My experience was very dissatisfied with my service my lug covers not my Volkswagen cover wasnt put on my tire. The service clerk Nick told me I would not get a new tire when Im on the phone with a Volkswagen representative thats telling me you have road hazard protection and you can get a replaced tire if thats what you want. The other service clerk was very rude as well. I think her name was Jeanie. The repair shop did not put my Volkswagen emerald back on my tire. I was told over 6 times when I called to schedule my oil change that someone would call me back no one never did and I have called and been put on hold for the service department and no one ever picked up after 15 minutes to tell them they left my Volkswagen emerald off my tire.

Its really too bad that 5 stars is the highest rating you can give these totally awesome people!! Our salesman Ken Roberts is by far the most professional and most hospitable car salesman we have ever dealt with!! Barnes Crossing Volkswagen is the best dealership in Tupelo, MS!! I brought my car in to have the tires rotated and emission system serviced. My experience was very good from the time arrived until the time I left.There was one humorous moment when I arrived. An African employee hollered at me because I entered the drop off section the wrong way. I was impressed with his concern for efficiency and passion for his work.I will use them again!

I went for an oil change and they also took care of a minor recall I was unaware of. It took longer than expected but on Saturday with the current struggle to get people to work it wasnt too bad.

Stayed up there for 4hrs straight about to get a new car. They even did their announcement and we were just waiting on the paperwork to finalize but at the end in the very last moment they sold the car we were getting to someone else and then just said well call you if we find anything else. We first dealt with Ken when we were in a week ago. This week Samantha helped us complete our car purchase. We are ‘research’ buyers that take some time with due diligence buying anything, and they were attentive and patient throughout. The sales manager, Chris, was also nice to work with. My only bit of constructive criticism is organization of the lot. I believe it is harder on the sales personnel and the customer that used cars of the same make and model are spread randomly about an impressive selection, but literally could not find a car that was in stock per internet. Other than that, friendly people, large selection. Nice place to find a car!

My sales representative Michael was great! I waited a bit to leave a review and unfortunately my new(to me) suv had a problem!! I was very upset to say the least. It is because of the way he handled the issue that I am giving five stars. Not only did he get me the roadside assistance number and help me deal with that, the issue was repaired and he had the Atlas delivered back to my home by the next afternoon!

I just received the bright idea of advertising for this company that cant even come up with a good name for themselves so they just chose a street name and incorporated it. The advertising is one of those scratch off instant win ads. This is why there is no respect for car salesmen. They manipulated the law so that you have to buy from a dealership by using lobbyists and back room dealings. Buy a used car from here if you want something barely held together with duct tape. They put pretty wheels on them for a reason. Buy a new car from here as well, it will depreciate by half when you drive it off the lot and the warranty wont cover half the stuff that breaks on it because of the cheap parts they put into their vehicles. Volkswagen is by far the worst investment possible. If you want a real car dealer then choose one that can at least come up with a proper name.

They are beyond friendly and do the best that they are able to do for their customers. Ive been done wrong by other car dealers and feel that this has changed my opinion of car dealerships. Barnes Crossing Volkswagen is a place that cares and tries to get the best deal possible for their customers.

We began the experience shopping for a car for my bf. With no luck we found one privately and bought it. Two months later, I figured since we were told we were approved, not preapproved, I’d try for myself. Found the car I’ve wanted for years as soon as I pulled up ... tested it, voiced my concerns about sounds and was assured it was minor so I decided let’s do paperwork. The application needed to be redone which I was ok with that and since it was late I was told next day they would call to get me squared away and tuck the car away so nobody else could get it . I called to check in the next morning since this is my “dream car” on the line. Delays. But it’s a process so I waited. The person who referred me over said she had to become more determined in order to get results so I stayed on them about getting this done since, I was approved supposedly months ago. I finally got somewhere by the end of the night but I had to come right then. I told them my kid had a concert so if I could come right after I would, and even go as far as sending the money right then to show my seriousness. I was informed spend time with my kid but they wouldn’t be holding it they don’t do that type of thing. I received a text after the concert ended (about an hour later) saying they had sold that car but they had 800 more to choose from. I thanked them and said if it’s wasn’t that car I could just wait. I then received a call from someone still hoping to “sale” me to which I told him that I was assured when I left it be put back but since it wasn’t it was ok. He promised to double check the lots and let me know in morning. I received a text the next day with pictures. I text back that it don’t look familiar but it was the car that I had wanted from the different view than I remembered. I was excited all over again. Purchased car after more lies on things I swept under because it’s the dream car. Even halted a approval that called while in the office to offer me a car 3 years newer for $1000 more. I still went with the car with all the options I wanted. That night my car stopped at the pump moments after I pulled off lot. They came out laid on gas while cranking and it finally started. Said it was just because it didn’t have any gas in it. Moving up to date : my car still won’t start up when i get gas whether it’s on or off, without laying on gas, it appears to want to cut off occasionally, my door handle was off, my radio has this lovely setting that I can’t use my radio unless I’m buckled( I’m ok with that ) and I can’t turn my radio up too far because I need the admin key that they don’t have. If i want extra key I’d have to buy one .... So idk how would you rate my experience including being told I was wrong for being the same way my friend was when she purchased one from them. They are my friends and all their customers love them. Guess it’s just me. Guess if you’re gonna go take a tape recorder because nothing that was said to me was remembered because their people would never do/ say any of that.

Had problems from the start with my 2013 volkswagen passat tdi sel they replaced the motor 2 months after I bought it and they kept it close to a month then the air wasnt working when I got it back they replaced it then a month after getting back out the shop for that the air stopped working again due to faulty parts come back 6 months later cause summer is approaching and didnt want to go all summer with out air and came up there for my appointment at 1030 for them to check out the air and get an oil change sat up there till 330 they told me they were trying to find out if the part warranty would cover the labor told me they would call me Saturday and they never changed my oil like they were supposed to and called me that Monday to tell me it wouldnt cover it and it would cost me 660 dollars when I shouldnt have to pay out of pocket in the first place cause they are the ones to break it when they changed the motor out also the leather on the door panels are coming off I will not buy another volkswagen after I trade this one in

I bought my car from them in 2019 and purchased extended warranties through them. My car recently tore up, and they would not honor the warranties. They wanted to charge me a ridiculous price to fix my car. I told them I would just trade in. They wanted me to put a bunch of money down and told me I would be upside down on my car by almost 10k. They really screwed me. I do not recommend them.
