What a great new location/store. This place is way better than the older place. Prices can be kind of high, but these are the best products you can get. They have a huge selection for all your building/contracting needs. They also have great sales periodically if you follow their Facebook page. I got a set of 3 drills, impact drivers, and hammer drills, plus 2 extra batteries and charger for about $200, normal prices would have been over $350 sold separately. Their customer service is phenomenal and will help you with whatever you need or in whatever way they possibly can.

Great little store came in here quite a couple of their hammer drills, and there screw guns batteries and grinder for grinding blades are probably one of the best out there for cutting heavy gauge metal for framing. Also are hammer drills or there nail guns are beautiful to work with and are so great and make my work so much easier with the extra tools that they have are really heavy duty they work in -30 degree weather when were outside working they work in the summer when its a hundred and twenty degrees it is really worth my money because they dont. back down from anything and its really a great investment in money-wise even though some of them are a little pricier but theyre still great beautiful tools because just like men that work in rough condition and rough places wow the construction begins and these tools really do make a difference in construction really recommend appreciate it and the employees are great

I’ll start by saying the tools are really reliable. What I’m disappointed in is the repair department, they charged me $700.00 to refurbish my hammer drill which I thought that if I’d get me another 5 years out of it it’d be fine. That was not the case, I probably used the drill 8-10 occasions in one year and the hammer drill stopped working, I took it back hoping it’d have warranty which it did not, they wanted another $600.00 to repair.Makes me wonder if they replaced all the parts in the first place. For that amount I could buy 2 Bosch drills with a better warranty.

No customer service. Instruction booklets for epoxy anchors are non descriptive and cumbersome to say the least. Poor explanation and very vague diagrams. Never buy their product. Ever.

New store with a great staff!

If they dont have what you need in Hilti supplies they can have it to you the next day 90% of the time
