We went here inorder to get ready for my daughters graduation and the knowledgeable people here were able to help us with what we needed and we definitely needed the help

I came in this morning and was greeted by a very friendly woman. She helped me find the right Shades of lipstick that would work best for me and setting powder for my wedding day! I didnt catch her name but she was very sweet and helpful and made my experience wonderful ❤

Everyone was friendly and nice there. Sarah was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect products for my skin. I was impressed when she explained what each ingredient was and how it worked. Will be back for sure!

Im loving this place right now one nice lady she wore all black she had blond hair and amazingly makeup she help me choose some makeup pallets for my sister and my mom and I just loved it also this happend yesterday December 16 6:30 pm I was wearing a red jacket and my sister was there with me also my hair was in a ponytail but yes I recommend to go at morphe.

Walked in with my friend to check out the new Morphe store, and was a little underwhelmed to say the least. This isn’t the first time I’ve been in a Morphe store, I have shopped previously at a Vegas location. I will be frank, well laid out store and products were easy to find. However the customer service was lacking. One employee actually came over to chat briefly about a pallet we were looking at but other than that, the other employees were busy chatting with each other or I felt like giving me a side eye. I didn’t feel very comfortable. I did still purchase items I came in to find, but headed across the way to Sephora and felt completely warm and welcome as soon as I stepped inside.I love makeup, and usually wear a very full face, however today I was a little bit more natural. Wether that discouraged them from assisting me due to my lack or makeup use or not, it still felt uncomfortable that I wasn’t assisted or greeted.

The store is well spaced out and super clean, the staff was so amazing by my red pony tail and my make all them are well educated, up to date on trends fashions and more very helpful and so positive energy I’m so thankful morphe is seattle now and I can finally go too ulta, sephora and now morphe in person too get alllll my makeup needs period .

Just spent 2 hours in the Southcenter Morphe today and I received excellent customer service! Everyone was friendly and helpful, without being overbearing. They were also super chill about my service dog being there alongside me while I swatched every Jeffree Star VLL. And bonus, they had more in stock than Morphe’s online shop as well as Beautylish’s website and JSC’s site itself. I’m going back asap!

Morphe at SouthCenter Mall is awesome, what a sweet place to visit with your family and friends.
