Terrible customer service!! Staff at the front desk were on their phones the whole time, and when we asked questions we were completely ignored, As if we were an inconvenience to them. If I could I would give 0 stars. I do not recommend this place to anyone! It’s a shame because their stuff is cute, even if they are a little overpriced.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The store had every thing we needed for a beginner small dancer. They had the sizes we needed for tights, skirt, leotard, and shoes. They helped size the shoes and had half sizes. Definitely would recommend!

We are in Tulsa from Kansas City for a Summer Intensive. My daughter is starting pointe this year and I thought wed get a second opinion on how her shoes fit. Abby was more than fantastic and spent over an hour...and at least 30 pair of shoes...helping my daughter find just the right shoe. If youre in the area I highly recommend Black and Pink.

Friendly staff. Way overpriced merchandise.

Weve shopped there 3 times, all 3 times horrible customer service! Ill recall our most recent experience. 09/18/2020. Went in the afternoon to get my dancer new shoes. We waited for 15 minutes for help, while the manager sat in her office, 1 worker (who had seen us waiting earlier) was tidying up the store and 1 worker with a customer. The gal tidying up finally comes over and asks if we need help. She proceeds to help us by trying to talk my daughter out of the shoe she has worn and is comfortable with! The worker becomes annoyed and it shows with her tone and lack of customer service from here. We tell her the shoes are all we came for, she says well hold on, I have to help her. And begins helping someone who came in after us get everything needed for a first time dancer! Were just waiting to pay for 1 pair of shoes! We waited over 30min for 1 pair of shoes and recieved terrible customer service. Ill drive 2hrs to Tights n Things in Springfield before Ill ever drive an hour back to this store.

Best place in town possibly the only place in town with everything my kids need for dance. What I appreciate most about the staff here is their friendliness and the fact that when I stopped in just a couple minutes before they closed they were just as sweet and polite as could be. They insisted it was okay and they were very sweet about it all. I was able to get in and out within just a few minutes and the young lady who helped me made me feel good about coming and welcome to come back anytime. I have been shopping here for 5 years now and I will continue to do so over shopping online simply because I appreciate such awesome customer service. Besides their prices are competitive and they are knowledgeable about their products. Thanks for making this busy momma so happy.

Best dance supply in Tulsa

Never been there before but when i did go they were very helpful

We were hopeful that my 2 year old granddaughter would want to be in ballet, she is always dancing. So we signed her up for a trial class at a studio so we sent pop pop last minute to get her ballet shoes because of course good ballet shoes are going to make the difference. Unfortunately they were not the right size so she didn’t have shoes to wear during her class, but my daughter and I were hopeful so we went the same day to have her sized. The employee was able to get her a size that would work, she seemed annoyed and I can see it, after all she is only two and this her first time to do anything like this. Though experience with children helps I guess it is not necessary to fit a little girl with her first pair of ballet shoes. Well we decided to try other experience to see if she reacted differently in different experiences. And after attending a mommy and me class she opened up a bit more so we signed her up to help her with her shyness so we can get her into ballet or gymnastics or both. I’m a proud Meme that will always make sure that my grandchildren always have the best. I left the receipt for the shoes with my daughter “just in case” but she brought the shoes back to me to return after we signed her up for another class. I didn’t realize I didn’t have the receipt before I got to the store to return the shoes “for now”.... Taylor tried to look me up but was not able to.... I don’t know why after we purchased them and exchanged them and we were somehow not put into the computer... I couldn’t get ahold of my daughter so i said no problem I’ll take store credit as I’m sure we will be back many times as she is only two and we want to try her in everything to help her find her talent. The other employee that was there started shaking her head yes as Taylor proceeded to tell me that it was not possible given that I didn’t have a receipt and she couldn’t find me in the computer even though she was the one that fit my granddaughter and processed our exchange.... I’m not sure that she put any of the information that I gave her correctly as she would repeat wrong and I had to correct every time, but I would assume that after already processing two other transactions on these shoes we should be in the computer. Later that day my daughter did get back to me with a copy of the receipt and when I went back I was able to return the shoes, however, this business will never get another penny from me. I will travel to other cities to get ballet and gymnastics clothing and supplies rather than go back to a shop that refused to simply give me store credit since she is the one that helped us before and ensure that I would return for my future needs..... and if my granddaughter never needs anything ever again they would have the $20 for themselves so in this day that small business struggle because of the changes in the way people buy, customer service is what keeps you in business. I understand this as a small business owner myself, and I would pay more to do business with a small business to help support them and our community, that being said when employees are not able to deliver on customer service, why would I ever give you another penny. The owner should know of this experience and how many hundreds of dollars were lost from just me. I wonder how many other customers were lost due to feeling the way I did, but didn’t say anything.... 🤔

Did not know this place existed until a fellow dancer parent told me. Well organized and clean and Abby was super friendly and helpful!! Definitely know where to go back too.

Sometimes you just have to dance!

I placed an order for my God Child. The order was placed after hours. I noticed that I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I remembered on the web site there was an option for text messages. I sent a text thinking I would get a response the next day. 30ish minutes later I received a text asking for all the order info, and stating they would make the correction. The following morning I texted back to verify the change was made. It was followed by a texted stating it was. This company delivers quality dance products, followed by excellent customer service. 5 stars in my book!!

We love this store! We get all of my daughters dance shoes here. They have great sales - often posting coupons on Facebook. Their staff is knowledgeable about sizing and are able to answer any questions you may have.

Very helpful. I went in asking for something Id never had to purchase before, and before I fully explained what I needed she already had it in her hands. In and out with what we needed quickly.

Staff were very helpful, and very cool about my 2yr old son wandering around looking at things while we were fitting my 4yr old daughter for ballet and tap shoes. Fitting went exceptionally well, my daughter is slow to warm up to strangers, staff handled both her shyness and excitement very well.

Its a nice store and Theyre helpful, but they dont carry hardely any stuff for Male dancers. And therefore I have to order most stuff online anyways, and can get better deals from other online stores. The main reason I go to Black and Pink is so that I can try stuff on

Staff didn’t adknowledge us until I came and stood right in front of them. The younger girl working behind the counter was nice. There was an older lady there that was extremely unfriendly and literally followed us out of the store like we were going to steal something (i had my 2 year old daughter with me).
