Good selection.. just felt crowded

Purchased a supposedly stain-proof fabric sectional from them. Never spilled anything on it, but it collects dirt. When we clean it, it leaves huge water spots and looks awful. Bassett sent out a couple guys to clean it and they said we should expect water spots when we clean it. We asked to exchange since it was misrepresented and were told someone would be in contact with us. No calls. Wasted $5,000 on a sofa that will end up in the land fill. Buyer beware.

While I do like the quality of their furniture, they have blatantly mislead me as to the time it would take to get the furniture in. At the time I was purchasing it I even mentioned the need for getting it in a specific time frame and now it will take almost double the time I was told to get it in if not more. He wants to blame it on Covid now but that was occurring far before I ever ordered it so that is not an excuse. I would rather have had the truth.

They seem to have a good selection of furniture. The pieces I looked at had quality construction. The salesperson was friendly and helpful without being overbearing or pushy. The store is well laid out and organized. They even had some attractive sales prices.

Have never been inside only peeked in the window. We were shopping at another location in the area. But saw some very nice items!!!

Friendliness of sales personal in store was wonderful. Home Delivery personal were outstanding! Somewhat disappointed in quality control of furniture product before leaving warehouse. Several attempts to achieve undamaged product of kitchen table. (Still working on table). During this process though, all personal have been kind, thoughtful & helpful.

From beginning to end, our experience with Basset was flawless. Our sales representative was helpful and seemingly talented as she helped us make difficult decisions based on design. Our furniture arrived far quicker than expected, which is always nice and our delivery folks were friendly, courteous and respectful of our new furniture and our home. Thank-you, Bassett!

My husband and I loved working with Curt Lanier. He was the best! He was attentive to our needs and wants. He treated us with respect and took our ideas to heart. Good customer service is sometimes hard to come by in todays world but Curt is shining example it still exists! Also, the quality of our furniture is incomparable. We love our new sectional sofa! I loved the salesman I worked with. I was very decisive about what I wanted, and he simply helped me without trying to be coersive or make me buy more than I needed.I appreciated the personal calls from the delivery service. The gal I talked with was so helpful and thorough.All around a great purchase!

Bassett is mostly custom ordered high end furniture. Expect at least 30 days delivery time for anything you buy here. You can select the the base you like then pick out the fabrics, etc. and they will make the furniture to your specifications. I bought a sofa and ottoman at Bassett 7 years ago and it still looks brand new.

Kurt, our sales person, was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the Bassett products. He assisted with choosing the color patterns for the furniture my wife and I purchased. The delivery team had all of the furniture covered very well with packing materials. The quality of the furniture we purchased is excellent.

They were very helpful. They nagged me a lot when I just wanted to look. Overall good service, there prices were a bit high but what can you do. They have nice furniture!

Buying at Bassett Furniture has been an adventure in errors and confusion. Quoted one price, asked to verify and got same price. Agreed to buy and price changed again - went up 25%! Asked to hold until new housing complete - no problem - checkout they added $139 for delivery even though we told them we would pick up.

Great place to find a little bit of everything for the house.

It is not the largest furniture in town, but has a decent selection with good prices. Especially if you find something on sale.

Sales staff very professional, Delivery was on time and professional. definitely will be using their in design department to help with furniture placement and coordinating fabric samples to re-upholster older furniture.
