First time here and I got to say I am wow! Just the atmosphere and the customer service is fantastic. Also view of downtown. My kids says its their favorite ice cream store!!! What makes it unique is toys and candy selection here. Will be back here.

The couple that own Candy Castle are friendly and inviting and provide a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy delicious sweet treats at anytime of the day.

Loved it! Couldnt ask for a better candy shop as they have candy that you have not had in a long time.Prices are very reasonable and drinks,, candy, cream soda and ice cream are all reasons to visit when in downtown Tulsa.

Awesome service! Awesome experience! The staff, which I awesome are the owners, were VERY patient with my kids. Not only did they have a vast variety of candy options, the ice cream, floats, and everything we ordered tasted amazing! We hung out at the store for quite a bit and was never rushed to leave.My only let down is that there’s not a store right outside my back door. LolCan’t wait to visit again!!!!

I happened upon this place as I was making a delivery. Since I didnt know it existed before that moment, I decided to pass through to see what it was all about. As soon as I walked through the door, I was verbally attacked by whom I assume was an employee, telling me that I was to go around next time.Just so were clear, while I was indeed working at the moment, I could have also been a potential future customer. After being attacked like that however, that definitely isnt this case now. And considering how little street presence this store has, I would imagine they would want as much foot traffic as possible.I dont recommend anyone bother with this place. There are other candy shops in town with friendlier staff. Try Pinketzl on Cherry Street. You wont be disappointed.In response to owners response...Respectfully, the difference between my home and a business is that a business wants people coming through the doors because the more people who come in, the higher the odds of making money. Now yes, ideally, you want them to buy something, but just because they dont at that moment doesnt mean they never will.

After a fun day at the park, we headed over to Candy Castle with some friends. It was our first visit, and we were impressed.The store is very clean, candy selection is second to none, and our ice cream was delicious!All that being said, we were most impressed by the kindness of the owners. They treat customers like family! I watched in amazement, as they went out of their way to make our son (and friends’ kiddos) feel special.I love supporting locally owned business and will definitely visit again in the future!

I usually dont write reviews but I decided to make an exception. My wife, two daughters and I stopped by yesterday afternoon and had a WONDERFUL experience. Customer service was fantastic; even replaced my youngest daughters (2 yr old) ice cream when if fell off of the cone at no charge! We felt the love and will definitely be back!

Andy and Tricia are so friendly. This is our go to place every weekend with our granddaughter. They have every kind of candy you would want and lots of old fashion soda options, food and ice cream. Worth the trip to downtown Tulsa.

The owners are super friendly and about the nicest people Ive ever met! 2 of my kids tried their shakes and they were creamy and delicious. My husband and I got regular ice-cream cones but they were delicious.The prices were very reasonable and I was thinking its would be more expensive because they are downtown.We will definitely stop back in the next time we come through Tulsa!

I had never had a phosphate before, until I went here, and it was fun to get to try it. I think they kind of amp up the 1950s feel of this place even more than they already do, but overall, just a nice and fun cool down stop while walking around in the middle of the city.

I have been searching for candy for an event coming up. Candy castle saved me. They had a huge assortment of candy. The atmosphere was awesome, super clean. I believe the owner helped me, I was indecisive, she was so patient and sweet. I will definitely visit again and have already let others know about this place.

This is such a happy place! From the minute you walk in the door and see the beautiful rainbows of candy you know something awesome is about to happen. After we explored the candy we shared a phosphate and a chocolate malt from the soda fountain. My husband and I agreed it was the best malt we had ever experienced. The phosphate was such a cool wake up for the taste buds! And all this was topped with incredible service and extremely fair prices. We will be back!

Love this small family store. My daughter wants blue M&Ms for Christmas because they taste better. I know its an odd request, but none of the local places stocked them, and M&Ms site wanted way too much. The owner of this store (80 miles away) was able to ship them to me, and went out of her way to make sure they arrived before Christmas. This is the only place I plan to do bulk candy orders from in the future. Thank you, Candy Castle!

Candy Castle is the best place to go for Old Fashioned Ice Cream Floats. They are very delicious & they even have a lot of sugar free flavor add ins. My kids & I love going there for the floats, candies, atmosphere & friendly staff!

I usually hang out here after my college classes just to chill with my friends...this place is 10/10 for me. Everyone is so welcoming and comfy, I also feel 100% safe here as well.

Not the best customer service. The lady that was helping get the gummies was amazing the others was a little snarly. Rolled her eyes a few times at us and was talking to another customer about us but other than that everything was fine.

Candy Castle is awesome! The only place to go in Tulsa for real old fashion soda and floats! They make a Giggle potion which is butter beer over vanilla ice cream (my favorite).Very clean establishment and has reasonable prices!

Im a huge fan of their soda bar. Theyve changed a lot about this place since they first opened. The biggest disappointment is the fact that they dont have gluten free cake balls anymore, they were the best. Since they no longer carry them, I rarely ever go here.
