If I could give zero I would. We ordered custom made solar shades for our Ramada and contracted with them in March 2021 to complete the job by April 15th in time for a wedding in our yard of a friend. They breech their contract a number of times. They have poor customer service, missed appointments, no communication.Materials used where materials for window screens (1 inch) not outdoor enclosures (2 inch). They even had a competitor come out and look at the project and we were told they were doing it with incorrect materials and would not last and the workmanship was poor.They finished the job 2 days before the wedding not the contracted 2 weeks, leaving me very behind on other things I needed to do. The product has bent frames, not properly stretched screens, multiple screen holes in the frames and screening material from screws. 1 inch frames instead of the 2 inch frames quoted and told they would use and told by both their own installer and their competitor they had come out they needed to use. Told they would use proper material to screw to cement flooring. Some areas not even screwed in at all, others broke loose less than 24 hrs after install because of poor workmanship and wrong material. They used plastic sheetrock screw anchors you use in walls at home to hang light items when no stud. Screws holding up frames to beams coming apart. Screening not trimmed in a number of places. They actually used threshold material as a spacer and screwed it to the frame, which is coming apart.Within 24 hrs some frames shifted 4 inches, within 48-72 hrs 8 inches.Not to mention we ordered 4 custom sizes and received 6 panels. Not what we ordered.They agreed for us to return the product for a refund, which we are happy to do, however, they will not issue a refund, even with the return product, unless I agree to remove and not post any negative reviews. Sorry but you earned your negative reviews and future I am not going to be forced to waive my rights because you screwed up. We have pictures to back up everything we claim and more.We have now had over 4 competitors come out and look at it, all state shoddy workmanship and wrong product used and that it would not hold up, which it is not.

The effort and kindness these guys bring is amazing! They built a pergola for me and they did an awesome job! Such great work ethic and amazing customer service. They built the pergola within the time frame they gave me. Definitely recommend them, and will be requesting services again.

I am content with awning and louvered pergola. It has far exceeded my expectations with great techs on site to install them! Customer service from their employees has made the relief of my home project at ease. Highly recommended to friends and family!

3 words: Go Somewhere Else!Original install was scheduled June 14 but was a no show. Due to various other issues, install was later scheduled for July 6 and the install crew was (IMO) inept. It was completely wrong from the blueprints and they left a mess in the backyard. We then complained and dealt with Maggie (who was great throughout the whole process) and requested the project manager to see the quality of work they’re attaching their name to, but nope.Fast forward to July 21, they are scheduled to fix the problems. I have to tell them how it supposed to look so I’m assuming the don’t have any plans or blueprints. While it is closer to the blueprints, there is NO WAY this is $4500 quality work. No attention to detail (protruding screws, mismatched paint, large gaps and scratches)and they again left a mess in the backyard. I assume they’re “done” since they left without saying anything.2/5 ⭐️’s

I had them build a pergola back in December and called back to have some shades put up this month. Im happy with both experiences. The work looks professional and stylish and was done in the time I expected. Options were discussed clearly and delivered on as promised. I have recommended them to my friends.

Company did a lovely job on our patio shade units back in February. Work is beautifully done with no issues. The technicians they sent out to do our install were very professional and knew what they were doing. The communication between the office was smooth from ordering my units to getting them scheduled for install. Would recommend them to anyone wanting professional clean work done.

Recently got a 20 awning in my backyard and I love it, so does my wife! Guys showed up on time just as scheduled, they got it installed in less than a day, overall great service!

If I could give these guys ZERO stars I would. Had a rolling shade installed September of 2020. The day of installation, I could tell these guys had no clue what they were doing. It took all day to install. Another worker had to come out the next day to fix all their errors. A month later, it fell out of the track. We didnt use the shade throughout the winter, but just last weekend we tried using it, and AGAIN it was out of the track. The guy (Caleb) who came out yesterday not only didnt fix the screen, but he ran over our expensive light fixture that borders our driveway and squashed a barrel cactus like a pumpkin. When I confronted the company, they denied any doing. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!! Im filing a complaint with BBB.

Scheduled an appt for an estimate. One hour past 2 hour appt window company was a no show. No call. I called office, woman confirms my name and missed appt, hangs up on me after asking me to hold while she called salesman. No call back. They dont want or need your money. Try a different company. It appears that this company also does business using a different name, so beware...
