The whole staff is extremely professional and courteous. The work was impeccable and fast. They updated me by text for every step in my repair and even detailed my car inside and out.
They handled my car with care and everyone was nice. Eventhough my car was eventually totalled out they were very professional.
They take care of me and my sister truck. I would Recommend my family and friends to go with them if their car need repairs.
My vehicle was in and out in 4 days, I had a no fault accident once the insurance company at fault gave permission for repair again I was in and out in 4 days...the lady who handled paperwork at Classic was a gem, she told me what was up and how she would keep intouch and update me by phone and text which she did. Cant go wrong in my opinion if you choose them for your repairs.
Selected Classic Collision in as my auto repair shop after recent fender bender. Ive used Classic before and the service pretty good. But this time I will not recommend this facility anymore. Let certain precautions be set in place for future customers. Pre inspected with all your customers of all electrical equipment like windows switches and keyless entrance devices before leaving vehicle at your facility. I found certain issue at hand upon completion of repairs.. NoTE: Window switch had been popped out and could not roll driver window down. Spoke to Manager Justin Hughes of course he denied it..Call law enforcement to discuss issues..Original estimate $2300 after reinspection new estimate over $7100 on damages. After having vehicle for several weeks notifications slacked off. My vehicle also had a black grille removed and replace with a chrome grille no notification about that plus when clearly looking at pictures there was no damage to the grille at the scene of the accident. I have photos. Last but not least at one of many of calls not knowing the status of my vehicle after being towed by your facility sitting 2 weeks at Goodyear in Fayetteville.
Always take my vehicles here for damage repairs. Very friendly staff and the mechanics do amazing work.
My initial drop off was 12/17/19... I attempted to pick up on 12/26/19 in the morning. My car had paint splattered and scratch’s that weren’t there before my accident. I returned that afternoon (it was dark) after they said it was “fixed “ it. The next day I noticed another scratch and MORE paint splatter. I returned to drop it off again on 01/02/2020. I picked it up on 01/06/2020 and out apparently looked ok... till I washed it 4 days later(today 01/10/2020). I saw a loose fastener/screw in the cup holder, more paint splatter, dripping paint (that’s dried and looks like water )and a piece of the vehicle wasn’t attached. Needless to say I won’t be returning and will not let them touch my car again. I’ll pay out of pocket to let someone repair it correctly. Side note: my car was 2 weeks old when they got it!
Customer service good due to communication,but at the end when I paid my $500 deductible fee they turn around and charge my card again another $500 on March 20, 2021, and when I paid them in February 12, 2021 when verify the transaction with my bank I was told I was charge twice... I guess one of the workers got mad that I didn’t take a survey he begged me to take it..but I didn’t receive the survey in my email at all are text messages at this point I’m waiting to go up there in the morning to get a refund....

I dropped my car off to have two doors replaced on Tuesday and got my car back on Friday. My car looked great! They blended the paint on the new doors perfectly. Excellent timing! Great work! This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with dealing with an auto body shop, to start my car was not fully repaired it was patched up and was pretty much told take it or leave and to add insult to injury I had to go back because I was having issues with my car not starting after purchasing a brand new battery prior to putting it in this shop. When I took it back to Walmart I was told that it wasn’t the battery I purchased from Walmart and that the battery had been switched. When I went back to the shop with the receipt showing the proof of purchase prior to leaving and at shop I was disregard and received no help. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP, VERY GHETTO I DO BIT RECOMMEND

I do want to start this off by self-correcting my personal issues and concerns. I thought it took them forever to redo the paint job on my car after bumping out the dent that was left by a ridiculous driver. I went over the process of watching quality paint jobsand how they are done. It actually is long process even for a group of 8 people. Each of the persons have a job too assure a high quality finish. I watched and it definitely cannot be done all in one day. For cars with shiny and glossy coat you would appreciate the time that they take to get it done right. I freaked out for my car being gone from 2 to 3 weeks but after seeing the process of how it takes to do it right I really do appreciate the time they put into my car. So I definitely do recommend this place for body repair and paint jobs definitely. Below is my 2000 Camaro SS you cant tell I even had a quarter panel repair and a paint job done to that one spot.

