I love this store, and all of the employees have been helpful, kind, and know their business well. I have been for years, and will continue to be a happy U.S. Cellular customer.

The phone I wanted was not in stock. But theyre supposed to get some in this coming week so we shall see the outcome.

The one in Willits had an over hour and half wait we waited 30 minutes and then drove to Ukiah 3 minutes until we got service.

Went in to upgrade my phone and got amazing customer service. The dude who helped me had to be in his 20s but acted older. He greated everyone that walked in and was friendly. Over all good experience!

My experience with us cellular. I have no phone service on any phones for 2 weeks now. Because of this Ive missed an eye appointment because I couldnt get any incoming calls.

Angel was awesome as our sales representative. My husband was in a joking mood, and Angel was perfect in his handling of our situation. I really enjoyed shopping for our new phone.

I would give 0 stars if i could. U.S. Cellular just likes to cheat people out of their money, and has bad service(Internet Connection). I decided to finally cancel my phone service there and they say i have to do it before a certain day (Which i did) and will still have to pay for it the next month( even without having the service there for a month). If im late will have to pay for it for the next 2 months. Apparently they always do this to people. Dont recommend.

Worst US cellular for miles, after waiting an hour and a half, and driving and driving 3hrs round trip all because I was miss informed that i would be eligible for a upgrade. Always give you information that is false, been there two times and it was the same thing both times. This place really made me reconsider my phone options even though Ive been with them for over 12yrs. Just really cant believe the lack of experience and how uncaring they are. I would rather go to the Eureka store and thats saying a lot. But other than that thank you for wasting my time everytime I come in, wish I could give you no stars.

Terrible customer service, let other ppl that just walked in the door ahead of ppl waiting 15min or more. Have employees restocking shelves while others wait and make individuals paying in cash wait lonfer and make them feel obsolete, for paying such ways. Learn to manage please.
