Actually we went to Halloween City and it was pretty awesome and the people that work there were very helpful and helpful with suggestions and we ended up getting what the person that was looking for wanted

The store is pretty empty, preparing for Halloween, but I found a fantastic one on sale from last year! The manager was great.BTW they are hiring!

Great buy, purchased 200+ silverware in a cute color, and I like that the package isnt bulky. The store did look a little empty and shelves were bare but I found my main necessity. Some things that said were available online in-store were not. Nevertheless, color selection was good.

Left with only half the balloons I ordered. Since they were bagged (which costs extra) I didnt know it until home. Went back to pick up the rest. Only the fancy ones made it to the next day. All the latex ones barely lasted thru the party on the same day. Its the first and last time I go to party city. Dollar store has $1 balloons that last a month without looking sad. The one North of I44 on Peoria is the best!

My grandsons other grandmother and I went in to find some things for his birthday party. They were out of an item we was looking for. Overall, everything was neat in the storel, and check out was very simple and easy, and the cashiers were nice.

Couldnt find everything I wanted for my childs 4th birthday party which will be a sloth theme. So they didnt have any sloth items at least at this location but found a great selection of party favors and games to play at our picnic at the park outdoor party so that will be great. Plus, I found a ton of games and gifts

The selection is lacking. Most of the shelves are half empty, theres very little actual party supply items, and everything is a mess. While I was looking at the balloons at the front, I felt like the cashier was rushing me out.

Great place to get supplies not only for parties

Lots of cool stuff here! Ill go in for a platter or balloons and walk out with 10 more things I didnt even think about getting. My only complaint is that the line is usually pretty backed up, even when there are 3 or 4 cashiers. Its worth the wait to get some cool, reasonably priced party gear, though.

The worst experience customer service is awful nowadays but I had to call several other stores just to get the answer from the one I should have gotten from 41st but they were too lazy to look up anything for me never going there ever again Ill have to go all the to Owasso if I need any assistance

I went to buy Halloween decorations for our yard. They had quite a bit, only the prices were outrageous! The Styrofoam tombstones were $6.99 each. You can get the same thing at other stores for $1-$3. Same thing with the spider webs. So I politely gave them the stuff and said N I thanks.

Good selection of party themes. Nice staff. Clean and organized. My only complaint is that they should have more staff ready to check customers out.I visited 3 days in a week in August, and had to wait in line almost 10 minutes for a cashier. Other than that, its a nice store.

I ordered an item online, and I didnt have to wait when I got there. I did however have to go in because they didnt come out to the curb. Even though thats the way I ordered it. Nevertheless I avoided a line so all is well.

Great sales! Some of their holiday items are only that holidays color theme and so can be used for so many occasions, which made my party shopping list less than what it wouldve been at the dollar tree.Im posting a picture of Mardi Gras masks. Im impressed that its not overwhelming obvious which was made in New Orleans and which was made from a town that is far away from Mardi Gras traditions.Im not sore what their cancer awareness stock is left, but Im totally bracing om what they had last month. I adore that magnet! Its on my work locker. Cashier was incredibly kind, patient, considerate, and worked at a speed that didnt make you feel rushed out or held behind and late.

Very good place to get costumes for sure but it is a shame to see how people thrash the place, last year there was stuff just all over, thrower in the floor, people walking in stuff, I cant believe grown people can be so disrespectful to other people things. This place provides great costumes that people can afford.

Love party city the only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is cuz my son wanted a Darth Vader costume but they didnt sell light sabers. Word of advice to party city please carry all accessories to the costumes you sell

Went in for Halloween costume. Though a bit pricey got one of good quality and material. The service was good. Though they did not have some of the more basic costume they had more of the unique ones.

I was looking for princess party decorations. They have a good selection. I bought a 3D castle that included disney princess stand ups. Fairly priced. Customer service is good too. Employees in the store asked if I needed help finding something. Good service. I recommend party city for sure! Great service and affordable prices on party supplies.

Stopped by here hoping to find balloons for a retirement party and found what we were looking for. They had a retirement section with plenty of options. Also had a HUGE selection of open mylar balloons to choose from.The cashier was a chatty cathy that didnt seem to care that the line grew and grew. She called for assistance and eventually another associate arrived up front. He filled our helium balloons but never even greeted us, addressed us or spoke a word to us.Great selection! Not so great on the customer service though.

I like this store for their balloons and good quality customer service. Ive bought quite a few costumes here, and their party supplies selection is vast. The prices are very reasonable and comparable to Amazon especially when shopping with a coupon or discount. I keep coming back. It is well worth checking out.

The offerings here are typical nothing special but they do have more than what typical department store offer. They offer party supplies for every occasion, specialty and themed parties. Probably the best place to get helium balloons but they cost more than discount stores (cost of balloon then the cost to fill). Overall the prices are typical. The store is starting to show neglect but its still clean.

I would give them a 0 if I could absolutely the worst experience I have had in a long time, and I never walked in the store, my daughter’s birthday could have and should have had freaking balloons, but no some how, nobody answered the phone or could help get a 15 piece order ready

They were ok. Didnt find what was online, they were out of stock on some things. They had a poor selection on baby reveal and baby shower decor. I found a lot at the dollar general cheaper and more. Napkins, forks, knives, played, cups. Balloons, streamers. They were really not that great. High prices and poor selection.

