We called and made appointment. We were early, they were driving our car to our local dealer (15 minute delay) which gave us time to talk about service options. We bought the car, and it has all the electric options so we have the maps and other features on the screen in the dash. Still has one option to add to the windows, waiting for availability due next week. I normally do all the driving, but my wife likes to drive this car too, so I must share the experience!

Today I was also offered to and from shuttle service which made my appointment so much more convenient as I didn’t have to wait two hours at the dealership for my car to be done. Brian was very kind and informative about my car recommendations.

I always love taking my car in for lifetime maintenance service. I can choose the date and time online. There is a nice lobby where I can sit and wait. There are lots of businesses around so I can also go walking. They always offer me a ride if I need one Plus!! they wash my car before handing me the keys😁. Best experience Ive ever had getting service at a dealership. Appointment was only a couple days out, problem was fixed and explained quickly, and they completed some other maintenance items suggested that I had put off before. Then I was able to pay for it via text so someone else could pick up my car. Pretty impressed!

He stayed in touch with us as we live 3 hrs from Tucson. He was patient with us and answered every question we had. I personally recommend this place mainly for Carlyle, this guy was awesome. Update: They contacted me about the issues that arrived and were very apologetic for the issues that happened. They made it right and fixed the SCC. Thank you for being professional and contacting those who had a poor experience.Actually it wasnt very good. It wasnt all their fault, but their phone and internet were down all day. I took my car in at 8:30 and was given a ride home, which was fine. But then their phone and internet died. Now if they would of communicated that with the customers that would of been good customer service. But instead they didnt contact us, nor did they even try to tell anyone what was going on. They have our number, and if they say we couldnt call you because our phones are down I can guarantee you every employee there has a cell phone. If they are worried about privacy, they can dial *69 (phone number) to hide it. I didnt get a hold of them till 4pm at which time they said they would be done by 5. I got there at 5 and they hadnt started. Mind you it is a 30 minute update.So am I satisfied? No. Could it of been avoided if they would of just called and told us what was happening? Yes. Communication is very important and when I expect my car to be in there for 1-2 hours, and 8 hours later not hear from them, I was a little more then upset.

Terrible service and attitude of employees. Took 5 1/2 hours for an oil change and to check on a noise coming from the vehicle. Employees were rude, didnt seem to care it was taking so long, and basically inferred we were lucky to be able to have our car serviced at all since we had an appointment. Called back 3 hours into service and was told our vehicle was in the shop. Showed up at store again at 3 1/2 hours and was told our vehicle has not even entered the shop yet. We were told there were no noises coming from vehicle and yet, we hear them when we drive the car. TERRIBLE customer service! I would give a ZERO star rating if I could. FYI, weve had similar experience at a different Jim Click Hyundai service department as well with 2-3 hours for an oil change.

Excellent service and attention to detail. When the repair was going to last 3 hours I was given a ride home and back. They inspected everything and was honest about their findings. Service personnel was friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt have a very big lot of new cars but they did have what I was looking for.

Ive had to reschedule my appointment for routine maintenance a couple of times. Everyone Ive dealt with has been very helpful, friendly and understanding about lifes unpredictability. I love that I can drop off my vehicle late in the afternoon and pick it up the next day. The best part is the complimentary car wash!

Unnecessarily high-pressure sales tactics and opaque process for handling information changes between multiple Jim Click locations for service and paperwork. Every employee Ive worked with has seemed hesitant at helping me once my brand new car has started to fail (three times the transmission has gone out at high speeds - within 400 miles, by the way. And working with they corporate office, which is the best advice anyone at either Jim Click Hyundai location has given me, takes upwards of multiple weeks to *multiple months* to get resolution.)They lost my credit card information twice and never corrected my contact information after I notified them before the sale went through, so now my original plates and whatever financing paperwork I probably should have received never came to me in the mail. I get to worry about identity theft for the rest of my life I guess. Neat.

Their sales and service personnel are prompt thorough and professional. They let me know whats going on. Their workmansip is excellent, and I have nerer needed to return a vehicle for additional work due to an oversight. They listen to my description of a problem, find the source, and correct it. I drive in many diverse areas, from urban ares such as Tucson, to rural areas with unpaved roads. I need my vehicle to be in excellent condition to keep me on schedule, and I have found Jim Click Hyundai Eastside willing to put in the extra effort to keep their customers visits pleasant.

