Built a home with Brumble (who own home hardware) and they use Weslock products. In two years I’ve had problems with all outdoor keyed Weslock handles. They constantly lock us out of our house if you don’t engage the handle on both sides. Most recently my garage side door handle completely blocked me from opening the door. It broke in a locked position and I had to drill the latch out. Don’t buy Weslock products if you have a choice.

I had a 30 year old lock that would not work and Kregg and Matt fixed it with zero problems. Best customer service, greatest atmosphere! I will never shop another home hardware company! They are the best of the best!

Rude! I have delt with a lot of different stores while we have been building our house and not one of them has treated me like these guys did. If you like getting beat over the head with snobbery I guess this would be the place for you. It wasnt even just one person it was every one we had any interaction with. We are all just People and should be treated with respect . I think someone should remind these guys not to judge their customers and that they are not better than anyone else.

Love the locks display AND the personal help that they provide in the store. Highly recommend as they have it all with door knobs, handles, address signs, and so much of a variety it will make your head spin....luckily they are there to help. Very reasonably priced :)

I searched high and low for a modern front door handle set but no one had the discontinued style I wanted. I called more than a dozen shops. When I called JWI Supply, Dallas picked up the phone and offered a solution I hadnt even considered. He told me to try and locate a dummy set and hell make it work. Dallas is such a professional and went out of his way to help me. I located a dummy set, had it shipped to him directly and it only took only a day or two to set it up for me. I received it quickly and its now installed and is beautiful. I am so happy and would highly recommend JWI Supply, especially if you can work with Dallas! Thank you!!!

I brought in a broken door lever, one of many unfortunately to see if I could find a replace or something similar. I have a newer house only about 3 years old. Kregg not only was polite when I walked in the door, but went above and beyond to help me get my door levers replaced through the manufacture for my entire house!I cannot thank you enough, It was incredible to walk in to a business and meet someone willing to help with a situation that was not their responsibility. Unfortunately, I had the opposite experience of all the other reviews on here. I am a new home buyer and was referred by a member of the builder’s design team to speak with Josh regarding getting a list of sizes for cabinet pulls and knobs as the already existing and paid for ones did not coordinate with the color scheme and design of my home. I was honest and relayed that I intended to purchase replacement hardware from an online retailer as I already found a style and color I liked. Instead of the courteous response I have come to expect from Tulsans, I was met with the following response: “I am busy and don’t have time to look for that sort of thing. If you want to come into the store and look around, then I can help you. If you’re going to get it somewhere else, you’ll have to do the measurements yourself because we don’t keep spreadsheets...” Mind you, I counted approximately 150 or so pulls and knobs, and find it terribly hard to believe that there isn’t an invoice with the information I asked for either in hard copy or electronic form. There was absolutely no customer service here. Josh insisted on only speaking to the lead on the design team, and if he received an acceptable response from her, only then would he provide the measurements. This response from him was incredibly rude and discourteous. There is no way I would do business with him or the store he works for as a result of this unprofessional exchange.

Great customer service is so hard to find these days, but the customer service at Home Hardware is amazing!! They spent several hours with me helping me choose hardware for multiple applications for my remodeling project. They suggested hardware that would work best for my project and did not push certain lines or price points. My order was correct the first time, and they were great about communicating the order status. I cannot say enough good things about their hardware expertise and their outstanding customer service. I very highly recommend Home Hardware!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff helped me find the hinges I needed in less than 30 seconds. I had looked on the internet for a long time without finding a sure match. They also had 100 of them on hand do I got all I needed. Thanks guys. By the way, they have a ton of knobs, pulls, hinges, etc., and it is all laid out so you can see everything. I don’t review many businesses but this place is outstanding. I searched who sold a particular type of door handle and Home Hardware came up with a 5 star Google review rating. Several of the reviews mentioned how great Dallas was to work with. I spoke with Dallas earlier in the week about needing to replace some 11 year old door knobs. Dallas told me my existing knobs may be able to be repaired, just bring them in. Today I met Jordan on a Saturday. He repaired all 4 of my broken door knobs and to my surprise, it was no charge. I tried to pay but Jordan said they had the parts. Who would’ve thought, in a world where the usual resolution is to toss it out & buy another? Jordan said he’d been doing this for 13 years, it was obvious. What a cool place right here in South Tulsa. Really appreciate Home Hardware. Thanks guys!

I cant think of a customer service experience better than the one I just had at Home Hardware. I needed help replacing a knob with a lever on my exterior door. Not only was I given good, cost saving advice, but the generous person that helped me gave me a lever for a quick solution. I will definitely be back as soon as I need to replace the outside handle as well. Thank you all, I didnt think service like this still existed today!

Great service, great products, just like the old corner hardware store when I was a kid, except I dont have to drive over, it is shipped right to my door. Products and service you cant get from a big box, much better service and customer support than just a cheap warehouse shipper, they end-up being the most cost effective for the keying locksmith work so one keys opens all locks. Five stars for product, service, and price.

The lever on my front door that was original to my house broke off. It was about 28 years old, so I thought I would have to replace the whole system. I recently ordered a handleset from Home Hardware and had a really positive experience. In this internet age, its getting harder and harder to talk to an experienced sales consultant. Fortunately, Dallas helped me to pick just the right handleset for my door, one that needed to fit some precise measurements. He then provided options for keying the lock and gave me directions for what I needed to send him. The item arrived as promised and it fit perfectly. The lock even works better than the previous one. All of the doors in our house are the original ones that we chose when the house was built in 1990. Recently one knob broke. We contacted Weslock, the company who made them to see if we could replace the broken cylinder so we didnt have to buy a new one and 16 other ones so that all of the door knobs in the house would match. Weslock recommended that we contact Home Hardware USA. We did this on the phone because we live in Tennessee. That would have been quite a drive to get a repair part! Thankfully, when we called we spoke to Dallas, gave him the part number we needed and in just a few days our replacement part was here and our door knob was fixed just like new. We were so pleased that we ordered another cylinder thinking that we might need to repair one of the other 16 in the future. I know we live in a throw away world now, but sometimes it is so pleasant to do business with a qualified company like Home Hardware USA and their wonderful employee, Dallas, to keep the old and make it new again. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs repair parts like we did. We will do business with them again!

Home Hardware has a very nice, large selection of hardware and other accessories. If they dont have it, just ask. The staff (I worked with Kregg) is very knowledgeable, helpful, and one of their main concerns is making this a pleasant, stress free experience, as there are many choices to choose from (their website does not show their many selections, so you need to visit their store in person!). I cannot say enough good things about this place. I didnt even have to count how many knobs, drawer pulls, closet rods, etc., they did it all, and happy to do it. I brought my house plans with me and they did all the figuring; they even found things I had overlooked. Such a great, refreshing change! Even open on Saturdays from 9-2, now that is rare, as I learned during my house building process. Most places I needed to pick things out for the house were only open M-F. : ( I would highly recommend Home Hardware and advise anyone to visit them before just going straight to Lowes or Home Depot and calling it done. Great people that take a special interest in your home and making sure you are happy! I definitely highly recommend them for a small purchase or whole house purchase!
