The kawasaki ke100 in the picture was mine π€I think its awesome its been seen by so many.
I tried calling to ask if they had a particular motorcycle in stock, put me on hold for 8 minutes, so I hung up and called back put me on hold for over 12 minutes. I called back and asked to be forwarded to the showroom and hold again for 8 minutes then they picked up the phone and hung up. I was going to buy a Goldwing from there but they evidently didnt want to make a sale so Ill go somewhere else.
Has the parts you need at a great price
Ive always got great service Connor is the guy to see will help anyone in anyway he can#HONDA4LIFE
If you have an older Honda that you need serviced just go down the road to Fuel Cycles. Honda of Tupelo Iβm sure is great for the newer bikes they sell but they donβt seem interested at all in servicing vintage bikes. I sent an email through their website and never got a reply. Five days later I went in the store to ask about getting my vintage cb750 serviced. The service manager told me he thought itβd be best if I do it myself. Iβm very busy working 70+ hours a week at the moment and just wanted them to do it. 110 dollars an hour was too much. Fuel cycles was happy to have me in their shop and were way more than helpful. Iβve had other Hondaβs before and have had the same experience with them. I like to spend my money in my hometown.Iβm a Honda fan and have been all my life but I chose to give these guys another chance. Wonβt happen again.
The place to go for a vacation couldnt ask for a better place to go
Not one person even tried to help me
Nice place not many motorcycles there
I purchased a 2020 rubicon 520. My salesman name is Connor. During the purchase process, i was quoted $8100.00 for the ATV and $800 for the wheels that i wanted on the ATV. This was during the covid-19 and they was not allowing customers to enter the building, so had to do the paperwork outside. This is my fault as well, but upon inspection of the paperwork after purchasing, i realized that i had actually been charged total $9600 for the atv and wheels. That is not including taxes, paperwork fees, etc. Bringing the total to $10,800. This is not what was discussed. I contacted my salesman and he said he had to get with Vicki. He now has not contacted me back and has ignored me. Not a happy customer.
Before I write my review I want to preface this by stating my review is based on my experience of dealing with Connor. With that out of the way, I can not brag enough about how helpful he was. This man went out of his way to help me find exactly what I wanted at the best price. He was accommodating, made good, and knowledgeable, recommendations on the equipment, and then took the time to sit down with me on the sxs I bought to explain how to use every feature, an the best way to drive it. From here on out as long as he works there, he will be the sales rep I go to for anything related to atvs, parts, or accessories.
The people are cool in the store but they dont call back and one guy said they had one big bike in stock that I would like but another guy said they dont and acted like he didnt know what I was talking about. They dont have any big bikes only small ones but they can order a big bike after they run my credit and take a deposit so I wont see the bike Im buying so idk if I even want the bike
Walked in the shop looking for a helmet. Not only did they have a piss poor collection of eBay helmets, the whole time I was in there not a single word was said. Employees just looked at me and kept doing whatever they were doing which looked like nothing. I couldβve wheeled a bike out of that place and nobody wouldβve seen or possibly cared. Bad excuse for a Honda dealer wonβt be back
Go see Ken and Tupelo keep your money in town here match any prices and he definitely theres a better person to deal with than most of the shops especially Lake Hill Motors
These was a NICE and CLEAN showroom. Nice salesman I had
OMG THE OWNER IS GREAT LOVE LOVE LOVE
Good customer service if you are buying. Service dept is ok, but expensive.
House of honda is a great place to ship fir your bew ride. Very friendly
Great service, they fix it right the first time.
Everyone was so nice to me.
I was on a motorcycle trip from Florida to Memphis to surprise my Mom for Mothers Day when I made a pit stop just north of Tupelo. I was looking over my bike when I noticed both sidewalls of my rear tire were cracked all the way around. The cracks were not there on my pre-trip inspection. It was late afternoon on Saturday and all the cycle shops were closed except for Honda of Tupelo. A quick call verified they would be able to service my bike. Service Manager Larry Crosby was very helpful and fixed me up with a proper tire even though it meant staying late past closing time. He provided outstanding service and helped me get to Memphis safely on a good tire. My Mothers Day surprise would have been ruined and I may have had a blown tire trying to make it if it were not for Honda of Tupelo. Thank you, Larry!
To much for there part got mine on line for over half the price
Good inventory!! Great machines!!
Gave me good info about the cycle I saw as wanting to get

Very poor parts department!! Called 3 times looking for a part and was put on hold for more than ten minutes each time until I hung up!

Good people here. I bought a Grom and Metropolitan and those guys took great care of me and my family. Great attitudes and very knowledgeable. I would highly suggest these guys for anything Honda related. I will definitely be returning.