I went in looking for things for my daughter birthday party and I ask this lady for help and she said no because she was busy talking to her friend. So I just find a different worker and told her what the lady out front said to me and she said her name was Ashley, that she was the Manager at the store.I would never go back to this store ever again.

It is a cool place but I wish the employees would let people know about the deals... 😕 I bought balloons for the first time and I bought packages and didnt realize it wouldve been a way better deal to get the bundle of a dozen. It is a cool place though.

Friendly staff, clean store and usually good parking open in the front. Only issues I have is pricing, but thats a corporate issue and not this stores lol. I do enjoy going there to find little seasonal decorations or things like holiday headbands, they have a great variety of seasonal decorations at a nice price.

I love Party City, regardless of where it is located. It certainly helps that THIS Party City is like a treasure chest. If I had the money I could have happily bought out the entire store.

HORRID... I AM CELEBRATING MY 50TH BDAY FEB 28TH. I PURCHASED TOO MANY ITEMS AND WANTED TO EXCHANGE FOR OTHER ITEMS I NEEDED.I was told without a receipt i couldnt get anything. Problem is that no reciept rule is inbeknownst to customer until after they have made the purchase. manager told me that store was a high theft store and thats why they needed my receipt.. sorry im not the theif.i am a paying customer not sure why you chose to punish your paying customers while your theives continue to have free reign.. but oh well you will never get another dime from me..

Great store!

Brought in balloons that I ordered online standard latex and they girls blowing them up literally had to hit the balloons to make them float up. Then they popped one and when I asked for them to be blown up bigger (the normal size) and they said they were afraid they would pop even though they’re already blown one up to the correct size and it flooded fine. Asked for a refund got the refund for the helium but when I asked for the balloons that I bought and paid for from another place back they said I could not have them because they already blew them up even though they weren’t even floating they were like laying on the ground I just want my balloons and the manager refused to give them to me.

It had what I needed at the right price.

They have so much good stuff you can choose from. Sometimes you can get good deals in the store also.

I dont think anyone owns this place anymore. Its self sustaining. And with such bad prices.

They have a lot of good decorations most are disposable some are not, these you can use a couple of times. They have candies there and little knick-knack toys, they have those mylar balloons all different shapes.

Place is great with reasonable prices on most items great deals when they have clearance sales however dont be fooled by their percentages off for example you get 20-70% off so you buy a stack of cups or some banners and say a costume or big fancy balloon youll get a higher percentage off the cups or banners than the costume or balloon because they want to grab as much money as they can.. but still its a great place to get stuff you need.

Unbelievable selection of party supplies kids stuff crazy balloons anything you can think of they can basically have for you ready to go within 30 minutes love the service staff is very nice and helpful furthermore its the most ideal place to get the biggest bargain on Candy you can buy 15 pieces of candy for $1 of almost any assortment you like would highly recommend this place for anyone doing any kind of Celebration whether it be kids birthday parties anniversaries anything this place has got it all!

Great store if shopping for a big casual bash for adults or a kids birthday party. Most of the time the staff is very helpful and will help you hunt for what you need. Its the few few who arent that keeps this from being 5 stars.

Very friendly cashier, but everyone else seemed unhappy to be at work and the store is trashed. Understand what yesterday was, but still seems like they should be familiar with that and have the place cleaned up etc.

Great prices and selections when you cant get to Sams or Costco. Helpful staff.

Make sure you have plenty of time if you go to the store,It will take you a while to get a checked out. They also no longer except pre-orders for helium balloons. This means you have to stand in line and wait until you get to the cash register and pay for your balloons and Then get in line and wait your turn to get started on your balloons.RRRRR

Went in the other day for my nephews birthday party. He really wanted Spiderman from the Spiderverse and Black Panther. They had no black Spiderman and only Black Panther napkins.

If you have kids and want to through a party dont pay for others to do it for you. Go to party city they have everything. I even got balloons I picked out and filled on the spot plus my favorite pinata to fill with candy so I can watch the kids get all dizzy and fall down. We seem to always end up unblinding them so they can really hit them. Now thats fun especially when you use a rope and pull it up and down so to keep it even for the older kids.

Party city is a great go to store for all your party needs. The last time I was in there the store was filthy dirty!! Candy smashed all in the floor and the bathrooms were even nastier.

Had never been inside and needed some last minute props for a themed wedding party and was pleasantly surprised they were both inexpensive and well stocked, if but a little overwhelming.

Had a sweet 16 area for our needs. Quick service.

The cashier was rude. We walked out and bought nothing.

While they do have a lot of stuff, theyre very overpriced for the lack of quality. Expect to pay standard retail price for whats designed to only be used a handful of times or less. Also theyre a bit deceptive with their stock, having some things listed as a price range or supposedly clearance but actually regular price with limited selection.

I visited on the day before Halloween. They had a large variety of costumes and accessories at reasonable prices.