I hate this place, I took my car here to get repaired in December. It had pretty bad front end damage. After taking it back at least 5 times for the same issue, it seems to have finally been repaired 9 months later. Hopefully this won’t be an awkward situation when they read this, if i have to go back there again, but that’s on them.
The experience was great. I was notified every step of the way. From beginning to end I knew what was happening. The staff was nice and the service was time appropriate. I have no complaints. Michelle was outstanding. And Enterprise was swift and great.

My insurance company suggested that I take my vehicle to Classic Collision in Union City, GA for front end damage and I am happy they sent me there I met some great people. From day one I was met with a professional and friendly staff. My advisor Mrs. Keta was excellent, she kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and told me if I had any questions or concerns to immediately call her. When I did have questions she answered everything and help reassure me, made me feel at ease and I knew she would make sure things were taken care of. I picked my up vehicle on 2/17 and I can say excellent job, my car looked showroom new. Thank you Mrs. Keta your the best and a plus for Classic Collision. If the need comes I will definitely be giving Mrs. Keta a call.
I was in a car accident and my insurance company sent me here. I was greeted by Laura at the front desk. She was professional, pleasant, and very welcoming. She assisted me with my paperwork and called Enterprise for my car rental.Upon entering the waiting area in which was clean and inviting. I actually barely had time to sit, b/c I was immediately talking to Justin about my car. Justin and I went outside to inspect the damages to my car. He took pictures, and informed me that I will get updates regarding my repairs. He assured me that my car was in good hands. By the time he was through an Enterprise rep was waiting.I received daily text messages regarding expected time of repairs, delivery of parts. Also I received updated phone calls during the process. I came to pick up my car in which was detailed and ready to go. Justin went over again in details pointing out what parts were replaced.I would definitely recommend bringing your car here for repairs. Im a happy customer 👍.Thanks again Classic Collision.

My truck is still not fixed. I took my car there after a hit and run. This shop did not repair my vehicle and its making so much noise. Yes I have called several times and no call back yet from General manager. Michelle told me the mechanic who fixed my truck has been fired from the company. I wonder if its for NOT repairing vehicles correctly.
***DISCLAIMER*** The person I originally contracted to repair my car is Moses Washington of Prohands Complete Repair; however, after the car being in his possession for a total of 32 days, I noticed that my lower front grill (which had been paid for) HAD NOT been replaced. I was then advised by Moses to take my car BACK to Classic Collision of South Atlanta for corrections to what was supposedly a repair that had been done by technicians located at this location. After the grill had been replaced, there was a problem with the right front headlight not being set properly (AGAIN, I NOTICED this, NOT the professionals who had done the repairs).After the 1st atrempt to correct the headlight, I was advised by whom Moses referred to as his lead technician that they did the adjustments using guesstimates (hand and eye coordination) and NOT using machinery or equipment as I had been previously advised by Moses (one of the MANY reasons he claimed it took so long to release the car to me). Unfortunately, the correction / adjustment made by the technician only made matters WORSE (a matter that I informed BOTH the technician and Moses about)! The technician then advised he could meet me closer to where I live (in Marietta) to avoid me having to continue to come to Union City. Although the gesture seemed nice, I advised I only wanted repairs done in a professional setting. I then informed Moses that I expected HIM to handle and resolve the situation in a professional manner and I have yet to get a response from either the technician or Moses.On top of everything else, my car had an additional 300 miles, smudge marks and scratches on the roof of the car near my sunroof. When advising Moses of this, he said they usually store parts for the car (as well as use the car to transport parts) in the car because they often lose the parts. There are several other issues that I cannot go into detail due to the fact that I am taking legal action to have done what has been paid for by my insurance company.

