Miranda and Jasmine have the best customer service hands-down. Very knowledgeable on the products, Their use and what the ingredients are good for on your body and your skin. Absolutely one of my most favorite stores in the mall. Today I went in and got the volcano foot mask and a lotion bar for my mom that’s in the hospital. Jasmine explained how each ingredient helps take care of our skin. They were out of the cold facemask today but Jasmine was able to find one for me, I’m so excited. I just love the feel of the store and it makes me so excited every time I go in here.Must visit. Everything from the labels to the smell of the store to the staff

So impressed with this Lush!! Very well stocked (since a lot of other locations are out of a lot of products) and what selection. We were here early on a Saturday morning and the two staff working were very helpful and made great recommendations. I would say a selection of 20+ types of bath bombs and bubble bars, wow.Ps. You still have to wash your hands/sanitize before entering the store

Ive always liked certain Lush products for the most part. Are they worth the price....? No. Are they worth going in store and being followed around by an irritating salesperson who seems to think its her job to tell me HOW to wear my mask at all times...? Most definitely not. I can find comparable, less expensive, just as good products online or somewhere else.

Great Store for body products. I Got the body and face sea salt scrub. I love it super soft skin and face glow.

I like Lush products. Staff is always so professional and friendly. My only concern is you have to watch the prices. They tend to be a bit pricey. Also they tend to try to upsell. Test the products before you purchase. Lush products do make a nice gift.

Lush customer service is always A+ but this last experience was above and beyond. When we were welcomed in to the store we were asked to wash our hands with one of two soap choices and we could take the soap square home with us. I loved that they didnt ask us to throw it out but actually let us keep it so it didnt go to waste. I picked out my items (was helped choose a face mask) and as we were purchasing said items, an associate handed my daughter a bath bomb and told her she was very proud of her for keeping her mask on in the store. My daughter was SO excited that she was able to not only pick out a bath bomb but was then gifted one by the store. This week when we used the bath bomb I asked her if she remembers why she was given the gift. She proudly said, Yes! I kept my mask on in the store!Way to go Lush.

Very nice staff very helpful right when you enter in there we could smell the beautiful Aroma of all the scents.

Had a wonderful experience there. The team at Lush in Southcenter are helpful and knowledgeable. I went in there with no idea what to get for my family and came out there with some great items. Will definitely go back!

I have fallen out of love with LUSH over the years as they are a bit too pricy but theyre still an amazing store with great service.

This place always gives me the best experience. They train all of their staff to be impecable sweet, and helpful. The girl at the entrance this past Saturday (02/20) was super enthusiastic and sweet. We didnt purchase anything since I was just browsing, but I still got a nice time there.

Staff is always well informed and have excellent product knowledge. Extra bonus points given for the extra efforts during COVID to keep the customers & staff safe.

I came in here to get something for my sister for her birthday. She loves the lavender scent. So I decided to get her the lavender gift box set. They have so many different wrapped gift boxes that are perfect for any occasion. Ill definitely be back soon to treat myself to a few things!

I shop at this store ALL the time, I have for the entire time Ive lived in this area. Never written a review before, but after my amazing trip today I simply had to. Im addicted to their amazing bath bombs (RIP Guardian of the Forest scent :( )Went in for my Nieces Birthday, getting a little something as a treat for her and her friends. The associate Cierra (hope I spelled it right) was unbelievably nice, friendly, and made the entire experience wonderful. My niece and her friends loved the bath bombs we got and thought it was so cool to watch the intergalactic bath bomb in the tester sink.Cierra, you are awesome! You deserve a raise! :) Ill definitely be back soon to stock up on more bath bombs.

Lovely store with awesome smell!

It took me a while to make the plunge to shampoo and conditioner bars, but Im so happy that I did! My hair is happy, Im not using packaging, and the products smell amazing. The customer service was outstanding-answering my many questions without being pushy whatsoever. She even gave me samples of the products I was trying to decide between so I could come back and buy the best one later. Pricey, but I think its worth it.

The two girls working when I came in helped me pick out the perfect birthday gift for my sister, and even went out of their way to open the gift box to add some things to it and tie it all back up again. They were very sweet and helpful!

I always enjoy visiting just about any Lush store. The employees at this particular store were very friendly and helpful. They all had real life experiences about the products I had questions about and I found that very helpful. They seem to love the products as much as I do and I appreciate that. Came in today looking to replace and upgrade my moisturizer. I was impressed by the customer service. The sales team knew how to help me fine tune what I was looking for, and then when to step back and let me decide. I ended up getting a few more items. They were really friendly and helpful. The checkout lady was just as pleasant and even have me some samples that coordinated with what I purchased. Cant wait to wash my face! Lol.

