Very disrespectful hounds you and snatches items out of kids hands. As soon as we got there an employee took a toy sword out of my nephews hands then as I am looking for my size one lady kept asking if I wanted help putting a hat away that my nephew was holding she was more concerned about how much the hat cost then customer service. Was not happy at all! Made us feel like we did not belong in the store, kinda like we were going to steal everything we touched. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

I’m a drag Queen from out of town that is doing a show in Tulsa Oklahoma and I was in need of Spirit Gum for my wigs and clown white for makeup and the store manager was SOOO HELPFUL! The best experience ever at a Costume store. They have so many variety of items and products and so many cool stuff! I definitely recommend checking this place out!

I really didnt find what I was looking for since I wanted to dress up for the Renaissance Faire in Muskogee. So I bought an outfit and the seat ripped just a little after just driving. Ended up not going to the event because by the time I bought a needle and thread it was too late to drive out there before it closed.

Ugh...When I was trying to find Space Jam 2: A New Legacy costumes, they were none. I rather find them at Target.

Everytime I go in there is a great selection and very friendly staff. Even during the pandemic they have been available and still a great stock of items, very reasonable prices,and great family atmosphere.

Ehrles has saved the day for me several times. We like to attend costume and masquerade parties with our group of friends. Every time we have needed a particular item, they have come through. I recommend them for any occasion that may require a little magic!

Stopped in on New Years Eve to grab some party supplies and found everything that we needed. The staff was friendly and available for questions. If I lived there, I am sure that I would go here many times. Plenty to choose from.

They screw you when you get to the register. They charge you the fee to run your credit card, because they’re too cheap to pay it themselves. Go somewhere else.

Ehrles has been in Tulsa for decades and is owned locally. They have all kinds of fun party supplies and costumes but they also do rentals so you can take your event to the next level with all of the ideas and options they have here. Take your kids in together to pick out costumes and it will be a fun afternoon event.

Ehrles cant always get what you need but when your in need of a last minute costume you should always always check there first. Even if it is a shark costume. None of the city stores had them but Ehrles did. Love this place!

The place to start with. Whether decorating for birthdays, holidays, or just a whim, Ehrles (pronounced usually as Earls) has been my go to place. They have some of the best quality props, make up, costumes, and birthday grab bag stuff you can find locally. Their staff are knowledgeable and pretty friendly in all my dealings with them over the years. If you never been, you should drop in to see their vast assortment of interesting curiosities and such.

A very Unique store! I browsed all the aisles, found 100 days celebrations costumes and so much more than the big box party stores.

I came in looking for lumberjack or plaid items. The store is huge and has lots of items which is nice. The lady that helped me showed me what they had which was almost nothing and said she could order what I needed if I was interested. I remember going when I was little and it looked so different and sloppy. There was stuff all over the floor like nothing had been cleaned in a long time. Sadly disappointed and just going to order online. I had called earlier to see if they had any and the phone just rang and rang.

Im Only writing this to show appreciation for last halloween. My daughters and I were late getting there and they were closing... they were extremely patient and helped us past closing time.

Today, July 17, 2019 was the first time going to this store. Went first to Party City because I saw their ad on tv. They told me for the things I needed, I would need to go online. I search party stores on my phone and it showed Ehrles Party Supply. They not only had everything I needed, but the store clerk (Frankie) was very helpful and showed me different areas I could shop to find the things I needed.Ehrles Party Supply will now be my #1 go to for my parties. Thank you again Frankie. Your help was greatly appreciated.

Very friendly staff that is always willing to help. Their costumes are competitively priced. Lots of inventory and lots of space. I wish they had better lighting inside but other than that great place.

So Im a procrastinator and the employees at Ehrles dont help in making me change. Had a surprise party for my father-in-law and I told my wife Id take care of the decorations and party rentals. Needless to say the day before the party the great people at Ehrles took care of everything for me with ease. The party was a success and I didnt have to live in the doghouse well at least for that reason.

I have been taking my family there for over 20 years and always had great customer service. This is a family place and their selection can not be beat in Tulsa. Not a good selection of themed birthday supplies.

We needed some costumes for a 60s themed event, but since it’s not close to Halloween they were hard to find. I was able to get costumes for myself, my husband and our toddler in February! The woman that was working was super helpful and we got in and out in under 30 minutes. We’ll definitely be back for our Halloween needs.

I am not a person to leave a bad review but your customer service stinks. I just walked in at 7:08. Door was unlocked and open sign still on. I Was told we are closed you should look at the door. As I am usually no problem and go on about the evening, but as unfriendly as your staff was it made me feel very unwelcome. Im sorry I came in at closing time. But can assure you you will not get anymore of my business for my daughters. So as a business that relays on customer service you really need to learn the true meaning. Very disappointing to say the least.

Family owned with costumes and accessories for all events, ages, even eras of history. They even have some sexy attire for the ladies.

This place is amazing! They have every makeup item that I need from latex to fake blood! This is the best place in tulsa for SFX makeup! That is all year round!!!!

My rating would be would a 1 or 2 stars. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful but my lower rating is because of products. Online they have products listed but after talking to the staff, they dont update their webpage. It was frustrating to find this out after Id driven there. It appears they no longer sell some of the items they have on their site. Tip: call ahead if searching for certain items.

Cool place with tons of costumes and decor. I got everything I need for Halloween and our kids party. The customer service was great too. They have a friendly staff. I know Ehrles has been around forever so I like to shop local. This is the only place you need to go to shop for Halloween.

My son decided at the last minute he wanted to dress up for Halloween. I picked their busiest time of the year which is my fault. Their selection is huge and have anything you could imagine. However, I called before I came asking about a specific costume. I was told yes they had it. I then asked if it was children or adult and they said they had a one size fits most for either. I drove an hour as we live an hour outside of tulsa, to come get this costume. I get there and the person who helped me said they didnt have what I came for....

I dont remember not going to Ehrles. Costumes and party supplies as a kid to wedding decorations and rentals at my wedding. Now I take my daughter there for her birthday plates and halloween costumes. Ehrles is a great Tulsa tradition! I like it because the owners are always there and they are great to deal with.

Came in looking for mylar balloons for a retirement party. Didnt find what we needed but definitely the place for costumes if you need them.

Very disappointing. I adked a sales lady to hold a costume for me on 3/9/2019 and she said that she would hold it for a week or two, i went back to pick it up on 3/12/19 and they replied that they had put it back on the shelf. Sooo if i wouldnt have came back in a few days it would have been gone. Please inform your employees that your word should mean something. Maybe next time on the costume. I ended up getting something else somewhere else, lost sale and lost a long time customer.

This locally owned store has great variety and lots of stuff that is hard to find. When we visited, one of the employees very helpful and found for us just the right accessories and make-up to go with our halloween costume.

Although I have thought in the past the prices were unreasonable, they’re much better than they were before. Also, the quality of the items is much higher now. No matter what kind of event you have, Ehrle’s has it all! I needed some Mardi Gras items last year and they had everything I needed, including costumes, lights, decor, etc. it was great! The. The other day I was having a Gangster/20’s night Casino party and they had the gangster guns, wall decals, accessories, wigs, giant playing cards, slot machine wall mounts, casino streamers, cool centerpieces, and so much more to complete our event!
