Great customer service! I really appreciate that they keep records of what you buy, so that its easy to purchase more... especially custom colors. They always offer to carry my purchases to my car, too.

VERY expensive... Not sure what is the huge difference in paint!

My husband has been a painter and bought paint and supplies from Sherwin Williams for more than 10yrs. Why is it we buy 3 cans of the same color and ALL 3 cans of paint where completely different. He had asked for a can of lacquer thinner on the first time we went and had received acetone, when he question the employee who had helped him he assured him it was correct when it wasnt what he got and we had to go again. So we will no be using this location again.

Sherwin Williams used to be the best at matching colors but now they have employees who have NO idea what they’re doingThe little girl who waited on me tried 5 times to make a very simple color match but could never get it rightAnd the other employees were very little help...After waiting for over an hour, I took the ruined swatch (only one I have) and have no choice but to go back to the teenagers at Lowe’s or Home DepotI’ve used SW for years so this is very disappointingWhen did they go so downhill?

I’ve been buying pigment from Sherwin-Williams for over a decade for tinting products. It’s always up to the store manager on whether or not to sell it because it isn’t officially for sell. Basically, the manager here was more concerned about whether or not I had an account with Sherwin-Williams than she was with selling the pigment. She ignorantly stated it wouldn’t work for the application it’s worked for for over ten years and refused to sell it. I’ll go to another location and pretend I bought their products and come up with a dumb story and get my pigment

The guy was overboard helpful. You dont get that much anymore. And I could hear one of the sales guys being the same to his customer. Awesome paint too. Painted bathroom with wall paper already on it for 20+ years. Covered in one coat. The wall paper was white with little red symbols on it.

Its a Little more expensive but the customer service makes up for it!!!Id rather pay more and get good knowledgeable help then go to Walmart or home Depot and get some it doesnt know the difference between latex and acrylic so Im happy to pay the difference!!!

I got a great paint match on an old can. Also, the paint quality and colors worked really well for our kitchen remodel.

I call this place anytime I need an answer to any painting question. If the person who answers the phone doesnt know the answer they make sure they get it and get back to you quickly. This is definatley my favorite Sherwins location.

Can I give less than a star? My wife and I went to this location tonight looking for help picking out external paint. We arrived at 6pm is and were the only customers in the store. The two staff ignored us and when we walked in as they were too busy looking at their phones. When I finally asked for help 10 minutes later they were visibly annoyed. The staffer that came to assist us strutted over and gave us a Yeah, wassup?No, seriously, thats what he said.Were looking at spending $1500 in 25 year exterior paint. Were going to buy it somewhere else now.

Ive been a painter in Tulsa for 20 years and I just entered the store which Ive been in many times there were seven people behind the counter and about seven or eight customers waiting in the front of the store. Most of the workers were in the back just talking amongst themselves and laughing while we all stood waiting in line to purchase something! Never seen such horrible customer service in unaction.
