for non available parts. We assume if listed prices are more than $0 it is available.The next issue is if they need to get parts from Germany they hold all your in stock parts hostage for 2-3 weeks.The internet parts department has limited hours and not the same as calling regular parts department phone number. So dont expect to call parts number and resolve your issues.They will give you a internet number and I got a voice mail when calling.My first shipment took about 2 weeks with arriving with smashed plastic bushings from poor packing.The second order for hoses and gaskets I canceled, because of non available part emails left me without major needs.Shipping cost are high compared to USPS flat rate.

The new front bumper was scratched and before the body shop could paint it, they had to repair it. Had I know it before they went ahead and repaired it, I would have asked that BMW to at the very least, pay the cost of having it repaired.I will say that it came well packaged. Before delivering it to the body shop I opened it up and looked inside. The bumper was covered in plastic so the scratches were not noticed until the bumper was taken out of the box and the plastic removed.My thought is that it was probably scratched at some point and set aside as an after market part.This should serve as a warning to anyone buying an after market part.
