I was approached by the manager, Adrian, one day at my rv park when he noticed my windshield had a pretty bad crack running through it. So we chatted and he went ahead and got a claim processed for me with my insurance company easily and even waved my small deductible. I was under the impression I was going to have to bring my vehicle in to the shop- which I was dreading a bit since I stay home with our three year old and a three year old in a shop for hours is no fun. I was willing to go in anyways since Adrian was so nice and professional from the start. However, the big plus was that he was able to come out and do it mobile and I was even more stoked as a result. Adrian scheduled my appointment easily, gave me a very reasonable time window for installation, and he actually stuck to his time window (which I’ve had many mobile services go well beyond the time frame they’ve given to me and I’ve been stuck waiting around for my service all day- this is not the case with this service).Furthermore, another thing that showed this service was more derived from quality workmanship than quantity was how Adrian approached my windshield installation. I have a unique windshield (I’ve even had Safelite tell me they can’t do my windshield mobile) and Adrian explained to me that he likes to use a lot of glue on these types of windshields so that there are no wind leaks. That meant for about a week I needed to let the extra glue showing beyond my windshield frame sit and dry for about 7 days and then he’d return to peel the excess off. I was completely fine with that and I really appreciate that he took the time to explain why he does it the way that he does. Lastly, Adrian kept to his word and called me the next week to set up a time to come out and peel off the excess glue. I really appreciated I didn’t have to chase anyone down and wait to make an appointment for the job to get done.Therefore, this shop is awesome and the service is spot on and deserves five stars. I will be calling in the future for any windshield repairs and replacements.

Fabulously awesome, Tec saw my window checked my insurance, fixed my ding chip at tractor supply, was good as new in 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend these guys !!! Thanks for the great fast work !!!

I am a procrastinator, the most awful procrastinator. The crack in my windshield was like two feet long and CA glass and tint took care of the claim and then replaced my windshield at my job. Awesome service, highly recommend.

Honestly the dude gets the job done but not without its many downfalls. I believe he sources cheap glass, and I say this because he has replaced the windshield in my truck twice and both times the glass was chipped and cracked almost immediately afterwards from things that should not be cracking the windshields so easily, were cracking it, it was like kitchen glasswear, a grain of sand was chipping it. I felt like the OEM glass could withstand much more than this cheap alternative he sourced. I know his goal is to get the job completed as cheaply as possible so he can collect more of the insurance pay out but still, better quality materials should be purchased to get it done.And lastly I would have rated him a zero but one was the lowest. Reason being is that he recently cost me $500+ easily with his overly pushy sales tactics calling my insurance without permission to get me signed up through him for my vehicles windshield ever though I wanted to wait. Now it’s going to be an out of pocket expense because he wanted to jump the gun on it. Sales individuals have their sales tactics but I found his to be among the worst of em and very difficult to work with.Would highly recommend going somewhere else if you have an option unless you want the cheapest quality replacement glass and potential to lose money from his out of contro behaviors.Remember your insurance is paying for it, so go with the best. Not some low quality bs that is more of a headache at the end of the day than it’s worth.
