Very friendly. Very helpful. Did a very professional job matting a picture ($8) & framing two pictures including the hanging wires included with the price of the frames ($25 ea). Also found a beautiful art piece to add to our collection.

*UPDATE*I was never contacted or had any voice in this “investigation” which is clearly not comprehensive. This company is truly showing how little they care about us customers or the pain they inflict onto us. Again, I can not stress enough, I would never recommend this place.Please be smarter than me, do not use them!______________________________________These people did a horrific job with my antique frame. This can only be described as kindergartener with scissors to cause this butchery to my art. I can not, at all, recommend this place or their butchery!

I have heard great things about Zieglers and was excited to use them to frame this poster. However, after I hung it on the wall I noticed that one of the corners was not joined properly. I returned the piece back to Zieglers and they charged me $60 to repair it.I received the piece back today and no improvement has been made. I have spent about $700 at this point and I am pretty disappointed.I have attached two pictures; one shows the defective corner after repair and the other is representative of all other corners of the frame.

My dad died 12/28/20. It has been this long before I could bring in his art to be preserved without embarrassing myself. Devon helped me. She was funny, calming, efficient, and incredible at what she does. She was spot on with her suggestions and read me like a book with what I liked and didnt. I will never go anywhere else for the framing or preservation of my works of art. I give Ziegler my highest recommendation.

They did not correctly stretch my canvas the first time. The clerk took measurements and we gave her specific instructions which she wrote down. Whoever stretched it did not follow these instructions. Of course this was almost 2 weeks after we dropped it off. Communication is a problem. They mounted it wrong, ignoring the mirror images that made it easy to wrap. They were not apologetic or helpful at this time. We’ll see if their “customer service” can do anything to fix their mess.We had to get management involved. They mounted it correctly the second time and didn’t charge us for it. Relieved, but won’t use them again.

Im so happy with the framing job they did on my grandmothers old paintings. These are special to me and my family, and they took such care making them secure and lovely. Their staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful too. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Need something to start painting, drawing, etc, this is the go-to place. Experienced professional artists know this is the best place. Start with the best materials and youll build a great hobby or profession. Service is fantastic - they know exactly what you want, what youre trying to describe. Wanting professional art lessons? They know who to put you in touch with.

Great frames. They can add a wow factor to any art! They help you customize your art very well. The pricing is a little steep(why I only gave 4 stars), but you will enjoy your art even more once they frame it for you.

This is more than pictures and frames. Home decor, art supplies, unique gifts, and more fill this huge space. It is bigger on the inside and you may find yourself browsing and buying more than anticipated. The staff were friendly and very helpful when focusing in on purchasing a standing easel. The sales person was patient and understood this novices needs.

Excellent art service and staff. I particularly enjoy the art classes they offer on a semester basis that art very reasonably priced. Several instructors with diverse skills and experience’s.

There was a time when I was really heavy into African and African American art. When moved from California back to Tulsa, one of the things I brought with me was my art. I just order some a new Charles Bibbs print ( and they sent me a free one) So I took them in to be framed. To say I was like a kid in a candy store is an understatement. Everyone was so nice. I cant wait to get the 2 pieces back and hang them in my room. I also got a poster frame for a John Bramblitt piece that I bought from Mayfest a few years ago. (Prince). I would love to see more African American Art & artists in the store to purchase (even if Ill be out of Wall space soon). But what a treat and quite affordable compared to some of the chain stores Ive been to. We have plenty of pictures and pieces around the house and now I know where to go to get them all prettied up.

There is so much to explore here! The Ziegler store is one of the best in Tulsa for art supplies, and their framing department did a phenomenal job framing two beloved prints for me. I got to help with picking out frame and mat, but they made several excellent suggestions that helped me narrow down my options. I walked away with two old friends looking sharp in their new frames, and a fountain pen that writes like a dream. Thanks Danny, Jackie, and Devon!

Really nice place. Found the perfect frames for some art we ordered. They mounted them for us whilst we walked around enjoying the artwork they have displayed. Theres an art section in the back for those that love to create with so much to choose from. Chalks paints all kinds of drawing pencils canvases etc.

I have had Zieglers custom frame artwork before and they are very professional. I was very pleased with their work and the price was reasonable. The clerk was knowledgeable about how to choose the frames and made very good suggestions. One of the photos was an antique photo and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Zieglers always does an exceptional job framing. Theyre easy to work with and have a very good eye for what frames and mattes work best with your piece. The prices are also good for the quality and knowledge youre getting.

When I heard the ads I never realized just how big this store was. It is huge! There is a wide variety of supplies for the artist if just about every medium. I will definitely return. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

I feel like things change every season and i have to go back. I got one of their reclaimed frames and had them put a mirror in it, and its the focal point of my living room. Its a huge mirror (4x5 ish) and I get lots of compliments! Zieglers is the best!

I love the shop, it has items that just cant be found elsewhere. Art supplies frames local artist displays and more. The staff is very helpful. This is my go-to place where art supplies that just cant be found at Hobby Lobby or Michaels.

Words escape me when it comes to Ziegler...it is wonderful, huge, a Tulsa gem. We LOVE spending time and money here...my husband wants to work part-time there, and he has a full-time job! All of his paychecks would go back to them through purchases LOL
