Natalia was very helpful and sweet! We went in for new phones and she was very knowledgeable and informative. We were in about out in 20 min and pleased. We Will definitely be back and continue to use metro!

I waited 30 minutes to pay a phone bill and they let a guy jump ahead of me and when i spoke up on it they didnt care,that store is very unprofessional.

Never Answers the phone, when you try and call. The sales people are ridiculously rude! My phone stopped working, so i had my wife go in while i was at work.. The Sales person talked her into buying a new phone so i could keep my number while i waited on my replacement phone(I wouldnt have done) So then he proceeds to tell her its a diff number until i get my new phone because they had to keep my original number open for the replacement phone. So she called me, i told her get refund for phone ill just wait the 2-3 business days for replacement. They charged her an almost 40$ restocking fee for the phone in which had not even been opened!!! BTW its been 5 Business Days and IM STILL WAITING, And they wont pick up their phone. COMPLETE JOKE

They tried to scam me with a “free box” not come to this place!!