This place is ridiculous the worst experience of my life. The service i received you wouldnt believe i was a paying customer. Do Not bring your car here. I even tried calling to speak to the manager Justin after waiting four hours he never returned my call. So i went to the location just to hear him tell me i my over payment request could not be entered until my insurance picked up the car that was a total loss over two weeks in their yard. Even though the title now belonged to the insurance company. He gave me the number for his boss. I called left a message no return phone call. I will report this place to the better business. Still waiting for my over payment refund.
Classic Collision took care of my minor repair quickly, courteously and for less than I even imagined it might cost. It is reassuring that there are still businesses out there dedicated to providing service and exceeding customer expectations.

This place I would not recommend for many of reasons.1. My car had to be returned because the front tire was rubbing a whole in front bumper of the car.2. I was given the run around about the cover for my mirror. (Visit#2)3. When I got my car back the engine cover for my car was broke. Nobody know what happened to it.4. My car was hit on the passager side and I had to request that they do alignment (visit#2)5. Tire had to be replaced on passenger side do to it needing alignment (#2visit)6. When I call concerning my car I was told to call my insurance company. When I spoke with them they stated that they didnt need anything from me. Then once I got to Classic Collision I walked in and drove out with my car. This place really needs some help.
I ONLY deal with Keta Shannon. She gets keeps me posted of my repair and makes me feel like I am not getting ripped off. I have dealt with her twice. I have recommended over 5 people to her. Her customer service skills goes beyond words could describe. Classic Collision should feel valued to have an employee such as Ms. Shannon.
I was referred to Classic Collision Union City by the Lexus dealership I use nearby. Despite reading some of the negative reviews online, I knew that other Classic Collisions have a great reputation. So I decided to give them a shot. I have a very unique vehicle that I have put a lot of work into and for me to trust anyone to work on it, is a big deal! Lets just say I am very particular when it comes to my baby! From the minute I walked in the door I received exceptional customer service. The ladies in the front made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. William was the estimator that handled my repair process. He updated me regularly and assured me my vehicle was in good hands. Because I have a lot of custom work on my vehicle I had a hard time getting the insurance company to replace some of my specialty parts. After two days of battling with my insurance to my surprise I received a call from Travis, the manager, and he told me that he got everything handled!! He went out of his way to contact my insurance company and after speaking with him it was very clear that he gets the job done! My car was complete in a timely manner and I was very pleased! My advice would be to not judge this place based on a few angry people who wrote bad reviews. Go in and check them out yourself, I promise you wont be disappointed! If you happen to run into any issues along the way, ask for Travis, he is guaranteed to get them handled. I would definitely recommend Classic Collision Union City to all of my family and friends!
They contacted me within minutes of my car being towed to Classic Collision and emailed me the necessary info to get started with my claim. They called me the next day to give me an estimate and detail of the repair work. Repairs to my car were completed earlier than originally estimated and it looks fantastic. I was extremely impressed with the service, and although I live in East Cobb, will certainly bring my car back to this branch if it ever needs additional work. Thank you!
These people dont answer their phone. I called 4 times over 2 days after being referred by Mercedes of S Atlanta. I went to another body shop. Business must be booming not to answer the phone!

