Very friendly, service seems to be correctly done. The problem is getting service performed. Equipment seems to sit for weeks and months until you start complaining. Then they will look at it, order a part and it will sit and sit and sit... until you complain, again. Then they say the parts are ordered. And it sits and sits and sits, until you start complaining, once again. It’s completely ridiculous. This has happened several times. They say they will call you.... I have waited months without a call or a repair.
