Horrible and unprofessional. Asked manager for help and he just pointed to the worker helping me that walked away. Extremely rude and unhelpful and told me false information about my account ultimately walked out and went to another location. I was very close to switching carriers.

Normally wouldnt go to a franchise location but the other Verizon in Ukiah is closed. Zero stars for them.Mirabella was incredibly patient and helpful and assisted me even though the store was about to close. Resolved my issue (which was 100% Verizon corporates fault).Go here, paying a service fee is worth it to get help from people who care enough to help you.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother went to this location yesterday to buy a phone for my brother and was helped by ricardo. He told her that she could only buy the Samsung galaxy s20+ for $800 ($400 off) only if she bought insurance for the phone so she did. This is unethical and I am very upset with this kind of customer service. I cant believe that ricardo and this location would take advantage of my mother who doesnt speak English well and make her believe this kind of lie. I know for a fact that this phone can be bought online for the sale price without purchase of insurance. Insurance purchases are ALWAYS up to the customer. This place should own up to its terrible and discriminatory behavior. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are thieves and crooks.

They take real good care of vets and first responders. I have been with these guys in this store since 2007. And their folks there take real good care of you. It doesn’t seem like they are only out for a quick buck, their first of concern for their customers. When there’s an issue they try really hard to get it resolved so everybody’s happy. They built my trust by always being honest and taking really good care of me and my family for the last 13 years. Thanks!

Switching from AT&T to Verizon for my company. I got a lot of help from the store manager setting up a plan, selecting equipment and configuring the phones. Pricing is better and customer service is excellent.

I wanted to activate my sim card and then get a plan, but for that I needed wifi. The worker didnt want to give wifi and ask me to go to McDonalds to get online, activate the sim card and then come back to the store to get the plan. I asked several times, I just needed it for a couple of minutes, but he refused it. What a embarrassing service. The name of the worker is Nire.

So disappointed over our experience with a staff that couldnt get out of their own way. TOTAL INEPT LIARS work here!My girl canceled her VERIZON that shes had for years because if the poor attitude, lies and cost to us in 1 visit to this location. VERIZON lost a customer because of this authorized retailer desperately trying to disguise itself as VERIZON.There is an actual VERIZON dealer 2 exits away; they did in 20 minutes what this place couldnt do in 2 visits over business days.
This store sold me a broken phone and when I brought it back five days later, refused to even give me a partial refund. This is not a Verizon store, just a mediocre middleman that sells poor quality cheap products and doesnt have the same Verizon services......youll pay extra for services and products in this store. You will do better by driving to the REAL Verizon store across town. I bought a phone here that didnt function properly and this store would not even give me a partial refund.....now Im out $123.00 for five days of useless service with a broken phone.

I WAS FRAUDED and the service was CRIMINAL.I was lied to about service in my area and getting a full refund if the device didnt work in my area.I WASNT REFUNDED AS PROMISED.DEVICE WAS RETURNED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS.THE MANAGER REFUSED TO POST THE DEVICE RETURN TIMELY.VERIZON AND THE STORE BOTH BILLED ME FOR an ACTIVATION. Store calls it something else but it is still activation.VERIZON IS BILLING ME FOR SERVICES LONG AFTER THE DEVICE WAS RETURNED.Sound familiar? THEN CONTACT ME AND LETS GET A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THIS DEALER AND VERIZON.FOUR LENGTHY PHONE CALLS LATER - THE ISSUE STILL ISNT RESOLVED!Save yourself the headache and lost opportunity cost. Avoid this retailer.

I purchased my phone at Verizon($175.00) and pay at least, $ 65.00 a month for the service. With that in mind, they rudely would not allow me to charge my phone at this store while I was doing my laundry next door. Very very bad store and service.

Got insurance but was denied a under a week later when I asked to buy the edge over the s7 because the s7 is very weak and unreliable. They said if I get my phone fixed through insurance I cant switch to the edge unless I buy it in full. I guess they dont care about customers...