I was in a salvage titled vehicle with little to no hope of getting out of it, let alone driving away in a new car. Cameron was amazing in helping me and understanding the situation. If you wouldve told me a week ago I would be driving around in a 2021 I wouldve called you crazy but the guys at Jim Click pulled it off. Second time purchasing a vehicle from here. First time was pretty great. This time however, the sale aside, I was scheduled for a promised second key that would be ready after a week. It has been 3 weeks and two separate fruitless morning visits that barely rang a bell that my situation existed, I still have not gotten it. Another kicker is that I did not know that a 2020 car can be sold without an alarm system, and apparently its not obligated to be told to the customer until I inquired about it a couple weeks later when attempting and failing to pick up my 2nd key. This was not a problem with the first car I bought from here and the alarm being a part of the car was as a given as having an engine. So I guess I just have a 2020 Hyundai without an alarm? I came here because of a reputation of post-purchase care, but Im left very disappointed.

Karlyle was great help. Very nice and cordial. He did everything he could to get me into a new vehicle. This is the second vehicle Ive purchased from Karlyle and each time it has been a pleasant experience. I wouldnt go anywhere else as long as Karlyle is working at this dealership. He really did everything he could to work with my budget and still get me into an upgrade from my previous vehicle. I had been trying to schedule a service appt for the last two weeks and no one ever answers. When some one did answer the customer. Service was terrible and seemed as if i was inconviniencing them. With reasons as to phones were down and to promised calls, I eventually made an appt online. The day came of my appt service advisor was helpful and eta was given. After I left my vehicle ...I got no update and no call as to if vehicle was done or if anything needed to be repaired. I called and no answer. I show up and service is closed. Im not sure what this place process for service is but if they are not calling their customers to let them know of the status or when vehicle is ready, then there is a problem. They cant say they had the wrong number because i got the text just stating if i had questions to reply...to which i did but never got a response. Nonetheless i did encounter some helpful employees on from sales, she helped even after service been closed and GM did what he could find out what happened. I am thankful to them

Hi I took my vehicle for an oil change, a 2016 Buick Encore and didn’t notice anything wrong with the vehicle until the next oil change done today 03/26/2021 at the Buick dealership and find out that Jim click technician force the oil pan screw in to the pan and cause to oil leak and not be able to service my vehicle until the oil pan was replaced $800.00 for the repair. I keep the oil pan and the screw took them to Jim Click service manager Mr.kilpatrick and he denied the mistake the technician made and also told me that maybe the vehicle was already damage when I got it from the dealership and I answer that the vehicle was purchased new with cero mileage on it and that I always took the vehicle to Quebedeoux Buick for services but they didn’t have any day available when I needed so I desired to take my vehicle to Jim click for the oil change and big but big mistake, I have pictures and also the old oil pan that it was replaced and also a statement from the service advisor from Quebedeiux Buick staying the conditions of the vehicle at the time of the service and what they did in case you need a copy of it. I tough Jim click was all about customer services and satisfaction I guess I was wrong....

If I could give 0 stars I would... my car needed it’s fuel pump changed out I paid 600 for the part and labor just for the car to not work not even a DAY ! Got the car back Dec 31st and Broke down with the same issue on Jan 1st ! I got the car towed back to Jim Click Hyundai and now they are trying to charge me another 400 because they didn’t replace what they were supposed to... VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE and no one answers the phone when you call or you get transferred around from Jim Click Ford to Hyundai.. I never had any problems going to Midas or anywhere else to fix my car BUT I go to the DEALERSHIP and I have this issue. Very disappointed! Do better Jim Click! Poor service.

The first time in January 2020, I had scheduled an appointment online for a recall. I arrived and, after they had my minivan for an hour, tell me that they did not have the part. So they did nothing for my minivan at that time. This time, I set up an appointment online for the prior recall part and a new one one week ahead. I waited three and a half hours for them to let me know if it was ready and I had to send them a message, asking if it was ready. They responded with, Its ready and we had to order one part. No other details were given about the part that they had to order. I arrived and when they asked what my name was, find my receipt, and give to me without willing to explain what the heck they did with my minivan. I had to ask the serviceman for an explanation of the work done and what part was ordered. Next, I was told that the part that was ordered was not installed even though I had set the appointment a week prior. Now, I have to somehow find time to bring it back for the THIRD TIME. I dont have time to keep wasting on Jim Click Hyundai Eastside. Horribly managed. I did not want to come back. I will never come back. I will NEVER recommend Jim Click Anything to anyone. I dont have time to waste between full-time school, full-time work at Banner UMC-Tucson, and my family that needs me. This place has caused more frustration than actually taking my vehicle elsewhere. Low quality work, low quality service, and low quality management.

