I needed a shepherds hook for my bird feeder. The girl that answered the phone was very helpful. She told me they only had the one that I needed left and that she would hold it for me until I got there. They have alot of good products at reasonable prices. Ive always had a good experience shopping here.

Customer Service here is not helpful. We asked for assistance and the employee that wore a gray cap walked us to the end cap of the aisle and said it should be there. Uhm thats not helpful. If I wanted that kind of customer service I would have shopped online. Please have your employees work on customer service.

I have been a customer with this company for years, I found reasonably priced dog food there. Been disappointed to find they havent been able to keep it in stock alot lately. I was told they werent expecting a shipment for another 3 and half weeks. I was offered their house brand of small dog food for a penny. Sorry but a small amount of dog food is not going to feed my 7 dogs. So I guess I will no longer get my dog food there and will take my business elsewhere.

We were at the store at Valencia, I am not able to lift heavy things, and I asked for help at the register, then this great lady named Charly came and help us a couple of times, with heavy things, she was very helpful. Thanks Charly, you make an awesome job at Tractor supply.

I go to tractor Supply on a weekly basis to buy welding and other work supplies and am never disappointed i ended up buying a 200+ peice socket set on clearance at a unbeatable price with a life time warranty the team member Melinda was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable on everything I inquired about will definitely be shopping there again to buy all my working supplies

No propane, since its opened Ive been asking for propane and answers always been no theyre out. The staff is always friendly and store for the most part is tidy and clean.

I purchased boots online specifically so I can do curbside pick up. I went and got the boots, and went home to realize they left the security tag on the boots. I drove back to the store and parked in curbside pick up, and called the number to explain what happened and to see if they could run out to grab the boots to take it off. They didn’t answer the first time I called, and the second time it rang a long time before I got an answer. There was no other cars in the curbside pick up area. The guy gave me an attitude and said I need to come into the store and that they won’t come get the boots even though it’s their mistake. I ordered curbside pick up obviously for a reason and all I got was a lazy employee with an attitude acting like it’s my fault. It was already an inconvenience of having to make a second trip back to the store, then I get an attitude acting like I’m asking for too much? Absolutely ridiculous

You will see things you dont ever see at Wal-Mart or other retail stores . definitely go if you have pets from horses to ducks and chickens . store has everything needed to maintain farms lawn mower tires. to feeding supplies . tools & supplies . Ace doesnt have this ! Supplies for repair of all sort . Great store helpful staff. My new favorite store

Just recently purchased a travel trailer. It had 20# propane tanks & we wanted larger. We purchased 40#ers, too big. Decided to exchange them for 30#ers. Brooke was very helpful. Did the exchange & filled our tanks too. Great customer service.

Went in to buy chicks for my 1st time and Steve was extremely kind in helping me purchase what I needed to get started without putting a dent in wallet. While u was there I needed dog food and well he sold me on the stores name brand food and my 2 dogs love it. I recommend this place because customer service is great and quality is there 👌

This location has the worst customer service Ive had in a while. I placed an order on the app. Shortly after, I got a notification that it was canceled. I called to find out why. I was told customer service could tell me and I was put on hold. I was on hold for five minutes. No one ever checked back. After five minutes, I hung up and called back. I explained that I had just been on hold for five minutes. I was put back on hold. Five minutes later, I hung up. I called back asking for the manager. Same result. Later that evening, I had to go past there to go to the grocery store, so I stopped and asked for the manager. The store was empty of customers. The manager basically brushed me off. She gave me the corporate phone number to report it to them. Ill not be using this store in the future. There are too many other stores that sell the same things at the same prices who will be glad to accept my money.This is the second time Ive had issues at this store, with the same person. Last time I got to the customer service desk to pick up an order. This same manager was chit chatting with a customer. I stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. Finally, I asked her if I could get my order. The other customer then left and I got my order. There was never an apology from her.

Im not sure whether this review goes to the Tractor Supply Company or VIP Petcare. They hold a shot clinic there once a week and the people at VIP Petcare take such great care of our animals. Its also really affordable that you can get shots you need all a cart. Of that would charge you $75 just for the visit plus whatever the shots are. Here you can do everything that needs to be taken care of for your animals like rabies shots, five in one shot, deworming, everything in between I highly recommend these folks. Especially love Dr Loyd. Shes a gym!

