Ordered a birthday surprise for my sweet little sister the day of to be delivered and they did an amazing job! Living in Texas it was hard to get her something that was unique and delivered! They did a great job and had amazing customer service. My sister loved it and we will definitely visit when we come into town. Thank you!!

Went here for some after dinner desserts. Atmosphere was really fun. Got some macarons, they were stale and overpriced. Might try something different if you plan on going here.

Very fun place to go if you’re in downtown Tulsa. Directly across the street from the BOK. LOTS of options to choose from, a very fun atmosphere, and in a very nice building and location! A little on the pricey side, but worth the memories!

Very cute store with a variety of candy, macaroons and cupcakes. I opted for the macaroons which were delicious although very potent in flavor. The staff was helpful and kind. Prices are a bit higher than similar places in major cities.

First time here and wow! What an aesthetically pleasing place! Its like a whimsical 1800s boutique store in todays 21st century era. A small selection of herbal teas, a small selection of hand soaps and candles. A Willy Wonka selection of hard candies! And delicious macaroons! I especially love the Earl grey and Rose Lychee!!! The cupcakes were good. Smooth icing unlike the usual whipped cream icing on cupcakes. A bit to the sweet side but overall satisfying after one cupcake. 😊😊

Really cool atmosphere, tasty cupcakes & macarons, and a large selection of candy. The ratio of the macarons arent standard- they have a lot of filling, but my family of five were all able to take a bite of each macaron flavor we purchased. The pistachio one is awesome, if you like pistachios. The cupcakes were super flavorful, moist, and were beautiful.

Been here a few times but each time i kept telling myself mayb im just trying the wrong item.. but each time a new item disappoints me again. Place is nice and cute looking but tbh their desserts and candies are soo bad. Macarons tastes like soap and the cupcakes were like medicine. Urgh its just the looks thats cool about this place. O and the prices doesnt match the quality of the desserts! I prob wont b back.

First time visiting their new store, it’s more convenient so that’s nice. Wish they had more of a selection of cupcakes, they’re all on way opposite spectrums so it’s kind of hard to pick one for a friend. I had a somewhat friendly experience, although the worker acted rather ordinary and not friendly just working I guess? Threw me off but it was a quick expensive visit to say the least.

I was super excited to try their Chocolate Turtle Cupcake. In short, not for me. The cupcakes are incredibly over-the-top sweet. Its more like candy in the form of a cupcake.They have pretty good selection of candy, but at pretty high prices.

This is a great place to visit if you have a sweet tooth. We sampled the macarons and they were well baked (crisp shell and pillowy soft inside) and the flavors were natural and balanced. The cupcakes might look small but they pack a flavor punch. The Chocolate Truffle has the right bitter/sweet balance and the Pink Lemonade is sweet and sour. The buttercream is silky and the cakes are moist. In a world oversaturated with cupcakes, these are perfect bites and not the poorly baked, over the top sugar bombs that have become common. It is worth your while to browse the selection of candies, that includes new and retro brands. The most unique item is the flavored cotton candies that run the gamut from traditional to oddities like bacon, beer and ketchup French fries. My advice is to stop in for a decadent treat and if you are eating out on Cherry Street, skip restaurant desserts and come to Pinkitzels Cupcakes for the perfect finish! Eat Local!

I had my daughter’s birthday party here and we had an absolutely amazing time. The staff went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly and she assisted with things we forgot. The store absolutely a kids dream come true and my daughter dresses up as Jojo Siwa (kid in a candy store)! The staff was very patient and very helpful from the very beginning during the planning and everything. I called 1,000 times to make sure I was doing everything right and I was greeted with nothing but positive energy. I love this place and I plan to come back for mommy daughter dates with my girls!!!! I went to one in Tulsa

Excellent cupcakes! The macaroons were good and they have a huge selection of candy! The cake pops and truffles looked great, but didn’t get to try them. The decor and vibe is great! Lots of photo opps! You’ll feel like you stepped onto the set for Katy Perry’s next music video! Lol

Best cupcakes in town. A lot of people say it’s overpriced, but it’s actually reasonable and comparable to most other places in town. Always clean when I come in the evenings.

I have bought thousands of pieces of taffy from here, to hand out at shows or for my customers to pick out of a bowl in my store. I am not a taffy person, or at least I didn’t used to be, but I love their taffy!! The store is also really fun. There’s a party room with a big ferris wheel centerpiece, and there are giant statues throughout the candy shop. A fun experience and quality candy!