I was in tukwila running errands with my friend and we decided to pop into this lush store since we live about an hour away and the closest one is in Tacoma. I was so impressed with the layout, so much room and so much more product, it was beautiful! The customer service was more than five star Genevieve was so lovely! I wish I lived closer, everything about this star was great! Will def be popping in every time I’m in the area.

I went here to go pick up a few things knowing they were on the last chance list today and had the most wonderful experience in the store. Everyone was friendly and when I asked I was given sincere recommendations about products. I was here looking for a particular lotion I liked the smell of and some toothy tabs and I was informed the lotion had sold out. When checking out they went out of the way to find me the last two black pots of it. These folks absolutely made my day. Lovely experience.

This was my first time shopping at Lush, and perhaps my first time purchasing hygiene products at a store specifically for such products. It was very easy, and an employee was able to help me find precisely what I wanted. It didnt take excessively long to find the three items I came for, though I was a bit shocked at how expensive the items were - a shower scrub, piece of soap, and facial moisturizer cost me just under $80. I am very pleased with all of them, though.

The package-free soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion/and-everything-else options are all great. Save the environment! Stop buying things in plastic bottles!

Love their bathbombs! With myavender one would have come with instructions though about leaving the cheese cloth on. Wondering if some of the other products are more of a fluff though.

Had fun on our second ever visit to Lush. Was helped by a friendly staff member who gave us her undivided attention.

Theres an overwhelming amount of product in this little store! Thankfully Katie swooped in and helped me look at items that Id be interested in. We talked about my skin and what types of scents I preferred. I was in a bit of a hurry as I just happened upon the store while wandering the area before meeting people for lunch. She quickly let me test a few products and got me to the checkout quick. She gave me 3 samples of some items I showed interest in but didnt have time to test. Great experience and Ill be going to the Tacoma location to refill when I need.

I love LUSH, but I dont have a location within 4 hours drive, so whenever I travel I go hunt one down. If you like organic and vegan bath products, LUSH is the place for you. Their bath bombs are awesome and unique. They carry all sorts of things bath-related, including shower jelly, exfoliators, and shampoo bars.

The workers there are the sweetest people ever and I always walk out happy.

THEY’RE OPEN!! The staff is awesome. I’ve been to many lush locations and this is one of the best. I had to return some items due to reactions and they were incredibly helpful even though I felt like a huge inconvenience. Gave me tons of samples because I don’t have a local lush and we’re incredibly helpful with recommendations for products for me to try. I didn’t feel like they were pushing me to buy anything, as I have at other locations. Will be going back when I’m in the area again! Thank you!

5+ ⭐!!!! Especially to the kind and knowledgeable soul who helped me on Monday 27th. Im so bad remembering names, but tall, thin, glasses, blond hair in a ponytail and beautiful blue eyes. This angel didnt flinch when helping me find a routine to ease my angry flared up eczema on my hands. They took time to explain how each product helped, and were so gentle with my sensitive skin. Sales skills were an A+ and if I were in a better place financially I would have purchased every product we tested. However I felt zero pressure or guilt when I was only able to buy a few things, and what I bought has been life changing. Using Angels on Bare Skin, Oatsy Dreamy (?)cleanser, and Dream Cream for the past 3 days has TREMENDOUSLY helped heal my skin!! Like Im in tears! Years of steroids and failed attempts to relieve the pain and itching left me pretty hopeless. Thank you, Lush Angel, for putting your healing hands and products on me!!! XOXXOOX 💖😘

Had the worst time ever here with TRISTIAN. Upon entering the store i felt a very unwelcomed vibe from him i came in the store to do a return. I had the original receipt and item unopened. Trisitian’s system could not pull up my return so he told me he could not process it. I asked him to call customer service he called and hung up i asked if i could speak to a manager he said he was the manager i asked if he could call customer service again. He told me the return was not going to get done and he was going to call the police if icontiued to excalate the situation. I asked him What have i done wrong and he looked and called the police. When the police arrived they were very confused on to why they were called here. All the employees agreed that i did not threatn him and there was no reason to call the police. I am very upset seeing call the police on black people for doing nothing has been a sweeping wave seen all over the internet but NEVER did i think it would happen at southcenter in SEATTLE such a diverse state. I video recorded everything showing i had did nothing wrong and even the security guards who were called to the scene told me this was wrong and it should be reported. I will be posting the videos over social media and tagging LUSH so people know to stay away ! AND in conclusion TACOMA the store i had purchased from got in contact with me letting me know their system was glitcheing and she was able to get ahold of the same customer service that Tristian said was no avail. Very sad. Day at lush

This store is dangerous to your wallet. So many wonderful products, I buy Dream Cream for my eczema and it is the only thing that helps.
