After my wreck, my car was was sent there. The service was quick and pleasant. Brandon really took good care of me. He called and gave me regular updates on the work process. Slow repair time but thats understandable in these unprecedented times, however the work was excellent. Someone stole my airpods from inside my car, plus took my tire shine from my storage department. Then the manager did not follow up with me after assuring me he would do so. The work was great but the service was just terrible........

They made sure my car rental was set up and also returned the car for me when my car was ready. They went over what repairs were done the lifetime warranty on the repair, and even detailed my car upon delivery. My car was ready one week earlier than promised. Very professional work. I really appreciated how I was kept informed. The paperwork and costs between myself, my insurance, and Caliber was very minimal. I’d recommend them. (I went to the Union City, GA location.)

Michelle was good at keeping me up to date about the status of my vehicle and the final product was good. It took two weeks after my accident to bring it in the shop just for an estimate. Then after the estimate it took another two weeks to bring it in the shop for repairs. I was told 9 days for the repair but it took close to 5 weeks and the incorrect bumper was sent twice. I like the work completed but the wait was not good with me. If they would have told me it would take almost a month to get the car in the shop I would have went with another option.

Great work and service. My vehicle was ready before the time promised it took them less than a week to get the vehicle in and out . They kept me informed from the time i dropped it off to the time i picked it up .They also did a full car wash and cleaning ( Greatly thankful). I will recommend this place .

Great service and constant communication. Car looks like new after the repairs. My only complaint would be that they had to change the estimated completion date about 3 times. However, that is understandable given that my car had extensive damage. Just be aware of this when dealing with the rental car agency. I ran out of allowed rental on my insurance.

I was referred to Caliber through my insurance company after a hit and run, rear-end collision that damaged the entire rear of my car. My tech, Roberto, was diligent in staying in contact about the repair progress & was very patient in answering any and all questions I hadl. The repairs were completed well before the projected completion date and with the included interior vacuum service, my vehicle was returned to me in better condition on the inside as well as the outside!

So far it is nice... People pay attention & talk where u can understand. Still working on the truck but so far good.

I was referred by someone but after doing business with them I wouldn’t refer anyone else. They front desk personnel were rude and nasty! My car was broken into while getting fixed on the lot so and I wasn’t told until I realized I had missing things in my car. When called to check in my belonging I was told then about the break in! With an excuse “you signed a waiver that all belongings in the vehicle you are responsible for” which I feel is insult to injury! I would never go to them again EVER NOW IM SHORT 1000 worth of property due to my car being in there lot
