Took my 6 minth old here for her ears. The piercer was named Yasmin, dark haired young gal. She sold us on some very basic saline cleaning solution by telling us it is numbing spray... found out, its not. There was 3 people working there, the other 2 ladies stayed over in the other corner of the kiosk and looked at a cell phone and talked. There were 2 other eligible employees to assist with the ear piercing. Instead, she decided to pierce my daughters ears 1 at a time, then proceeded to not squeeze the gun hard enough and it got stuck in my babies ear, then panicked and started wiggling the damn thing while this earring is stuck in her earlobe. After punching it the rest if the way through they held her head down on the other side and punched through the other earlobe. My kid screamed the whole time through this. I will never come back here, nor will I ever even pierce another child of mine. People recommended these guys to me, and they honestly were awful. I couldnt leave there fast enough. It made me nauseous. Also ended up paying 100$ for saline solution, earrings, and the piercing itself.
What started out a wonderful experience quickly turned for me. I had my babygirl ears pierced here and the staff was friendly on this day. We came back for my son’s homecoming and brought him ear rings to wear that night. Thank god we bought 2 pairs because the ones he was set to wear broke as soon as he tried to put them on. Knowing that there is a 90 policy, I take them back only a few days shy of a month.Now, the experience and atmosphere has changed. When I walk up, one female associate is preparing to pierce someone. She is literally standing in front of me prepping. Not a single hello, I’ll be right with you, or even acknowledge my presence. Jordan, male associate was walking away with garbage. So, I waited for about 5 minutes before he returned. As he returns, Still my presence has not been acknowledged ( I have been there for a total of 15 minutes now). I wait about 5 more minutes of them talking amongst each other while the female was piercing and Jordan stood texting on his phone.At this point, I’m irritated. I ask, is he on break? Should I come back?The female signals for him to help and he did not look happy to be helping as he did before. I presented the earrings that broke and told him “I don’t need a replacement or a refund. If you guys can just fix these, it would be great.” He tells me I need a warranty to get them repaired or replaced. I pointed out on the receipt the policy and was still turned away. I got the manager phone number and she apologized and gave me a 20 percent discount over the phone. And I was still in the mall so I went back to exchange. The female associate now refuses to help me because the boss spoke with Jordan even tho she knew the situation. Jordan tells her to just exchange them.Now, I was almost ready to forgive them and maybe shop again but my name is Adrienne Butts and in their system and their manager still gave the discount to Adrian Brooks 🤦🏾♀️
I went to this place the staff was so awesome, fun and helpful I actually felt like family. Such a great experience, even beyond words !! Lisa helped me by helping me pick our items to get for my girl and my 2 daughters.. I will recommend anybody to come here!! I wasnt getting a piercing but thought about getting one after I saw how easy and comfortable the piercer was, Im thinking I might just come back and get mine!! 😁Cheers!
The sales associates where professional and very accommodating Their customer service skills were great even though they were extremely busy. Yes I would recommend this company to my family and friends.!!!
So I just went to this store for the first time and I got my ears pieced because I heard it was a great store to go to for me to get my ears pierced and everyone at the store had a great personality and great attitude. And there jewelry is very unique and really great for everything. I would most definitely come back here again whenever I could. Thanks Piercing Pagoda!

Omggg, this Store is GREAT! Everyone is so nice and very hard working. So I got a necklace back in February and I got the warranty for it. She said no problem and they said they can cover any damages and like my Daughter lost the back of the earrings that she was wearing and they gave me another set of earrings. Most of the costumers are very rude most of the time. Cant thank you enough! I will definitely come back in the near future

The guy who pierced my brothers ears was so energetic and had a lot of insight of just what ear the earring would look good on. I recommend everyone who wants an ear piercing to go there. Its in the mall and the people are awesome.
I love Piercing Pagoda. I have shopped here for almost 2 decades and know what product they carry. The customer service has always been amazing - until this location.I hurry to grab the item I need. The shop closed the store and put everything away 10 min early - then, when I ask about the item I wanted the rep tells me it is past time and they are closed before ignoring the fact they were closed ahead of time.Advertise you close at 8:50 then.
Got my ears pierced again and a new ring set! The gentleman that worked on 10/22/19 between 6-7 om at the southcenter mall was amazing and super friendly. I am a loyal customer
I’m giving this a four because every time I have gone there, every one is supper polite and are very knowledgeable about what they do. I love everyone I have talked to. They are all very helpful. This last time I went, I went to get a pair of earrings I have been wanting for 6 weeks. I show up and no one is there so I go to a movie. After the movie I go over and see if they are open. I found the sign and it said that they would be returning at 6:55, current time being 6:22. I then say, ok I’ll go up and eat something then come right back. I come back at 7:04 and I see the lady walking out of the booth and quickly locking it. I check the time again then it says she will be back at 8:03. I mean COME ON. YOU CANT STAY AT YOUR BOOTH FOR EVEN 10 MINUTES. You just lost me as a customer... after I get those earrings I have been waiting for. I don’t think a customer should even think about chasing a clerk when wanting to buy something THEY are selling.

Terrible customer service. The staff did not show up for our appointment on time and they couldnt care less. I would never go back.

I am giving this place a two, I have to say that I am a regular and I typically have an average experience when shopping with them but yesterday I went in and I met a “racist piece of crackers”. I do not want to upset people by telling you about my experience but I later walked by again on my way out of the mall and noticed this same lady mean mugging a black couple. #Boycottherasist #youarenotworthourtime.

Bought my boyfriend a necklace on sunday and broke on tuesday the only reason i gave 3 stars cause the lady that helped me was very polite and helping to resolve the issue
These people charged me 3 times for the same transaction, then took about a week to give me back my money. They wouldnt even talk to me at the kiosk and gave me some 1-800 number. Then when I returned the product, charged me AGAIN for the same amount as before. Still dont have my money back.
My grand daughter went here and they got her ear piercing stuck i dont want to got there anymore.