Im out of the Phoenix area, and my car stalled going through Tucson on Saturday. Hyundai got me a tow, and Doug took my car, and fixed it by Monday (failed fuel pump).Doug, the service manager was kind, quick to be helpful, and too good care of me. He even provided a loaner car for the duration. The process for receiving and dropping off were quick, well communicated, and easy on me.Thank you very much to Doug and his team. He made a tough situation much better.

I am writing this review regarding service on my 2014 Santa Fe and about a special guy at Jim Click Hyundai on 22nd Street. I am the type of guy who complains when promises made are not kept and shoddy work in done. However, I also am a guy who gives compliments when things are done in a most perfect way and the people deserve it. My Santa Fe drives and runs great now so obvious the service technicians did their jobs well, but mainly I want to think Doug in the intake department for the way he handled my service call. Although my car was in the shop for a few days because the service technicians could not readily identified the issue (its was an intermittent and occurring only in the morning problem) Doug made sure my car received the attention it needed to find the problem. I would recommend taking your car to this service facility if you want your service done properly. I gave them 5 stars because they did 5 star work.

Had my Hyundai towed for a bad starter. They wanted to charge me $750 plus another $160 for a new battery also. The said it wouldnt hold a charge. The A/C wasnt working. They wanted to charge me close to$200 to deplete and refill the system with freon. I told them that the last dealership tried that and it didnt work. The guy was very argumentative and combative with me. I ended up paying another tow truck to take it somewhere else. This placed fixed the actual issue with the AC which was just adding oil to the AC actuating clutch. Told me the battery was perfectly fine and replaced the starter. Altogether they charged me $305, Where Jim Click wanted to charge me close to $1000 and not even fix the issue. After picking up the car from them, we noticed the dashboard is cracked and the brakes are making funny noises. Of course they wont own up to it. I will never go to another Jim Click dealer... ever... period.

Anything I am asking they say yes at first any then they come with “bad news”. I do not know how they are able to sell cars!!! They promised me to find the car I want. Way too expensive for service. Costs $145 to have them find out the problem but will use it towards fixing the issue if you decide to do so. Well 1,100 dollars for the drive shaft is insane and I cant afford that. So after paying the $155 (after tax) and arguing with them because they drove my car 18 miles (without notifying me), I had no choice but to take my car without getting the work done. Called my regular mechanic at Firestone and they quoted me 4 or 5 hundred dollars cheaper than Hyundai.This is in no way saying anything negative about my actual vehicle or Hyundai as a company. This review is regarding the service department only. I love my Hyundai and its been a great and reliable car. Hyundai, like any other car dealership, just charges ridiculous amounts for any service to their vehicles.

Been shopping around for a new car so I have met many sales people during my search for the right price and deal. When I arrived, the sales man acted like I was an inconvenience. Immediately took me to a car I had already told him was too small for what I needed. Didnt seem knowledgeable on what was there in the slightest, not that there was much to choose from. I left. Even if I had found the right car, I wouldnt have wanted to deal the salesman anymore and would have asked for someone else.

Purchased my 2011 Hyundai Tucson from them, and I just had the 72K service on the maintenance for life program. An oil change and tire rotation for a car approaching 10 years old and its still free. You cannot get better value then that. Jim Click offers great service and value.

