Due to the wonderful rains we have received we also received a broken window. Not a huge deal at the time, could have been worse. My husband contacted glass doctor on July 21st, and they came right out gave us an estimate and wanted 50% down before the install, great! Lets get it done! A week and a half went by no word, I called and they said the glass pane is coming in the next day and they will get someone out to install that week, so I took the afternoon off of work to wait for the installer who took out the whole window, walked it to his truck and, called the company and then stated the new pane is the wrong size. Super nice, friendly, respectful installer, who was very apologetic. I thought the company would call and apologize and let us know what we can expect moving forward. NOPE! I called a couple of days later and asked, they stated they will look into it and call me back. NO CALL! My husband then called the next day and spoke with the owner who stated he is going to get on this and call us right back so we can get the window replaced. As of August 10th, no call back, no professional courtesy updates, nothing, and they still have our 50% of the cost. Hopefully we will be able to amend this review in the future, but as of right now, we would not recommend the glass doctor.

I called on September 29 to make an appointment not have my window in my house fixed. Was told they could have a technician out next day ( Thursday)between 9am and 1pm 2:00 hit no one showed an hour later found out the scheduled me for the following week. Told me couldn’t fit me in till Monday guaranteed me some one would be out between 9am and 11am no one showed and now I can’t get a hold of them to figure out what’s going on. Not a Reliable Company.

Great service and the tech that did my windshields (one was broke and replaced and the other a repair for a small crack) so fast but did quality work was so professional. In fact from Ashley in the office to the tech that did the work, I was extremely impressed by the friendliness to the professionalism. This is one impressive company and I highly recommend!

Gilbert, one of the owners, came out to give me the estimate on Saturday, and 3 days later they were able to squeeze my smaller job in and begin installation of our new concrete floors. We are very excited and so pleased with their pricing and customer service. All the staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, and the product samples in the showroom look beautiful. Alicia

By far the worst company in town, the woman answering the phone chandra I think her name is, is absolutely useless. They had a window of mine to repair for nearly 2months, I heard every excuse in the book I never got a callback when they say they were going to call, they ended up keeping my deposit. I do not recommend this company at all.

Called for an estimate was given a time frame for them to come out and they just never showed up, so i called and was told by technician that he was running late and that it would be another 4 hour window that same day, but assured me that he would be here and again never showed up.Very unprofessional.

Really disappointed when they replaced my passenger side window, the technician, Renee, made it so I could not open the door from the inside. After taking it in to get that repaired, he RIPPED off the white weather strip seal thing instead of gently taking it off like it says to do during a repair like this... as he continued the job, he eventually made it so I could not open the door from the inside or the outisde now. He referred me to another place to get it fixed, which is just out the way from where I live and just unprofessional in my opinion.I hope I can get someone to call me back or a repair done to my entire door because it has been MONTHS since this happened and Im tired of passengers having to climb in the passenger window or sit in the back.

Needed two bathroom windows repaired due to gasket between panes becoming visible between the panes. Responded quickly, measured the windows, and replaced the windows in just a couple of days. Very professional during the whole process!

Glass Doctor replaced four Windows for me including a larger custom one. While there were some delays in getting the glass, the installation happened quickly after that and the guys did a great job.

Great service. They are in it for the customers, not about the profit. You will get a good deal and great craftsmanship from theses guys. Strongly recommended.

This is probably one of the most unprofessional companies I have dealt with. I scheduled for an appointment with them to give me a quote on a shower door and not only did they not show up for the appointment, nobody called me for a heads up that they were not going to make it. I called them twice that day and they never got back to me until I had to call them again and reschedule for the next day. Next day comes and the same thing happens, no one showed up, called multiple times until I guess the owner answered and said he would come straight to my house to do the measuring. He did show up and measure but I was told I would get a quote the next day. Its been over a week and I still haven’t received a quote, even after I called multiple times to receive my quotes and still nothing. They never once called me back for anything, I was always the one doing the calling to demand answers. I definitely do not recommend this company.

