Called for an appointment to get the screen replaced on my i8 and Han answered immediately said I could just walk in/no problem which really worked for me since I live out of town and 2 days later I did/had it replaced in an hour as he promised for $60. Before I left he applied a free screen protector and not a cheap knockoff a real one like Ive paid $20 for in the past. The store looks well stocked and very organized. I am entirely pleased with my service and will recommend Wireless World to friends and family and will definitely visit again.

I went in last month to get my daughters phone repaired, both front and back glass. It was complete for a great price. Unfortunately this week her front screen was broken again, but I later learned it was because a few parts had been mistakenly left in the phone. I called the store and the employee quickly gave me the managers personal cell. He was very responsive and asked that I come in the next afternoon when he would be there. I went in and without hesitation he asked what he could do to make it right. We talked about a refund but instead we came up with a solution we were both happy with. The staff that helped me were not the same individuals who did the repair originally. Customer service was top notch and I left a happy one. I do feel the issue was resolved quickly and with respect to both parties. I recommend them to do business with, as mistakes do happen in any profession and they clearly care enough to make sure all customers are taken care of.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Took 2 iPhones in and got one fixed. One couldn’t be fixed and then they told me they replaced a screen and the battery. When I took my other broken phone that they didn’t fix in to another place. They took a look at my other phone that they did fix and the 2nd repair place said they never changed the screen but the first repair place still charged me for. Pretty much scammed me for a new phone screen but never put one on. Avoid this place at all costs. So many other repair shops

Ok, this place is probably the best place to get a screen fixed. The two guys, Zac and Sam, were so polite and responsible with my phone. And now, thanks to them, my phone is as pristine as it was when I bought from Apple a few years ago. He even brought out a screw and banged the head on the screen protector and the glass didn’t have a scratch on it. It is literally military grade.I definitely recommend Wireless World for your phone repairs.

Would not recommend this business to anyone. If you are attracted to the business because of the “$29.99” phone Screen repair, go on to a more reputable shop. I dropped my phone off and was quoted at $49.99. When I picked my phone up, I noticed a sign stating 10yr anniversary iphone 7&8 screen repair, $29.99. When I asked, the “employee” states, you was told $49.99. Which I was, but that was before I seen the sign, after I inquired further about the sign, he states “I don’t work for free.” I again pointed to the nsign and he said that was just for our 10 year anniversary, I asked when that anniversary was since it wasn’t listed and he stated last year, can’t you read.*Reply* if their is no sign in your shop saying 10yr anniversary, there’s no reason I should have a picture of it on my phone correct? If you can’t afford to fix a phone by the price you have posted, don’t post the sign or put additional information on the sign. The better business bureau will be in contact with you, I assume you’ve already taken the sign down, the picture will be sufficient evidence enough. Enjoy your day sir.

To be honest, I wasn’t going to take the time to leave a review, because I knew this wouldn’t rectify my issue... but if this makes 1 person reconsider going into this store, then it’s worth it.The unfortunate truth is these guys will not take ownership of their mistakes, or even admit to them. No matter what happens, it’s your fault.Look at every 1 star review and see their responses.. not a single one have they sincerely apologized and taken ownership. Outside of that, they do the classic “we have no record of ever meeting you and have looked at our cameras” etc etc... That’s a bad sign guys.I got my screen fixed but when I picked up my phone, it didn’t work any longer. Of course, they put the responsibility on me since it was a motherboard issue. But let it be known, my phone worked perfectly fine before leaving it with them.I’m not hurting for money, but principles are principles. Save yourself the hassle and go straight to the apple store. It will cost more, but at least they’re honest people.

We have used them a couple times; we took an IPhone 11 in to get a screen fixed. The tech accidentally dropped it when he was putting it back together....so he replaced with a new iPhone 11!! Great customer service!!!!!

Bought my iPhone XS from here in March and have been having charging issues for a month or so, stopped in to see about price on fixing it, I’m a mechanic so I’m constantly dirty, as a result my phone is always dirty. To sum it up, he figured out the charge port was just full of junk and cleaned it out for me. These guys do great and honest work, I paid half the price of a new Xs which is awesome considering its not an old model by any means. Super satisfied and haven’t had any issues that weren’t my own doing. Highly recommend!

Just moved to Tulsa from Denver, had some major issues with replacing broken phone, backing up info, activation, etc. Wireless World was very patient, professional and provided the service I needed to move forward with all of my personnel and professional cell service.

