The service at this store is horrible . I went to purchase two charms, the lady helping me was rude and was trying to rush me out the door. I then asked her if she could clean my bracelet and she told me they were busy ! For the amount of money we spend here you’d think that they would be a little bit more helpful.

Great service. Quick and easy. I generally knew what I was looking to purchase and the sales associate assisted me without hesitation.

Went browsing for wedding bands today and stopped in. The sales woman seemed very, very confused when I mentioned we were looking for some simple wedding bands. She very meekly just turned and walked away without saying anything and came back with a tray of rings that were nothing like what we had explained we wanted. In and out in about 5 minutes, pretty disappointing.

Do not buy from here or Pandora in general. First set of earrings were bent and I had to send them back. The second sent of earrings have discoloration. Seems like lack of quality control, cheap products, or both.

Jerlene is awesome, and probably the best worker there. She helped us a ton and was super kind and gave us excellent customer service. Amazing worker.If I could I would 10 stars.

We came in to shop and the store was so dirty, fingerprints everywhere and no guidelines followed, NO THANK YOU!!!I will shop at the Bellevue location because they are so much better and the associates so much nicer and profesional

Worse service ever, I was asked for repair when my bracelet was broke, and the lady in the front desk said unrepairable unless you buy a new one because the repair cost more. I have no idea for this answer.

Very friendly & professional service. It was busy but several of the employees ensured I was noticed. Once you are being helped, you have their full attention. Great place for gifts for your favorite woman in your life - charms, bracelets, rings, earrings, & necklaces. This is one of the larger stores.

I came in to ask for a box for an online order placed through their website and was told no without any explanation.

Cant remember her name but she had long curly black hair. She was super nice an helpful picking out a bracelet for me.

Cheaply made overpriced beads strung together with false sentimentality sold to gullible males who forgot a birthday, anniversary, fake holiday or any marketed reason to give jewelry. Whether on a bracelet or necklace, its the gift thats uniquely them until they see someone else wearing the same bead.

Terrible customer service. Will not be returning. Workers attitudes were rude and disrespectful. I regret going through with my purchase. I recommend the DT Seattle store much more.

They have the worst people working here all are very rude they say we have one year warranty on jewelry but they are bunch of liars the short Asian girl needs manners she was very rude and made sure I knew I can’t return anything anymore or get it fixed find new people and people that won’t lie

Bought a pair of earrings here as a gift. Luckily I double checked the box before giving the gift since one earring had a back/stopper and the other didn’t. Not a huge thing but still annoying.

Terrible customer service the girls over here are so slow they tell me to put a deposit down n they don’t even know how much deposit they don’t even know if I will get the deposit back hire some girls that are not on drugs and know what they are talking about again terrible customer service here they took forever to find my order I wanted to add something to my order the Asian girl that’s has been there forever doesn’t know how to just add it to my order I will not be returning to this location all these girls are on drugs
