Worst customer service! I received a gift, and tried to exchange it. I was promptly told no. There was no courtesy, no kindness, just no. I was not asking for a refund, the item is brand new, in the box, and is a West Elm branded item. What happened to the days of Customer Service?! I will not ever shop in this store. It certainly does not follow the protocols of its higher end stores in the line of brands. I did reach out to the corporate website. One day I was told I needed the receipt, which of course, I do not have, since it was a gift, and a subsequent day I was told I would be provided a shipping a label to mail the item back to West Elm corporate, and would then receive a merchandise certificate. THEN, the next day, that offer magically disappeared, and a different customer service agent said no way. DO NOT SHOP AT WEST ELM.

While I haven’t actually been inside the west elm store on Utica, I recently purchased multiple pieces online from them and I’m very happy with the purchase. The quality of the furniture is excellent and the services from the delivery team and customer service have been top notch.

This store is about to lose a lot of customers. I was driving there for 30 minutes just to find out that I have to make an appointment to shop. Also they are requiring to wear a mask the whole time in the store, like are you serious?!?! there is an empty store and why do I have to wear a mask? I was about to spend a lot of money there but no thank you with all this madness.

I love West Elm and have spent thousands of dollars on their products. However, this store has horrible customer service! They have lost our business and will never spend money in the Tulsa store again.

Holly was an incredible help to my husband and I. She made the process smooth and anxiety free while recommending pieces to fit our living room. I cannot wait for our sofa to arrive!Love their selection of curtains, gifts, and fair trade products.

When you go to West Elm (Utica Square) to shop...expect to be pleasantly surprised. (No shopper stalkers here!!) Anything and everything you need for your home, youll find. Whether you just need a pillow or two (which is why I initially stopped in), wonderful bedding, furniture and most everything for your kitchen. I found West Elm to have beautiful, functional and well constructed furniture and products! I love the store. The staff is wonderful and know their product. Chelsea is excellent in helping you with home decor and design. I greatly appreciated her expertise and eye for putting everything together for me.

Some pretty things, but I was looking for bedding, and if my priority was organic, conflict-free, etc. this would be the place to go. Unfortunately, I was looking for overall quality, value and style preference, and most of their products dont offer enough variety in style.

Good selection to do some Sunday shopping.

Ive always had a great experience when shopping at this West Elm. The staff are very friendly and helpful if Im looking for something in particular. Its a great store to browse and shop. Their design aesthetic is totally my style.

Above and beyond customer service! I was in the other day to try and order a desk, and I had a complicated shipping situation (trying to figure out shipping dates on getting delivered to the store v. my house). Claribella patiently helped me for a super long time, and I impulse bought the desk Ive been wanting for a long time because she made the process so easy! I always experience great customer service here, but Claribella went above and beyond. I love West Elm, and Im so glad Tulsa has one!

I had such a wonderful experience at West Elm. I was helped by an associated named Chelsea regarding some design services and she took every idea of mine into consideration. Chelsea made the entire process an easy and extremely convenient one. I would definitely recommend West Elm and Chelsea to anyone looking to decorate their own space!

I am typically more conservative with my style, but knew I needed a push for some more eclectic pieces. Chelsea was extremely kind and helped me in expanding my style while still staying true to me and my likes/dislikes. Definitely reach out to Chelsea if you need someone to match your style while keeping up with current trends and bold ideas! Give her an idea and she will run with it!

I have nothing but good things to say about this store! The products are unique and their store looks amazing every time I’m in. Customer service is by far the best in Tulsa when it comes to furniture, they don’t make you feel rushed but are attentive to you. If the store doesn’t have the product I want in stock they go above and beyond to make it possible or get me something comparable. I love my local west elm!

After spending thousands of dollars on furniture at this store, I go in to purchase a couch today that I know will have to be custom made because of the fabric I wanted which I have done in the past at this very store. We have ALWAYS had furniture shipped to the store and we pick up with our own truck instead of paying hundreds of dollars on shipping to our house. For the first time, I was told they cant ship custom furniture to the store for pickup. When I explained my last couch was custom and shipped to the store, they said they simply dont do this anymore and they cant help. After calling customer service, they explained every store is different and some just wont accept custom pieces shipped to the store for pickup. I wont be giving this store any more of my money because they are not helpful to customers who are trying to spend $3,000 on a couch. No thank you.

Really beautiful store. I was able to see the piece I wanted and pick it up the very same day. It saved me shipping/set up fees and from having to wait on the backordered item!

Fantastic items and great, friendly staff. My mother in law went with me and liked it so much that she bought an item and had it shipped back to her home several states away. Thats how helpful and friendly the staff is! Parking isnt bad at all and its in a good location.

Great store to find mid-century modern furniture. Theres also dishes, pillows, bed coverings, home accessories and so much more. Love to shop here.

Way, way, way too expensive for what you get. Spend your money wisely and invest in Amish furniture instead. You will not be disappointed.

Obviously west elm brand has some great products. Love their style. However, the staff at this store is horrific. Pushy, judgmental, snobby, and rude. I came to this store ready to drop some $$ on an outdoor rug, outdoor pillows, and other outdoor decor. After talking with a sales staff lady for about 60 seconds I realized that I did not want to have anything to do with her or her commission. I’ll take my credit card and go over to home goods. *middle finger emoji*

Love the store, employees were super helpful, however, I was asked for my email address when I was checking out. I was told it was needed for returns. B.S. I immediately got bombarded with sales emails. So far Ive unsubscribed twice and Im still getting several emails a day and Im assuming they sold my email address, shortly after I gave it to them I started getting tons of spam. I wish they were more honest about why they wanted my email address, makes me think they are shady.

Staff has always been very helpful in getting us the items needed for our home.

I bought the distressed arabesque rug and the quality was awful. It was so cheaply made! Within 24 hours the rug was covered in little pulls, just from my dog walking over it. Ive never had a rug do this, and Ive had dogs forever. Not worth the price at all! will never buy from West Elm again. And I find it interesting that their website doesnt allow reviews!