Always will go to the Claremore because u dont get blocked on Facebook nor get rude attitude. MAKE SURE YOUR LISTING IS RIGHT. Alot of false advertising & not happy with the attitude of the whole company. Called to ask about a phone & they were so unprofessional so we decided to look on Facebook marketplace & came across THE SAME deal they advertised but manny was very rude with selling a phone at the price he put on the listing and of course we got blocked. Still dont know who the owner is and they wont respond to us for any further questions. We tried being nice but its that locations fault and ur staff is a disgrace.

I purchased a new screen for my girlfriends iPhone X for 110 dollars. I also paid 15 dollars for a glass screen protector and an extra 10 dollars for taxes. Well, not even a full day after we got it fixed the screen cracked underneath the protector. Instead of offering to fix it for free or give me a refund, they instead decide to say theyll fix it for 69$., and said they cant refund because it broke underneath the screen protector (like that makes any sense). They also had the audacity to tell my girlfriend that should have bought a better phone case. Well, instead well just get a better screen somewhere else that wont scam you out of 135$.

Cant say enough good things about this business! Called around, and by far the least expensive. Very knowledgable and friendly. Shattered my screen on iPhone 8 plus, had me out the door in abt 35 minutes, good as new. The store is clean and easy to get to. They also have a rewards program. They will be my go to for all future phone needs.

This guy tried to scam me do not go here. He will tell you decently low quote on the phone to get you in and then make something up so it’s $50 more. Do not go here! I know it was a scam because he said it was going to be more because (made up reason) after looking at my phone (in my hand) for 1 second and when I asked him to demonstrate he performed an action that did not prove anything he could have previously noticed while I I still had it. Liar.

I had my screen replaced here and it was the best price and a great job was done! For some weird reason the screen stopped working a few months later and without question they replaced it free of charge! Lifetime warranty! They ordered me a phone case before 3pm on Fri that was supposed to be delivered on Monday,Tuesday at the latest. I called Wed. No phone case, called Thurs no phone case. Was told hopefully Friday. 7 days later is not sufficient when your told 3 maybe 4 days. I will be hesitant to go there anytime soon.

They did a great job on my Note10 plus. It took 2 visits to get it completely right, but they were very friendly. The issue was a sticker under the glass that hadnt been removed before reassembly. Id definitely use them again.

I used Wireless World about a year ago to have my screen replaced. They did an awesome job! A few months later, while out of town, I had a battery issue that needed immediate attention. The place I used screwed my screen up, which wasn’t evident until a few weeks later. Today I stopped back at Wireless World to see what could be done to fix my phone. About an hour later I had a new screen and even bought a tempered screen protector. I will never go anywhere else to have phone repairs done!

Called all over the Tulsa greater area to simply get a new battery installed and was told $69.99-$49.99...... wireless world $30 hands down they will ALWAYS have my business from now on!!!!

I found one of their advertisements the other day and they will not honor it. They went as far as to delete the advertisement and will not return my phone call or speak with me. They know I have the screenshots to prove the false advertising on their end. I was just calling to ask about it and got super rude and hateful responses instead. They do not honor their advertising so be leery.

Super helpful and fairly priced! Was going to have to pay a damage charge at phone carrier for $150 when my screen had a hairline crack you couldn’t see till you took my case off. They gave me a price over the phone that was less than HALF of the competitors, it took five minutes to drop off and when I got back in an hour it was ready to go! Make sure you look your phone over 100 percent before leaving. I made a mistake and didnt look at it closely. There are no refunds even after I was told I could get one if I came back the next day. I was able to trade it in for a watch I didnt need but it was better than leaving with a old phone.

Walked in and they were super nice, took them about an hour, however... they didnt have the screen color for my phone but they told me to bring it back and theyd replace it. which i am... i have OCD lol... however, now i cant hear from my phone unless its on speaker and all my apps are crashing! definitely taking it back to get it fixed and then ill edit my review!

Had iPhone screen replaced. The replacement was completed quickly and the cost was ok, although they told me one price when I called and then it was $5 more than that when I picked it up. However, I do not think this screen has held up nearly as well as the original. It has cracked in two places in less than three months of use with a glass screen protector and a protective case. I know there is no warranty for cracks in a screen, but I did expect to get more than two and a half months out of it. I will try somewhere else for the next screen replacement.
