Great store with super friendly and helpful employees! The man that helped me definitely went the extra mile and found everything I need to fix my old exterior water faucet. They have a nice variety of hardware, pretty much anything related too. I love the fact you can get in and out quickly since you probably need something in the middle of a project. Highly recommend and will be back:)

I do a lot of home repairs by myself because Im a single mom, And the people that work here are a godsend to me. Anytime I need help trying to find a particular screw to go to my lawn mower or a certain kind of fuse for my old fuse Box they never disappoint me. And for that reason I will always come back. And they do a wonderful job rescreening my windows, And they always sharpen my blades for my lawn mower or let me know if it needs to be replaced and not just try to get money out of me like some of the bigger Corporations.

Knowledgeable staff, remarkable selection for a small local store, willing to make special orders and do research for you. Really just an excellent resource for any kind of home or building project.

Went to True Value Midtown Hardware in Tulsa yesterday. Great service! I needed my car key fob’s battery replaced. This Brenton did very cheerfully and capably. I always get great service there. He was particularly helpful . The store has your hardware necessities and more. A definite stop for your holiday shopping.

Fixed 2 table lamps in a very timely and quick manner.

Needed a tool today and they had plenty of them. I havent been so lucky at other places Ive looked.

I took 2 lamps to Midtown last Friday. Both had stopped working. The lamps are very special to me. Bob had both up & working in about an hours time! They work perfectly now. Bob was delightful! True customer service!!! I also had 2 keys made. Easy breezy! I will be going back here before going to another big box store!!!

Ive been trading at Midtown hardware for many years. Cant find the personalized and helpful service you get at Midtown at any to the big box stores. The people who work there are educated on their products with out hard sell tactics. Midtown is a pleasant shopping experience for the customers they obviously value greatly. I especially like long-time employee Bob. Hes a jewel when it comes to fixing anything!

I love this place! They are smaller than Lowes and Home Depot so its much more convenient to find some things and they are willing to help you find it. Its very close to my clock shop so I go here at least once

These guys are AWESOME! Everytime I have a project and need some help, they have a solution. They have helped me over the years with an array of things from the window screens of my house to finding the best fruit tree spray, ant spray, speciality odds and ends to a staple remover!! Small in size but HUGE in customer service!This store provides a neighborhood approach to selling hardware and home maintenance supplies that seems almost impossible to find these days. Midtown in its name describes not only the stores general location in Tulsa but also a great deal about the inherent mix of its clientele and the types of homes the store is stocked to support. Recognizing that many, if not most, of the homes in its vicinity are more modest in size and substantially older than those in the south part of town, this store makes it a point to stock the kinds of parts and supplies needed to support these older homes. Ive found this characteristic extraordinarily valuable on many occasions when I had come to my wits end searching high and low in the Big Box stores for a repair or replacement part, only to discover that the big stores focus on stocking parts and supplies primarily for the most modern and trending fixtures and appliances and therefore may not even carry the brand item Im looking for. But I can be fairly certain that in cases like these, Midtown Hardware will not only have what I need but also that their friendly staff can probably give me some valuable advice on how best to accomplish the task at hand.