This is the worst store with bad customer service last week went to buy a chicken and was there for 30 minutes and nothing today I went and bought a boot and payed for it and was there standing for another good 30 min to 40 for them to bring me the right boot and there was not even people in the store so they can take that much to bring a boot up it was rediculous never going back there again

Tractor Supply on Valencia in Tucson has not had warm water in the dog grooming station in well over a month. Very disappointing😔. Other than this I have always found the employees to be very nice and helpful, the store well stocked and clean, and the prices reasonable. Hurry up and get the plumber to fix the hot water situation!!!!

Went here specifically to refill a propane tank and it was temporarily out of service.

Great place and I love that they Have a pet washing station. I take my Dogs in for a shower and they have pretty much everything. The reason for 3 stars because I went today and they had no towels and it looked like no employee had gone all day to refresh the are.

The store was clean, aisles well organized the country music BLAIRING which I guess is expected when you go to a place called Tractor Supply 🤔I liked that small necessities like screws and bolts are sold by weight, beats ACE per piece price. The livestock section was well stocked and had a lot more than I expected.We bought a kit for our weed eater to get it running it was reasonably priced and they had the two stroke oil we needed as well.The cashier seemed a little shell shocked to be helping people with alternative appearance and I must say I did NOT feel welcome from the moment I walked in, which is a shame as this store had a lot to explore.Will I go back? Possibly, but not my first choice in the neighborhood.

Tractor Supply is a beautiful store. It has needed farm and pet supplies and then some fun decorations and toys for the home. The sales were great but the regular prices were a little out of my price range. Great place to reminisce our good old days.

I love this place, there is much more than just feed and supplies. I usually go for bunny supplies and look around at the farmhouse decor. Staff can be hit or miss some of the guys come off kind of macho or like know it alls but the cashiers are always very friendly.

I really like the store & great pet food & other supplies but the store need more staff....there is no staff on the floor to help. There is one staff at the register & all others are in the back of the store working. I wanted to buy a $2500.00 small tractor but even after paging for someone SEVERAL times no staff came up to assist so store loss out on a good sale. Sad...because the products for food & supplies is really good but cannot recommend the store.Dana. Tucson. Az

I love this new store. Grand opening prices are excellent, and they carry a wide variety of products. Even a dog bath, where I can wash my big dog without having to get into the bathtub with him. Very clean organized store, lots of choices though I wish all the southern locations carried the Game Bird feed my Turkeys, ducks, chickens, peacocks, peahens and roosters absolutely love, mixed in their layer feed. I can only find it in the Benson store thank goodness as its closest to me, but it doesnt come up in the online order anymore. Hope they fix this as I brought it to staffs Attention.

I was intrigued to see that they had little chicks for sale, so I entered the store and asked a few questions.The sales representative was very knowledgeable explain to me the difference between little chicks that lay eggs and little chicks that grow up into big chickens that people eat.Currently the little chicks that are for sale grow up and lay eggs. 🐔

Employee Amanda seemed to high on something and was not helpful at all and pretty spaced out. I didnt see anyone else working or would have gotten help from them. Store was nice and clean and pretty organized.

I dont usually get stuff from here. But the reason I went in is that I love the smell. It smelt like winter. And I love walking around with my hubby because he was telling that the next time we go in that he wants to get things and turn them into new things around the house. This place has everything he was to do diy things.

Tractor trailer supply has great coustomer service. And many great products. Including nice gifts and things for children. Better stocked than most hardware stores. The cashiers are friendly and very efficent!

Though there are other thing i never reallg explore unless i need to. I do know you can get horse hay here as well as other types of feed. Pretty great store i say!

Didnt have exactly what I needed but selection was still good enough that I found something comparable.

The staff was super helpful. Even gave me coupons they thought I would be able to use. Answered questions I had about equipment. They are always really kind here.

Went inside store no propane? Ask the help why and was told its winter? What the hell I no that. Looks like a nother store going to the way side. Help getting $10 .50 a hour to tell you that it is winter? I will try again maybe the two girls well have a better day.

Went to get hay about 6pm and they refused to sell to us, Said it was to dark. So from 6pm to 9pm they will not sell you propane or hay. As a business owner you would think it would be in the best interest of the business to sell the outside objects.

Great friendly knowledgeable staff and awesome selection for general tools and agriculture products. I had no idea that it was such a good place to find so much you would need for yard and home improvement projects along with feed and accessories needed for your animals.
