We have been very happy with our dealings with M&M Home Supply Warehouse from working with James on the design and quote to the excellent job the installation team did of installing the pergola and awnings. The installation team was thorough, professional and courteous and wouldnt leave the job site until they were sure we were happy with the work. I would highly recommend them.

Had been struggling for years figuring out how to get shade over our pool. Finally called Brad and the great team at M&M. They designed and built the perfect pergola for our needs. A day and a half later and we have an amazing addition to our pool and yard. Friendly, professional, efficient and beat other quotes for something similar by a mile. Highly recommended.

Brad the owner of M&M was great to work with in determining our needs and the issues/measurements for the project. The M&M crew showed up on time each day and worked hard. They did a great job covering a rear parking area and a sauna that was in our yard. They even lifted up a previous awning we had so all of the awnings would flow into a water harvesting system that feeds into our tree well with citrus trees. The crew was friendly and respectful. The price was reasonable for the amount of work and materials. Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied with the project and recommend using M&M.

We selected M&M for a pergola over our L-shaped backyard patio. We had multiple quotes, of which M&M was not the lowest, but certainly came across as the most professional. Brad, and later, James came out to give an estimate. They were polite, professional, and personable. Their written quote was the most detailed. They represented their company in a manner that gave us confidence that the work would be satisfactory. When the work was done, over two days, James, Steve, and Ramon were very thorough, and obviously knew what they were doing. There were no oh by the way, this will require an extra comments or moments. No surprises, except - how much more wonderful the pergola looked than we had ever imagined. Clean up was extraordinary. A few days later, it rained. There were a couple of significant leaks along a side wall. I called them to report it. Within 1 hour, Steve and Ramon were at my house, re-caulking everything. You cant ask for a quicker response. We highly recommend them for your project, you wont beat the quality.

Would give Brad less than zero if I could. Charged 75.00 to measure a simple shade and measured it wrong. Blamed his CA connection for the error. Never called me about making the job good. Now Im out 1075.00 with half the job done and the other half not done right. Stay away from this guy!

These people do a great job! They have already done my windows with solar screens and awnings and I just called them for another job. They are honest and worth every penny they cost, which in much lower than I expected. The quality of their work is much better than I expected actually better than most jobs I have seen around. My first attempt at installing a two vehicle carport was such a disaster we ended up making the contractor tear it down and give us our money back. We were going to give up on the project, but then I found Brad at M & M Home Supply Warehouse. Brad and his crew were thoroughly professional, showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and carefully, and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the finished product.

Contracted with M& M Home Supply to design and install a pergola and carport. Couldnt be happier with the finish product. They helped us with figuring out the details and installation steps. Scheduling was a breeze and the install crew was on-site early and cleaned up after each days work. Neighbors have stopped by to admire the work. This was no small job and the pricing was spot on for dressing up the look of our home and for providing shade in our patio and protection for our autos. If you are looking for a pergola or carport this is the company to go with.

I asked for a quote. Their truck broke down the day of the quote so Brad (the owner) asked me to email him what I wanted. I did asking for a quote for 5 window awnings. He sent me an estimate. I saved the money to pay for the job then asked Brad to come out to finalize the price. Brad came out and said I had only asked for 4 windows in my request for a price quote so the job would cost more. When I showed him the original email I sent listing the 5 (five) windows he said my math is wrong. When I explained that I did not have the additional money and that I had only saved the money for what he originally quoted. He did not apologize for his mistake, he did not offer any compromise he just abruptly handed back my email to me and left. It was obvious he didnt like being proven wrong and was unwilling to say or do anything to make his mistake right. Everything was smiles and handshakes until he was proven wrong. Poor attitude, Poor way to handle his mistake.

NEW REVIEW - I wanted to write another review for M & M home Supply for work completed April 10th of 2019...but Google would only let me edit or delete my prior review (must not think people do repeat business).My husband & I decided to make our life a little easier and just finish up our projects at one time with one place . So we call M & M Home Supply and are greeted by the ever pleasant Maya. When I hear her voice, I know all office, appointment, & billing will be handled professionally, efficiently, respectfully and correctly. Always a pleasure to interact with Maya.So Brad comes out; we trust and value his opinion so much. So many times I feel like I am being taken advantage of; but not with Brad. I feel like he would make the same suggestions to his parents. We wanted to have the carport slats extended, get a gutter on the AZ room, get 13 new windows and deal with some water leakage in the AZ room. He goes over all options and explains the pros and cons. His estimates for me are broken down to Project 1, 2 & 3. At this point he knows that we want things done correctly...not looking for the cheapest fix. His estimates are very accurate, no hidden surprises and he is always fair. Needless to say, we did them all.Now, let me talk about some of the crew that comes out to do all the demolition, clean up, installation, clean up and customer satisfaction walk through. I can not say enough about James and Steven. My husband is having some health challenges and they could not have been more considerate and respectful. Very professional and efficient (sounds like an M & M pattern). They were careful with everything (knowing I can be a little OCD). They answered all my questions very patiently (they know I need to understand completely or I keep asking). We all walked around and looked at everything that had been done. They even did a few touch ups outside just to help me out. James & Steven have both been here for all the projects we have had done and they have earned my appreciation and respect.This is a pretty detailed review; but they earned more than just the 5 starsThis is the 3rd time within a year that we have called Brad @ M & M Home Supply to do some repairs. First, was replacing carport roofing that was cracked, 2nd was putting in new slats for the carport and 3rd was repairing leakage in an AZ room (with a carport roof). We have always be pleased with the communication, quality of the work performance & prices. Brad has always explained everything that needed to done so we understood the quotes. If anything needed to be addressed after the job Brad had the crew out within a couple of days. I realize, not everything is going to go perfectly every time; but how is it handled. Brad handled my concern to perfection. Brad is my very first call for anything I need to have done. That is a fact!!
