It was great I was there buying material and hardware to build my own custom movie cabinet with two sections I will post pictures of the finished product. I came back to edit this post with the finished product of my project with the things I brought from here. I hope you all enjoy.

I love the home depot. They seem more than not to have whatever tool or home item I need. They are polite and always seem to have some kind of deal going. If I buy the wrong product or if it breaks they dont mind replacing it or making things right. I really appreciate that. Now thats the power of the home depot.

I came in for 6 inch metal studs. After being told from another home Depot that there were 6 inch metal studs at the 41st and Sheridan location I found no 6 inch metal studs. The store was otherwise well stocked with employees willing to help. Clean outside with minimal trash. Great option for your home or business projects. I will definitely be back to this location.

This is a well managed Home Depot. I like going there. They have so many different options to choose from as you can see in the pictures. Always friendly, helpful associates there to assist with your home improvement purchases.

Yesterday morning Jerry in the unfinished cabinets area was awesome. He had to get into top stock for us for like 6 cabinets on top of the five we picked up from the lower shelves. He also helped with some plumbing items we needed as well. Jerry made a normal frustrating run to home depot very pleasant and we were able to find what we needed and continue on with our job. Thank Jerry.

If home depot didnt have all that home improvement stuff & tools to play with I wouldnt set foot in there establishment! Tons of employees that dont want to help you! Better customer service is not the same as just being nice!

I went for plants. Employees didnt know a whole lot but they were cool and friendly. They didnt have much of a selection though.

Good service but I got a much better deal on my flooring at budget flooring. I will still use home depot for other projects

Went to the store on Sheridan yesterday looking for a mower. We found what we were looking for an went to check out at the self checkout center but none of them would take cash…cards only…(how smart is that??). Went to the regular register area (only one was open) and waited our turn. While waiting we observed that the checker was not taking ANYTHING but the exact change PERIOD. If the customers didn’t have the exact money the checker would not check them out and give them their change. One man needed only one dime and could not get it. So, this nonsense created quite a problem. We realize that there may still be a change shortage but it doesn’t seem to be as bad anywhere else that we shop. Certainly will think twice before going back there again.

I workin the plumbing department. If your a DIY and need some guidance, we are more than happy to help.

Other then a long line at checkout it was great there was plenty of help on the floor.

Did not have items in stock that store website said were available, but had extra friendly, helpful, knowledgeable store employees.

Lady at self check is insanely rude I was only letting her know one of their items were all zoned in an incorrect spot since the price on all of them stated 19.97 however they rang up 39.97 I had no problem paying that price but since she was rude I stayed for the price check and to continue to type this review her name is Ashley and come to find out she is the FRONT end supervisor something needs to be done about this woman with her poor customer service skills definitely does not belong in a the front of house position judging by the ladys reaction I did talk to this is a common complaint for both customers and employees . Ashley needs to be fired

Like going their even tho i spend way to much time their looking around and seeing what new tools they got. You can get just about anything except small decorative latches for small boxes, the one thing I needed. Oh well, still enjoy the store and the friendly sales people, now if they where to give me one of each tool for free to try out i be like, Oh Yeah. But that aint happening. And i cant effort them all. Thats the only bad thing about going their, you come home with a long wishlist of things you just got to have or want.

They always have what I need. Customer service is amazing. If they dont know they find out quick. Forgot my mask and they gave me one.

Cashiers were friendly, management seemed like they dont want to be bothered by customers. The store on N. Elgin is way better and friendlier.

I usually go to the one downtown. I went to the one on 41 & Sheridan this time. It was less crowded for one. And a very nice store clerk assisted me with getting some plywood cut to size and even escorted me to my car and loaded it. I told him thank you like 3 or 4 times. I really was elated.

Y’all have got to train your people. I have been to this Home Depot in the past 2 days - I asked one person where kids sand was, and they told me to go to customer service. The other person I asked in home and garden if I had enough potting soil for my plant, and they literally said “I don’t know, you might buy an extra bag just in case.”

I like shopping at Home Depot always good service.This time i was looking for Rock salt i googled it to be at Home Depot. When i inquired at the service desk i was told they didnt carry it so i was confused and left. Next time another day.

Tulsa Central is a very good HD. Items are easy to find and cashiers are usually quite efficient. Good help in the load up yard at garden supplies.

First of all, there were no shopping carts available. Which is odd because the store was pretty empty. I did find one person to help me locate the garage storage systems but when I called to her, she turned around, walked away and went around the corner. I found another employee in the next aisle and asked him where the garage door systems were. He pointed me towards the garage doors. Once I figured out that I was in the wrong location I asked another guy and he told me they were in the moving area. So I walked across the store again to get to the moving area. There was a worker there and he informed me that they didn’t have any of the garage storage systems in stock, they were an online purchase only. I did find some husky bins which I feel like are made out of the same material as the storage systems, but could not find a price. I tried the scanner on THD website, it didn’t work. I located that worker again and asked him if he could check the price for me, he did gave me the price. I told him I would take all six and he asked “don’t you have a cart?” I told him no, there were not any of the front of the store but if he could just help me, we could carry these bins to the front. He was not going to help me carry them, but he found a cart on another aisle, I had to help him load the bins and he sent me to the front of the store. Once I self-checked-out, I had to load the bins myself. One worker in the parking lot asked me if I was done with the cart, and I said yes. But he walked away and didn’t take it. I returned it to the front of the store. I have never received such poor service, I will look at Lowe’s for my garage storage systems.