I requested an on line appt for Wednesday, June 24, 2020, Mr. Clarke Arrived on Schedule, a written cost estimate was provided on Thursday, June 25, 2020, that was completely acceptable. The replacement window was installed as scheduled by a very professional installer on Monday, July 13, 2020. Great doing business them..

GlassDoctor was the most reasonably priced. Even though we had issues with getting the proper number of window panels manufactured, Staff would give regular updates on the progress and everything was installed to the client’s satisfaction. The owner, Bob would also communicate with me on the progress which was helpful in mitigating miscommunications.

Requested a quote online for a sliding glass door stationary pane replacement. I received an email to request a time window for them to come measure. After I requested, I got no confirmation. The day of, come the end of the window I hadn’t heard anything. I called the office and the girl said she would call the technician and call me back. She called back and said he was running behind but he would be here. The guy got there finally and did the measurements, and took off. Two days later I still didn’t have a quote so I called. Girl wasn’t in the office but said she would call me back. After not receiving a call, I called again that afternoon and she told me that the tech never gave the measurements for the quote. She apologized and said she would get them and then call me back on Monday. Come Monday I got no call and called the office. Got a machine and left a message. Call back later that afternoon and the phone forwarded to the emergency line cell phone. Left another message. 48 hours later still no calls. So they’ve lost my business. I wound up calling another local company who was able to give me a phone quote based on my rough measurements, and same day have a technician come out and get exact measurements.

Glass Doctor did excellent work in replacing my windshield! A little over a week later, another rock hit and cracked my brand new windshield. Bob was super nice and came to my house to fix the crack for free. It was last minute and he went out of his way to get it done for me. Amazing service and would recommend to anyone!

Probably the best price out of any glass company. Everyone else was charging 350$ to replace a double pane window.

Was traveling through Tucson on vacation and a bird hit my windshield. Called and talked with Bob and they replaced my windshield and had me back on the road in less than an hour! Very nice and friendly and they did a great job:) I highly recommend them:)

I called to get quote on home window replacement and they were very nice, then I tried to book it, they told me they would check if they could do it the same day and call me back. I didnt call any other places as I waited and waited and waited never heard back so by that time to late to get someone else out today. Tenants now have to go all weekend without a window, Bad customer service and follow up, guess it wasnt a big enough order??

Called on a Friday to get windshield replaced. Spoke with Tony numerous times because phones were cutting in /out. Asked for factory replacement glass cost. Waited for a couple of hours and had to call back. Finally got quote and decided to go with non-factory option $1050 less cost. Scheduled appt for following Wednesday am. Waited a couple of hours within 4 hour window and called to check on time. Bob, owner answered and said there was no appointment scheduled although he found notes of my call with missing particulars. Bob apologized and I said okay, accidents happen and rescheduled following day. Later in day get two more calls from Tony asking to schedule. I said what is going on this was set up with owner. Next morning same scenario, no call, phoned office. Promised next, in half hour should get call. Almost 4 hours later they call. Too late, your sloppy customer service and lying has caused you a missed sale. Hope my business is not missed because I will be letting friends and neighbors know to stay away from Glass Doctor.

Very Disappointed! I asked for a quote, left work early to meet them at my home, and they never showed up. I called the office, only to be directed to a cell phone that had a full voicemail log. Voice mail said if you need assistance please call the office, which then redirects you to the same cell phone. This example is the true character of their customer service. FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING!

Had my windshield replaced. Left my sunglasses on dashboard. Workers installed windshield & left after I went to inspect work found my sunglasses were missing I immediately called the office and complained. The office told me they would talk to workers and called me back. They left message that nobody seen them I tried contacting them but no reply. Be aware they have thieves working for them and don’t leave any valuables in vehicles when they are working on your windshield. 😡😡

We were told theyd come to our house to give an estimate. They gave us a three hour window. Not only did no one show up, no one called to say they wouldnt make it. Nothing. Not professional. Stay away.

I am a facility maintenance director for a church in tucson az.i spent time on the phone making an appointment and they where half an hour late with no call on being late.my time is very strick i had move appointment around. the guy was in and out and i really needed to talk to the guy before he left this is a wrong way to do business.then i cancelled them never to them again.