We LOVE cupcakes. It was my daughters 18th birthday and since we were wayyyy away from home I had to just pick a place to get awesome cupcakes. I actually wish that I had picked another place. Although the store was SPOTLESS and the young lady working was very nice and gave feedback. The actual cupcakes were not a lot to rave about.Issue number one with the cupcakes; they stuck to the cupcake paper and they broke in half each and EVERY TIME we went to eat one. Also, the packaging for the cupcakes were not good at all. My cupcakes fell over on top of each other and the bottom cardboard holder kept sliding off of the cupcakes. The red velvet cupcakes had chocolate chips in them, that would have been nice to know. Also, the icing had tons of oil in it, to the point that the box had oil stains on it.Ive certainly had better cupcakes and am disappointed that I spent almost $60 on OK cupcakes. Ill try a different venue the next time Im in Tulsa.

The double truffle cupcake, I had, and the red velvet cupcake, my husband had, were moist and delicious. Way better than another well known Tulsa bakery.

I havent been to the store, but a friend purchased some GF cupcakes for me to try. The were able to make the Gluten Free cupcakes as a special order for the next day. The icing tasted delicious but the cupcake was extremely bitter and crumbled easily. Honestly, All But Gluten had butter cupcakes for me. Im happy they were able to make the cupcakes, but really not that impressed with the flavor or the price.

They discriminate against the disabled. Businesses like this shouldnt be allowed to operate without taking a class on ADA regulations. Cold day in hell before we shop here again!

Such an amazing and unique store right by the BOK Center in downtown Tulsa! My girlfriend and I had an awesome time looking around the gift shop at all the unique items and candy, and then picking out a couple of cupcakes and drinks! Great way to spend part of a date night.

We celebrated our daughters 10th b-day here, and couldnt have been more pleased. She had spent a lot of time shopping at the OKC location during several area visits, but we decided to have her party here at Tulsa just because its closer to home. So site-unseen, we booked the Unicorn party for 1.5 hrs, and things went off without a problem! The hostess was excellent, and the party moved along very well with games, presents, candy, macaroons, cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries, and a cake that I really didnt even see coming. The cake was over the top, and a real exciting surprise for everybody! I recommend to anyone celebrating their daughters b-day to give this place a go, and remember to responsibly byow. I always wanted to go into Pinkitzel and was happy I finally got a chance. There is a gift shop with nice items. I loved my chocolate truffle cupcake and pink lemonade French soda.

Loved this place in OKC. I was SO excited to learn it was opening in Tulsa!! Awesome atmosphere, funky different gifts in the shop, amazing truffles and their sodas are the best!! A ton of candy types, cupcakes are decadent and awesomely decorated dining room.

Gave a friend one of your strawberry shortcake cupcakes with a note that quoted your website, Pinkitzel is a play on two words, pink and kitzel— which means tickle in Yiddish. So Pinkitzel means tickled pink, which is what we hope you are when you visit and enjoy our cupcakes, truffles, and candy. After she ate her cupcake, she replied, I was definitely tickled pink!!

Its a beautiful atmosphere and thats really what youre paying for. The cupcakes are average and small and the candy is very expensive unless you only get taffy. The taffy is delicious. Its worth it just to go, the one in OKC is better than Tulsa.

It was a wonderfully nice phone order. They even delivered the order for me since we were out of town. It made my Dads 91st Birthday so special.

Let me first say I LOVE CAKE! This was really one of the worst cupcakes I have had...the icing was so sweet I scraped it off (which I never do). I bought 2 cupcakes and 2 suckers and it was $10. was not worth the money at all. Would not go back.

Overpriced and loaded with frosting, too much for myself and the chairs are those cheap plastic ones that just suck. Had a cookies n cream cupcake was 2.5 out 5, no flavor but the frosting and mostly was just sugar.

Recently had a birthday party for my daughter at Pinkitzel in Tulsa this past weekend (I work down the street at the Hyatt and have frequent this place).I was very impressed with the young lady that assisted us, her name was Alicia Diaz. My daughter loved her.Ms. Diaz made sure we had everything we needed, but she kept a smile on my daughters face the entire party.I would like to commend Ms. Diaz on her professionalism and her great personality. She is one of the reasons we will be back to Pinkitzel.Thanks.

The macarons are terrible. Heavy and chewy. And it was $20 for 5. Way over-priced. Antoinettes are much better and cheaper.