This location houses a State Farm Vehicle Inspection Service so that you can get an Estimate same day without having to wait for the person to come to you. And conveniently enough there is also an Enterprise Car Rental service in the same place. Everyone is professional and friendly to boot.
THIEVES, THIEVES, THIEVES!!! Dropped my vehicle off for minor repairs on a Monday morning. Picked my vehicle up the following Friday evening around 545pm. I noticed that my console and dash had been rummaged through. One of their employees took it upon themselves to remove my $395 Gucci Aviator sunglasses that I inadvertently left in my overhead console. I returned to notify them and got a blase response, OH, YOU SIGNED A RELEASE SAYING THAT WERE NOT LIABLE FOR ITEMS LEFT IN YOUR CAR. My reply was YES, I UNDERSTAND, BUT DOES THAT MAKE IT OK FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES TO STEAL ITEMS FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS VEHICLES. The repairs may have been ok but just be aware that there are THIEVES working there. Classic Collision condones and promotes this behavior by having their customers sign a release. Their employees think that there are no consequences or repercussions for them when they steal items from customers vehicles. There are repercussions and one of them is called the INTERNET...
Updates are very important. I didnt receive updates as I was told I would. I was doing the calling to check on my vehicle in which I was referred to by the dealership.
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! If I could give them zero stars, that would be too many! I dropped my car on a Wednesday. I had been hit in the rear two different times, so I had two claims with different insurance companies. I provided them with all of the information from both insurance companies. I received a phone call from one of the insurance companies on Thursday letting me know the estimate and that my car would be ready the following Tuesday. Although I signed up for daily updates from Classic Collision, by Monday I had not heard anything from them. After contacting them I learned that they never contacted the other insurance company and they claimed they never received an estimate from the other insurance company. My car was being held until someone came out to do the estimate. They told me to get half of the back done and bring it back for the other half. Huh?! So basically, they wanted to repair one half of the bumper and then later replace it. What irks me the most is that an estimate had been done the day after I dropped my car off. How did they miss that. I decided to take my car somewhere else. They are the most dishonest and unorganized body shop Ive ever dealt with.
The customer service is horrible! They had my car almost a month and it is still not fixed. The outside was minor it was under the car that was the problem. Once they did their part my car was supposed to have been taken up to Lexus for the other repairs and that did not happen. I just called my insurance company to ask about the repairs that Lexus did and he has no paperwork for them. They lied right to my face about the repairs to my car. Now I have to start another claim for the work that they claimed was already done! Please do not take your car to them.
There was nothing to like about this body shop, even though I thought Id done my due diligence prior to choosing them. The dealership I use is nearby (and recommended them), and a family member also recommended them. I had no idea choosing Classic Collision would provide such subpar service based on the recommendations I received. They gave me four different dates to pick up my car before it was actually ready. When my car was returned to me, neither of the windows on the passenger side of my car were working properly. In addition, my trunk has magically (since being in their possession for nearly a month) started leaking water into it, and mold has developed on several of the items I had in there. This includes my high school yearbooks and some shoes I had in there. Im here now for them to follow-up on the poor work they did and all Ive heard is excuses. Save yourself the trouble, stress, and hassle. Choose another body shop!(Note: the ladies in the front office are very nice.)

Travis was the best customer oriented operations manager I have ever dealt with, classic collision is truly blessed to have an employee like travis .I was out of town working and he took good care of my wife and children made sure the rental was waiting for them when they came to drop off my vehicle. The issues with the car from the hail damage was dealt with in an competent and professional manner he made sure to keep the communication lines open between he and I. I just can go on and on about my visit to you guys facility in union city. The insurance company only approved certain parts of the vehicle to be painted so when I got the roof and the bumpers approved guess who I sent the repeat business because of the outstanding customer service travis and his team gave me and my family, you guessed it classic collision union city.

I was referred from the Union CityToyota Dealership to Classic Collision of South Atlanta. I called this shop 4 days in a row & no one ever answered the phone, it placed me in a que to leave a message which I did each time. It would be helpful if someone actually returned phone calls. Does anyone even work there? Very frustrating & poor customer service. ** In response to Classic Collisions Response...Ummmm...it has everything to do with the representation of your shop. If you have poor customer service such as your staff not answering the phones or returning phone calls, this reflects very poorly on you & should be rectified for your current customers & any future business that you hope to obtain. BTW...no one has still even bothered to return my phone call(s) as of today, 1/17/19, so I took my business elsewhere & informed Union CityToyota that you must not be interested in their referrals going forward.
My estimator is excellent! He is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and I will never go anywhere else for car repair. He is the reason why! He is an outstanding employee!