I dont know that I could give more or less stars. Its a hardware store. I found what I was looking for, but I do wish there was a better way of organizing items.

Not one employee asked if we needed help or said hi or anything. The only help was from an Employee named Gregory (even if he is a sooner fan) I dont know what happened but when I worked there at this Home Depot we would get in trouble for not greeting customers or making sure they were finding everything okay

This company is really hard up for employees but I asked 1 guy where an item was and he told me right where it was and I checked out with my military discount in less than ten minutes. They are slowly improving.

My experience at the one in Tulsa on 41st Street and the one on 71st Street was very good. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful.

Got lost with the kiddo, hes 3. He kept saying hi to the staff which I was for SURE not gonna tell them I couldnt find what 8 wanted. All the staff was super friendly and the guy only laughed a little when I finally told him I couldnt find what I wanted.Good place, pretty clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Most everyone is pretty knowledgeable and helpful only occasionally do you run into somebody that does not have a clue.

People are so lazy they cant cut a car key. Theyve gotten lazy. Went and found another employee and he said we dont cut Auto keys. Well I got one cut there awhile back with no problem

The Manager Edwin and cashier Pam both helped me today. I’m completely sold, to continue visiting 41st and Sheridan Home Depot VS the downtown location. I was sent over to 41st and Sheridan all because the returns department was unwilling to assist me with an out of season leaf blower. I ended up spending more money, but I feel it was worth it.

I needed a 7 ft mini blind you have to get them custom made an cost $400 plus, I found a sunshade 8 ft made for the outdoors pull down for $45 think it work indoors will see

Self checkout supposed to be easier and faster. Wouldnt take my cash. The machine yelling Coustomer Needs Assistance cashier on 5. Nobody in line. Just stands there looking into nowhere. You hear the machine! Do your job! Coustomer Assist! Anyways, some person went looking for a manager because they cant get the self check to take cash? I paid with a card and left.Do better!

This place is awesome. I can find everything from screws and bolts to security cameras and everything between. We bought lumber to fix our fence and repair our porch. We have a porch with about 3 steps up from our driveway slab. The porch has a cover with four 4 x 4 posts and various 2 x 4 posts that has an enclosure. This enclosure makes our porch very nice place to sit early mornings and late afternoons.

Normally customer service has not been ideal here. However Alex who helped me last time was both knowledgeable and personable. He really shaved alot of time off my project, and saved me at least one trip back to the store. If your in there he has grey ponytail and Is quite helpful.

This review is based on my trip with my wife for plants. Yes, they had plants, but was it the never-ending meadow of beautiful plants I had imagined? No, no it had no collective color wave instead sat a few miserable aloe vera that looked to be on deaths door, some succulents, and cactus. There were some painted plants which seemed weird, and ultimately we found some acceptable in the graveyards waiting room for plants.

Tried to use my tax exempt card and was unable to because I was not registered. I was told to do it online. My wife tried twice and was unsuccessful both times. I hardly ever go to Home Depot and probably will be even longer before I go back there.

This was my first visit to The Home Depot! I know, hard to believe that. I have shopped them online and friends prefer it to other home improvement places. My excuse is mostly just proximity.Circumstances took me shopping for a new window AC unit late in the afternoon the last very hot Saturday in July.This store was the only place that actually had the unit we had decided on. I can not really tell you much about the store itself, but I can about the service we received. Really, really good!We were sent to the right location to find the AC units, in a blink, a cart appeared along with assistance loading it. Check out was a breeze and someone actually was available to push the 130 some pound box out of the store and transfer it to our car within minutes.Every employee was genuinely friendly, helpful, and did not seem the least annoyed to be doing their job.More than being able to get what we went after without a hassle, the standout of my experience with this store was the people and the service. Hands down best found in most places of this type.

Came to home depot for the product and savings. Found what I came for went to cash out. Cashier was rude and wouldnt look for the bar codes on the countertops. Told me to walk all the way back and take pictures of the barcodes. After checking out all but the countertop. Tah Dah there were the bar codes. I sm 69 years old and thats a big store!

Lowes takes much better care of their houseplants. Also they keep a pretty lean stock of some things. I feel like I can deduct one star for that.

Felt like I was constantly being followed when I was there to make a purchase I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. I understand people stealing but not everyone who walks through that door is there to steal anything. Its really humiliating to be honest and employees should be ashamed

Not enforcing tulsa city mandate to wear a face mask. Store very busy with at least 15 people walking around without one.Poor customer service in Paint department. The lady can’t multitask, plus she is having a walk in the park conversation while customer standing in line waiting to be helped. No store manager, acting store managers unavailable. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was only in the store for a short time on this trip; however, I have been to this store many times. It is always a helpful, friendly place to shop. Prices are the best Ive found - in almost every department. It doesnt matter if Ive shopped for building materials, plumbing, tile, even Home decor - the selection is always good and on trend/up-to-date.

The last two times I visited the store, there has been no customer service. First time I waited 15 minutes and finally moved a ladder over to get what I needed. The second time, I spoke to the store manager for help and he was dealing with an irate customer and would be right back to help. 30 minutes later he did not return. I needed a houseful of carpet, but that was not important enough to get the store manager to help.

Home Depot is my go to home improvement store. They have everything we need in store or online. Staff are friendly and have knowledge of the product. Home Depot has increased diversity of product lines. The most unusual item we purchased is a 12 skeleton.
