Allan was super helpful and had great customer service. He explained my plan clearly and made sure I understood everything. He was so patient with all my questions, will definitely be continuing with metro!

Went with my cousin to buy a new phone. The cashier was rude to her so I tried to ask more questions to better understand the plan. He didnt understand what we were trying to say. Had to repeat myself 5 times. Also rolled his eyes and sighed at us as if getting frustrated. Just trying to buy a new phone and he seemed like he didnt want to help us. Dont remember the cashiers name but I would report him if I remembered his name. He was also rude to my aunt who went in and paid her bill too.

The service area sucks if it wasnt for wi-fi could not call out on the south side of Ukiah and the service for the rest of Ukiah are hit and miss.

I think that Metro is underrated they have a good service, good phones and their staff know what theyre doing. I never had any issues with Metro I give them a 4 theyre always really busy and the lines are long,, usually.

I paid 200.00 for a broke phone and it has someone elses bank info... Camera is broke... Im so frustrated. I live an hour from the closest metro.

Service could be spotty at times especially outside city limits. Great thing about Metro is it is a flat rate and they dont try to add on overage charges like the other places. You know exactly what you are going to pay month in and month out. Plus no contacts! Great when you need a cheap phone.

Drove over an hour to this store to activate a new phone, setup a Google one account and get the amazon prime membership and they failed at all three tasks, they said the phone was locked without even checking it and got angry but didnt explain when I asked why how does he know its locked?Had to sort it all out by phone later that day by phone. If you dont want to buy one of their over priced phones they wont be of much help at this store.

Terrible experience, 90 minutes of my life gone and could not port my phone to Metro not a T mobile phone or on the T mobile network Charged me 178.84 for two free phones, 15$ activation fee, 25 fee to Metro PCS store, first month of service and tax on the phone. Wow Free is not free! And Im still waiting on a refund!! Just dont go here! Im actually glad in hind sight because as Im being told no A lady is quiting Metro PCS and the Manager/owner(from the Santa Rosa store) is explaining how they have lost towers in the fires. They are working on improving service!! JUST SKIP THIS PLACE IN LIFE! PLEASE REFUND my money. You have been warned!

I have been a customer for 9 years and have always found the staff to be both helpful and friendly. Over the years, I have purchased mid-level phones, generally a Samsung model. I will be upgrading my phone in June or July and asked Meghan to explain the difference between android and the iPhone IOS systems, as I have always used android phones. Meghan explained the IOS system in a way that I could understand and we discussed the pros/cons of both systems, which was very helpful to me in making my final decision.The staff has also been very helpful when I have had issues with my phones and had to send one in for repair or replace it. After 9 years of service, I highly recommend the Ukiah Metro by T-Mobile store.

I have been with Metro for years and have always had fast and friendly service. The main gal there is very knowledgeable.

Theres very helpful staff who always take the time to help me with phone stuff I cant figure out. Ive been with MetroPCS for years and Ive never had issues.

MetroPCS is a great place to go get a brand new phone and they have great cell phone service around here in Ukiah

Watch out folks they are over charging you and not reporting it on your account then say there privite they can do that when 2 phone new acount advertise 90 dollors and 17 dollors for each phone activated with one month service and charge $ 224 anDC cant say were and what extra charge is for they are pockit the money bye adding on price yet not showing up on your bill statement or say free case or head phones then charge you for them and when i said something she said well then the activation was the price when activation is free look close at receipt if go to Metro in Ukiah