If i could give an even lower score here i would. I have had numerous clients complain about this location. Today i spoke with the general manager. I have never experienced such a blatant disregard for anyones time as i witnessed speaking with this man. His mantra is bring it back. Even if you have taken it back over three times his nonchalant attitude is rude and offensive. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Take the time and find another place.

My car was dropped off on Feb 13th and work to begin on the 14th. It was upposed to be a 10 day repair and I just now got my car back on March 9th. After further inspection my car has a cracked headlight bulb and now my check engine light is on which has never been a problem before it was dropped off at the shop. So now I have to make another trip to the shop today smh...
They have the worst service ever!!! I wish I went to a different shop I dropped my car off 3 weeks ago, they still havent fixed anything they keep giving me the run a round !!! Now Its very stressful it took 2 months just to put in the shop due to the insurer that hit me, the receptionist that work there are clueless & cant give you accurate information I spoke with the new GM today & he told me he would take care of my car well see how that work out.
Horrible place to have your car fixed . a bunch of scammers and sloppy work performed and dont have a luxury car they will mess it up looking to collect from insurance company. Very poor work and you might not get your car back for months

I would not waste my time with this collision center due to insufficient/faulty repair work, and lack of communication. After reading several reviews and contacting a local Lexus Dealership which recommended this collision center I decide to have repairs made to my car. On March 22, 20015 I was in an accident after coming home from a long day of work. My car was hit by a trailer which damaged the left and right fenders, front bumper, both front headlights, both front rims, and right tire. On March 23rd my car was towed to Classic Collison of South Atlanta located in Union City off of Buffington Road. Initially the repairs were scheduled to be completed in a week’s time however that week was extended an additional two weeks. The delay in repairs were because the wrong parts were ordered for my vehicle. They also cut corners while completing repairs. I had difficulty getting information about my vehicle the many times I attempted to reach someone. The clerk would give different stories about the delay and assure me she would call back I never heard back. I finally was able to speak with the General Manager concerning repair completion dates for my car who provided inadequate customer service. I now have an understanding of why the employees under him also have terrible customer service. When my car was returned I noticed a lot of faulty repair work. The front bumper on the car had lots of gaps and was not flush with the hood and fenders. Door guards (which my insurance company paid for) was not placed. Needless to say, the general manager stated that he did not notice the door guards were not on the car. I am wondering if he meant to say he was hoping I wouldn’t notice that they were not there because they clearly received payment for them. He stated he would order the parts and all repairs concerning the bumper, right tire, and door would be completed on the same day when all parts were received.Another week passed without hearing anything so I finally had to contact my insurance adjuster because I was unable to reach the GM about correcting the prior repairs. On May 1, 2015, I was finally able to take my car in for the updated repairs. I dropped the car off only to find out that the GM was no longer handling my claim, but had pushed me off to the Production Manager. I was told to bring my car at opening so repairs would be completed on the same day. They expected me to sit at the shop for 6 hours for the car to be repaired with no alternate vehicle. After a lengthy discussion, the production manager was able to convince my insurance company to pay for a rental car for that day so I could make it to work. I was scheduled to pick my car up at 5 pm, but when I passed the Collison center at 3:00 pm my car remained untouched. Around 4:30, I contacted the production manager informing him I was on the way as scheduled to pick up my car. It wasn’t to my surprise that once again they had failed to complete the repairs at the time scheduled. Finally, on May 5, 2015 I was able to pick up my vehicle needless to say when the right tire was replaced on the car my rim was damaged. I messaged the general and production managers informing them that I was not satisfied and of concerns of repairing rim. In which the general manager stated he would contact me back. Today May 12, 2015 I have yet to hear anything concerning repairing my damaged rim.Therefore if I were you I would choose a Collison Center that will not cut corners and would do the repairs timely and efficiently.
