I would give it a 5 star but they seem to be going down in merchandise efficiency. High prices for out dated items. They were much better 2 yrs ago.

Great store. It can be dangerous for your wallet. This store was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Someone promptly helped to get locked items and check out was easy.

I bought a pink sharpie, didnt have my reciept, but they found it under my number. It was only $1.39. so I got another the cashier had to get the manager to do an even exchange. There was a line forming behind me. I tried the new one after the transaction. It didnt work either. Even with a reciept after two wks she wouldnt give me cash for the third one I went to buy. Tried it first...lol. returns with reciepts are a hassle here. Long lines. There are great buys here though. The store is clean

They were Super Busy (Christmas Eve) but was able to find what I needed quickly & it was on sale! Only 2 people in line, in front of me. Cashier was super friendly and very sincere when she said, God bless you!

Went in to get some resin to make new stuff and they marked they’re prices up by at least 30%. They had a four stack of glitter for $12 and 16oz of resin is now $35. go to hobby lobby where they keep the same prices and provide you coupons.

Didnt have what I needed, and what I did find the price was too expensive for the quantity. The store was hot, they need to take into consideration that people are walking around in mask. I would have stayed a little longer and spent more money if that wasnt the case. Overall the store is nice and staff are super friendly and helpful.

I just love shopping at Michaels they have everything you need from paper, flowers, crafts even fabric dye and there prices are not bad either.

I had a picture my son had gotten in Italy. I wanted to get it framed. The salesperson was very helpful in finding the perfect frame to go along with the picture. While Michaels is not necessarily cheap, they make up for it and service and selection.

They have ample supplies of yarn if youre into that. Which I am.

The lady gave me a frustrated look when she saw me on my phone while walking up to her. I was trying pull up my Michaels bar code to scan.

Michaels is nice! Only reason I dont give 5 stars is cause it was entirely too hot in there. The heat doesnt need to be that high that customers start to sweat. So I had to leave before finishing but Ill definitely go back; ❤️

Cash in your change on a rainy day and find something affordable to do with beer buddies, rum runners, Cosmo girls, coffee enthusiasts or the kids. Michaels has a lot to offer and all measures of budget, skill level and decorative taste.

Michaels is one of the better craft stores that has what you need, but you dont have to walk across a giant box store to get some paint and then some thread. Yes, if you want more specific items, you go to retailer that specializes in that craft, but Michaels has a better selection of all crafts than a big box store.

Staff seems scarce, and not too eager to help a customer. However, I enjoy going there for supplies when they have it and seeing all the home goods. Can be an inspirational venue to get a persons creative juices going!

Easily found what I needed and more. Decently wide range of items. Sometimes worth it to look up what you need online and find the code for it so as to ask an employee about it. Makes the trips faster unless you are familiar with the store itself.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. They had a huge variety of anything you could possibly think of for whatever you are crafting. Very organized, neat and tidy. I was looking for a particular brand, style and color of yarn for a blanket I have been working on for several years, which is very embarrassing to say. I have looked many places trying to find more yarn to finish my project and Michaels was the only place that still had it! I am so please! I will definitely return for future projects

This newly remodeled Michaels is now better than ever before! The isles are wider and easier to navigate. The merchandise is fresh and displayed in an appealing manner. They have a large selection of floral items, picture frames, beads and jewelry findings, and seasonal items.

Its one of my top 3 stores to shop for my crafting supplies.

I usually shop at different Michaels location, but this was the only one with my yarn. Very pleased with the yarn and price, it was the check out that was horrible! They had ONE person checking everyone out. There were TWELVE people in line. She finally called for a backup checker, BUT NO ONE CAME TO HELP HER! I wont go to this location again!

Its a bit more expensive than Hobby Lobby but you can find some deals... there are sales sometimes and a coupon online. Staff is always friendly at the Yale location.

Got all I needed plus some.got a daily planner,got to work and my boss was like,omg where did u get that?told her and the next day went back and got one for her. Both of us love it.the people there were nice,just felt I was looking for someone to help find what I was looking for.had to go all the way upfront to the cashier area just to ask where something was.

Amazing place to find all art needs. Any kind of art work you choose. The employees are helpful and all supplies are well organized. They do have seasonal deals too.

Loved this store. Couldnt fund anything out of place a d the employees were quick to help. Unfortunately they did not have the river stones I need.

Billy is AWESOME!!! He works in the custom framing, but I asked him a question through the employees only area. He was SO helpful, looked up other stores for multiple frames I wanted AND was happy to do it. The lines are ALWAYS long, and the cashiers are VERY shy. BUT they will always get the best deal for you. I like going here and will continue to do so.

Its a good store to get crafts and arts stuff like that I would go back its friendly atmosphere.

I havent been in here since it was damaged a year or so back from the tornado. Went in and it was set up so differently. Lots of good sales. Good customer service. Facilities were clean. Bought a few jewelry trays and some beads on sale. Wish there was more of a decorative skull selection, instead of waiting until Halloween. I make deco items for my small business and alot of my customers like skulls, fairies and dragons. Would be cool to see an isle with mythical deco items, instead of searching on the internet.
