Best prices by far if in stock. Fast service. Always in and out quick. They need more locations or just one closer to me.

Cant beat the prices...its all pretty much wholesale price. Not a bad selection either. Short cashier lines. No problems with outside parking. Never had to bring anything back that I bought there...that spans 10 years.

Duck tape under $3. + Change. 200 zip ties less then $1. + Change. All most all sizes. LED hanging lights $1.. check to be sure they work. Great buys, Shrub shears around $12. The sharpener $2. + Change till Monday..

Went to the 21st and Sheridan store, looking for an advertised clearance item. Was told by one of the staff that they were out, that she looked for it yesterday.. so I called the store in west Tulsa, or so I thought, they said they have 4 in stock. I ask for the store location and she stated 21st and Sheridan.. DOH. She said she would have it at the register.. I walked back in, got in line and bought it. I guess you have some people that will always do enough to get by. I will now call first.

I love harbor freight! Theyve cleaned up the store on Sheridan. Aisles are wider, does not feel so cluttered.

I like the place and prices, but when I confronted the manager about the country music throwing me into PTSD; he didnt care! Stockholm syndrome is real people... customer service should be first and foremost! If something is hurting a customer mentally or physically, it should be stopped immediately!

They do make some good tools. They also sell some real junk.

Harbor freight always has a good deal somewhere. Because someone forgot to take the discounted price tag off the shelf, I was giving my tool at that price and I also decided to buy the extended warranty as well. Superb customer service!

Man the prices on their tools are unbeatable!!! I especially like that they offer lifetime limited warranty on their gear! The staff was great as well multiple members asked if they could help!

This place has mostly everything you need for a cheaper price. You sort of have to gauge what you can or cant purchase for longevity purposes but most of what Ive purchased has lasted. None the less I love shopping here.

This store has a huge selection of tools for various types of projects. T pricing is good and usually have everything in stock. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a tool at a reasonable price.

Just got a 9 amp 1200 rpm heavy duty drill for $35. I love their tools because of the price. They are affordable enough to use for one job. I wouldnt buy another high end brand, when they break just as easily.

Its kind of a smaller more personal experience at this harboe freight the cashiers remembered me after only 2 visits. Great sales this weekend, 100 zip ties multiple sizes less the $2. LED lights $1. Duck take under $4. Large roll shrub shears $12.+ Knives sharpener $2.+ You can pay $39. A year for a membership and get even greater discounts. Info t buy enough there to do that.

This store is located in the dirtiest, sketchiest shopping center in Tulsa. The website showed they had what I needed but no stock to be found once I arrived at the store. Store worker acknowledged that the website is often incorrect. Headed to Home Depot, thanks for nothing harbor freight.

They always have exactly what I am looking for. I am not from the Tulsa area but was in town for work and needed a few items to get the job done. The area seems a bit rough but other than that this is a good store.

Great place for a beginner to get starter tools. Some of their products (of any price range) are suprisingly long lasting. I wouldnt go here if precision is the primary objective, but wouldnt completely disregard them either. Do some research and compare the items for yourself.

Always friendly and helpful, even when busy. I had purchased a car battery charger w quick start jump and 10 days later was on sale. I had my receipt and they refunded me the difference of $16.32. I recommend to anyone!

Love the merchandise but I always dread going to this store because of its terrible parking lot. Also if you get anything large that has to be picked up behind the store, be sure you figure out the right way to go because the wrong way gets you trapped without room to turn around. Workers loading my car didnt even have a tape measure so I had to beg them to try and fit a box in my trunk (spoiler: it fit perfectly).

Cashier wasnt paying attention and didnt notice I gave her a $20 with my other bills. I didnt get an argument from her even though she put the $20 in the correct spot in the drawer.

They do have everything you could ever need in the tools department, and even things I (a girl) like too. Only downside is that some of the stuff is cheaply made, but thats not surprising because of how affordable everything is priced here. You pay for what you get! For many items though, the quality is the same no matter where you go or what brand, but its the cheapest here.

Best harbor freight in Tulsa... The broken arrow location is set up totally different they even have trailers set up as display but this location has huge storage so they always have almost everything in stock unless its had a run on it... Staff is good not bad just good... I think its cause this store is so good everyone goes there and they are just exhausted around the time I go in cause they work EXTREMELY hard to keep the shelves stocked all while helping everyone find anything when asked...

Reasonable prices, good selection but usually doesnt have enough cashiers or floor help to assist you if you need it. If you ask where something is,they will either point you In the right direction or tell you which row to look on. You can usually get someone to assist you, for the more expensive items.

Great prices and its easy to buy things you werent even looking for!Not a great location, many transients and unfriendly looking people, and the staff seems rushed, overworked, and annoyed. I wouldnt feel comfortable spending any amount of time here, or going by myself or after dark.

You cant always get what you want but if try real hard you might just see.. some tools
