We’ve never been in this store before, and with the low star rating, we were a little nervous. Turns out the rating is based on previous/no longer at Sleep Number employees. Our salesperson, MJ, was great. We had a short wait when we arrived, so she could take care of the 2 sets of people before us. Once it was our turn, we had her full attention, she answered our questions, even the ones we didn’t know we had. We tested the firmness, the numbers, felt the materials, and ordered a bed! I can’t wait to receive it!!
Rose did an amazing job showing and telling us all about Sleep Number beds. We are very excited to get our new bed and look forward to buying our bedding from her as well.
Never purchased a mattress from here and now never will. I keep getting emails from this place and I unsubsribed and called them to stop sending me messages...to future bed buyers., if they cant get this right how are they going to treat you with customer service, warranty and other issues that we all know isnt going to get acknowledged as well as this review... run away

Be ready to waste days off work to get your delivery. So far, I have rescheduled 3 times to replace a damaged headboard and could never get an afternoon or weekend time for delivery. Eventually, I planned to take a day off to get this done and I was given a delivery slot of 9 am to 12 pm, confirmed on email the day before.After waiting till noon, I call them to check about the status and was told they actually have me scheduled for 3 pm to 6 pm. So I wasted a day off for nothing.Considering how expensive their beds are, you would think some of it would go towards better customer service.Nothing against the Tulsa store itself. The employees were helpful but after you make the order, you are stuck with customer care and their completely disorganized system

Rosa took great care of us at the 71st store in Tulsa..we couldnt have asked for better service..She greeted us when we walked in and answered any and all questions we had..we are sure we will have many years of quality sleep with the LE 360..THANK YOU ROSA & SLEEP NUMBER!!

Lyle was the salesman, he was very nice and knowledgeable about the beds. My nephew and I went in so I could look around. Lyle met us at the door and NO HIGH PRESSURE was applied. I appreciate that very much. I plan on taking my wife back there soon so she can have the experience I had. Ill end up being a customer, I just dont know when yet.

Service at the store itself was great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.The issue comes from the special order I had made on June 6th, 2020. I still hadnt received it on June 30th and hit up their live chat. It was that way I found out that my order had been cancelled cause they over sold inventory and hadnt updated it for the stores. Still hadnt seen a refund either. Live chat told me that couldnt help me anymore with the issue and directed me to call their phone help line.I called their phone help line only to get an automated message telling me theyre to busy to handle my call and to call back later. Terrible customer service by the company.edit: I called the number mentioned below and remain seriously unimpressed by their customer service. The first lady I spoke to; was very understanding and kind, but the second left a lot to be desired.Both told me I needed to call Synchrony to fix my issue, but the first was understanding when I stated that I felt like I shouldnt have to make a third call for help, the second was apparently irritated.The second lady finally tried to send me receipts to prove that I hadnt been charged, but sent a covid warning the first time, and seemed irritated when I asked why she sent that, Theres an attachment. (spoiler)there wasnt(/spoiler). Then she sent a second one with a generic line about the Item being out of stock. She seemed irritated when I said that this was a generic statement and didnt fix my issue as there was no order number in it. So, she finally sent a receipt. It had a zero charge for a no item anywhere on the receipt. What was I being charged nothing for? Again, she seemed irritated by my dissatisfaction. At that point, I gave up.Do not ever special order anything from this company at one of their stores. Obviously, their inventory is a mess and their customer service is worse.

We had a great experience at the TULSA Sleep Number Store. Matthew was our expert client service. We had research before coming to the shop, however he demonstrated 3 beds in our price range and we chose a better bed for us. He helped us with bedding and pillow choices and programmed our phones to work instead of using a remote. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Our salesperson Lyle was very friendly, professional and informative. He informed us about the technology involved in the Sleep Number bed, demonstrated the features. The bed sold itself with Lyle’s informed assistance.This was our first visit to a Sleep Number store and we purchased a bed, and are anxious waiting for it’s arrival. The shopping process was relaxed with absolutely no high pressure to buy. All in all our experience was excellent!
Lyle did a good job telling us about the mattresses and the difference between them. Then he did a good job going through the signup process and got us signed in on line. He then told us about when the bed would be delivered and what we needed to do to be ready for delivery. All-in-all a good experience. And we saved $500 over the price we were quoted when we had been in earlier.