My 2016 Elantra Transmission went out at 75K.. Raul Johnson @ Jim Click Hyundai was so professional and a total Godsend! I dropped off my car for service this morning. Raul helped take my information and was very helpful in what services my car needed. At 57k in miles, he suggested a 60,000 mile service. Which keeps me compliant with my warranty. The cost was $350. Which I was surprised at because I assumed that to have our car serviced at the dealership would cost more. Although my husband can do all the same services to our car, he agreed the price was very reasonable. Plus it was ready earlier than expected. They washed it and I felt much better knowing my car was professionally serviced by certified techs. In addition, I found out they offer oil changes for $49. They use synthetic oil, top grade. We just went to jiffy lube and spent $71 and did not receive the synthetic oil. We did not buy our car here but they will service cars from other dealerships. Happy we found them

Did not feel we were treated very well. We live in Anthem Az and were stranded in Tucson due to a flat tire. The maintenance advisors were not very friendly and it took two hours to correct the problem. If this is the face of Hyundai we will consider other auto manufactures. One ray of lite was a young salesman who was most polite and apologetic.

My mother-in-law bought a used truck a couple of months ago and literally the battery exploded and I called the counselor and one of the managers explained the problem to him and said that the hot weather could cause that and a million of more excuses. and my mother-in-law had to pay double 250 dollars for a battery according to the manager they make tests to know if they are good but it turned out very bad. I took her to do a maintenance change and they left her the old oil because when she got home the oil was black, she called the manager and they told them that they changed it and that they had cameras where they could see their employees working. Very bad service and above all that they could not help her or anything everything was negative (said by a manager, he has F as manager)

So I posted a review on here about three weeks ago regarding Douglas and the service advisor at thie Hyundai East. I was wrong to say that Douglas didn’t care cause I can’t speak for Douglas’s feelings towards people or how he feels when it comes to his personal sentiments regarding customers but I was wrong to say that he didn’t care because I don’t know personally. Doug since then has been very friendly and kind What I can say for certain is that they will do the best they can to make up any issue that there was and do the best they can to make sure that you leave happy. I had a horrible experience at first and a lot of it was probably self-induced due to the fact that I’m a very easy person to get upset. They fixed every issue even when the engine wasn’t fully repaire at first and it didn’t work 100% when I got it back the first time. They replaced the issue that was wrong with it the second time with no problem, and they did my brakes while they were replacing the engine with the warranty and the brakes weren’t working when I got them back. So they ended up taking the car back again and now they’re going to fix the brakes for free. So all in all this place will take care of you some special names I’d like to mention are Laurie Jacob Shane and Ron the technician were fantastic and I can’t say anything better about the all the other people there, I was very upset at first but they fixed everything They replaced the issue that was wrong with it the second time with no problem, and theyre doing my brakes while they were replacing the engine with the warranty and the brakes weren’t working when I got them back. So all in all this place will take care of you and I got a little upset at first but to point out some special names Laurie Jacob Shane and Ron the technician were fantastic and I can’t say anything better about the people there, I was very upset at first but they fixed everything And now that my brakes are about to be fixed everything seems like it’s going to be going OK, so once they take care of my brakes everything will have gone according to plan. I’m sure will all be in good standing though because I trust them. The only issue was when they said they replaced my both my Brake pads they were squeaking within the first day that I got them so I’m not sure if they didn’t install them correctly or the pads were faulty but hopefully that will get taken care of as well it’s currently set up for an appointment on Monday and I’m sure they’ll take care of it as best they can I was also reassured that it would be free so as I said it seems like these people really want to take care of their customers. I hope anyone who reads this gives them serious consideration when getting work on your car. Thank you again guys, and I really hope that in the future whenever I have a problem I can come to you and I can count on you. Just so long you fix the brakes like you said you would then everything will be perfect and I’ll have nothing else to worry about. Thank you very much and I hope you guys continue to do business the same way that you do now.

Wade in sales was amazing! very professional and knowledgeable what I like the most about my experience is that he didnt pressure me at any time and he was answering questions and always with a great attitude. We have regretted buying our car from here since day 1, 3 years ago nothing but issues and good luck getting your vehicle serviced. Between my husband and I we bought out last 3 vehicles from here and referred many others who have also purchased. Not anymore they no longer follow through on promises and NEVER have records of our appointments for service and say sorry, nothing we can do but feel free to drive around to our other locations and see if your appointment is with them. avoid this place at any cost just go somewhere where the people might actually care trust me its not here!

This is another part of Jim Click that I have purchased a vehicle from in the past and I would highly recommend it because as I have said before the people seem to be very knowledgeable courteous and willing to answer questions with a good well thought-out answer and address any concerns that you may have about a vehicle that you have purchased or a vehicle you are planning to purchase.
