Wonderful sales twice a year. Wonderful clerks there! Welcoming, knowledgeable, personable.

A few weeks ago I came into the store in search of a gift for a friend’s birthday. As soon as I stepped into the store, I was immediately greeted by an extremely kind and friendly worker, Amy. I was initially overwhelmed by the amount of scents and products the store offered thinking that I would have a lot of difficulty finding a good product, but Amy continued to help me, making me feel very comfortable and calmer about the situation. She asked me a lot of questions to help narrow down the best options for my gift, which I am very grateful for. Amy was super sweet and recommend me a few of her favorites, which I ended up purchasing in addition to my friend’s gift. She was also quick to let me know about all of the great deals the store was having that day, which allowed me to save a bit of money as well! I noticed Amy wearing a pin that said “Be kind” on it and must say that she truly reflects those values herself! She was one of the best and most helpful workers that I have ever experienced in any store, and I would gladly come back.

Store personnel did a good job with social distancing but nothing keeps the customers from touching all the products. They have try me bottles everywhere so social distancing is really a moot point. They had someone at the front of the store passing out samples of a new scent. I would suggest asking customers to request samples and have store personnel assist with that. The store appeared to be very clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

All the ladies working there tonight excelled in customer service. A few weeks ago when I was there a lady made me bag my own merchandise. Then when I was finished I watched her bag my friends merchandise right in front of me. It was definitely awkward. Thank God she wasnt working today.

Had Excellent sanitizing precautions in place. You have to sanitizer before you go in. They literally sanitizer the counters after each transaction. It was very safe. Great products.

Natasha is the real MVP!! I was so relieved when I walked in and she greeted me with a smile. I had just come from Ulta where there was NO ONE working on the floor. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect products for my needs!

Expensive candles. I could go buy all of the ingredients needed to make my own candles and a few cute jars for the cost of 2 of these candles. The most ridiculously high priced candles. I think theyre like $12-13 each and sometime they have a deal for 2/$24. No thanks! My nine year old wanted to walk inside and see what they sold and we ended up walking out spending $15 on 2 small travel size bottles of hand sanitizer and 2 cutesy hand sanitizer covers. Ridiculous. Overpriced. You can go to the dollar store and grab a few cute jars/glass containers for $1 each. You can get a $49 complete DIY candle making set on Amazon. TO expensive

Friendly customer service gals. Not too pushy. Cool about chatting it up on whats what. And if you dont like somethin you purchase you can bring it back and exchange it whether you got it in store or online and that is a game changer!