My adult children bought a bed and the gentlemen that sold it to them did not give them the correct information over the phone. They were very careful in selecting a bed. Now that the bed has been delivered it is wrong and NO ONE will answer the phone. My children are disabled and are not able to just drive to the store. This is very upsetting!!! UPDATE: JAMAR made our experience much more worthwhile. It was my second time after speaking to Customer Service but well worth it.. He made everything happen that needed to happen...THANK YOU!!!

Matthew was great to work with. There was no pressure and listened to what our individual needs were. He made suggestions to resolve our issues. We were completely satisfied with our purchase and with Matthew.
Make sure you want it. Several family members have sleep numbers and love them, so my wife and I bought one and tried it out. In the store the staff was courteous, helpful (but not hovering) and knowledgeable. In the store it felt amazing, we were sold. However, at home we tried it out and the first night we woke up sore. We figured we just had the wrong sleep number setting and so tried out different ones. We just could not get comfortable. And so after a month we decided to go with something else.I figured the return process would be a miserable customer service slog. I WAS VERY WRONG! Our customer service agent was very helpful and understanding. The only issue I had was the price for returning the items is way to much (i paid nearly $1,900 and will only receive a refund of $1,200, we purchased a C2 Queen with integrated base, mattress pad (total protection plan) 1 remote and home delivery). I was not given a complete break down of what was accepted as returnable so these are guesses.$200 was delivery and setup and so i assumed that would not be refunded. However there is a cost to return the item (i am assuming they charged me an additional $200) for that. Honestly, that seems way to high and i feel a little cheated by that, even though i know it was in the original contract. I am fairly confident that I am not allowed to return the Mattress pad ($219) which was a required purchase for the Total protection of the mattress. However, i do not need the Total protection plan anymore as i no longer have the mattress. So i feel cheated on the amount of the refund. I believe a fairer refund would have been in the $1,550-$1650 range (as i do understand the need to pay people for certain things like pick up and delivery)So i gave 4 stars not for the product (which i was personally disappointed by, but others i know very much enjoy) but for the Store itself. The staff at the store and the customer service representative were helpful and professional. I would personally recommend that if you are thinking about a sleep number bed, find someone you know who has one, bribe them to let you try it out for a week or so and then make your decision based on that.

Very poor experience. Sales representative blatantly lied to my face about in-home trial policy regarding a Sleep Number product in order to make a sale. Would highly advise shopping for a new bed elsewhere.

**Buyer beware** Do not trust this store. They will lie to you and tell you anything you want to hear just to sell you a bed. They dont tell the truth. Do not make a $2500 mistake like we did. They will lie, lie, lie.
Spent way to much for a bed that we both hate. Soft is a sinking hole. Hard is hard and no comfort. Horrible for pressure points. Makes my hip and shoulders hurt. Weight from your midsection makes your head and feet go up! Ive slept better on a cheap inflatable guest mattress. Plus bed looks lumpy when made. And yes we bought the mid range model. Still trying to find that worthless magic sleep number. Oh free sheets we hate them too. We use our old nicer sheets. Wish we would of bought the mattress at Mathis. Everyone we have told not to get sleep number and get the hybrid at Mathis loves it.

I really liked him as a salesman. Thanks Drake!If you get the IQ technology, you can Bluetooth the bed to ur phone. If u lose the remote, just use ur phone. I think thats pretty cool. I hope one day I can get a sleep number!
It has been over 30 years since my back operation. Which left me with drop foot n a limp. Into the 3rd year afterwards I found myself unable to dress myself as I lay on the floor try iij ng to get my shoes on. We had been to the store for my friends neck issue for one of their pillows. I hadnt wanted to go into debt then for the bed but at her suggestion we go back n I re-think it. So here it is 21 years later, I even got a queen size for my 5th wheel. It took 2 weeks n I was able to get up and dress n go on with life. I managed to get other one for guest room too. Went for the king pillow top n of course their 90 day free trial was what pushed me to try it. And just so u know when u move its too simple to pack up n set up at the next home. To me it was a game changer n that two week period. Cause this is a life back issue that wont change. So yea, its one of two things Ive purchased that I believe I will have forever for quality of life. Still no pain killers, just occasional aspirin for muscle pain when I pushed those muscles to do more than they r used too.😁

Not a very good product for the price, but the service is terrible. They say 25 year warranty, but don’t mention parts only and a $199.00 for a service call. Bed won’t hold air.
