2011 Hyundai ElantraI spent two weeks researching window tinting business I had it narrowed it down to 3 places that I visited and got estimates. One place had a fair price but the person behind the counter didnt have the ability toto answer questions with out looking and typing on his phone. Every question I asked was answered with we can talk when you bring it inOne place was a bit over my budget but the customer service had improved. Then I found Clearview Tint the receptionist was very professional and said lets go look at your car WOW she answered all my questions and I few I didnt even ask gave me a quote and wrote it on a business card so I had confirmation of the price. I started to leave but knew I had found the right place booked my car for the very next day!The next day the tech spent so much time with me and was very patient with my questions and I knew exactly what I was getting I know he saw that I was apprehensive and reassured me I would be happy with the results. This was a very fair price and the work speaks volumes to the pride they take, its not just a paycheck !!!!I was so nervous I went by and asked them to look at it and can I roll the windows down and wash it today. I would highly recommend this place.

Erick was our technician. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain to me what the different tints were. I came from out of state and it was my first time living in Arizona, so whenever he (very politely) expressed his opinion on the darkness of a tint (Example: You have a slight tint on these windows, so if you decide to go with this tint, it would make it very difficult to see out of the windows--but its 100% your call.), I completely deferred to his authority. I appreciated his expertise and his willingness to express his opinion to me. I told him of an issue with a window and he made sure to be mindful of that issue when applying the tint. He quoted me a time when he would be done and was done right on time! He was thorough in explaining the aftercare and made sure to let me know that I can call them any time if I had any questions. Although I was warned of possible bubbles, there were no bubbles and the tint looks AMAZING. Im so pleased and would come back again!

I had an excellent experience here and Erick was very knowledgeable and informative to me this is the next day and I love the tint on my car. I have only been here once this is my first time but the timing was excellent they said less than an hour and it was. I was worried like what might I do for an hour they had seating drinks etc. so it was comfortable. I would highly recommend them and they said it will take a couple days for the full effect but so far I’m pleased.

We had a 8am appointment for full coverage window tint and he finished by 9:30am thanks to co-worker helping him due to a cancellation.. Roman did a great job👍There was a microscopic piece of dust under 1 window tint which they promptly fixed with a tear off and replacement. Excellent customer service!!!

The technician arrived after dark and needed my wife to hold a light to accomplish the windshield install. I complained about the quality of the outside rubber installation and another technician glued and taped the upper outside rubber gasket. I said that there was spaces and he insisted that that was normal. Today I was on the freeway and noticed that the rubber gasket was moving in the wind. This windshield replacement is not my first experience with a windshield replacement. This was the worst experience that I have had.I work every day except Saturday and Sunday at the Pinal Air Park in Marana. The appointments for the replacement and follow up were at my home in Northwest Tucson.I will wait for a reasonable period of time before i contact my insurance company for a resolution.

Super respectful & professional, gave me a call in advance so I was prepared for him to come and let me know an estimated time the replacement would take so I wasn’t left out of the loop. Would throw a rock at my window just to have him come back & do it all over again 😉 just kidding please don’t tell my insurance that.

The process was so commendable from the very start with their phone receptionist, Emily to the counter receptionist, to their technician, Tk Thomas who gave me all good advises on how to care for the window tint and the great lifetime warranty they cover! I got a giant crack that covered half my windshield and everywhere I called, they were giving me a quote of over $400.00 for my Ford Focus. I was able to be referred to them and they ordered the windshield and set up an appointment in a day. Dakota replaced my windshield. He was on time, provided good communication, and was able to complete the replacement in about an hour. Very satisfied with the service and I will definitely be recommending them in the future.

I genuinely don’t know why this place is rated so high. I took my car over for a windshield replacement because of the great reviews, and the guy who did an inspection was not friendly or nice. I brushed it off and said whatever because it was early in the morning and that’s probably why but then I go to pick up my vehicle just for them to tell me they couldn’t re- calibrated my windshield and that I should take it elsewhere. It would’ve been nice to receive a phone call to let me know. The front desk ladies were nice but not so much the men working in the back. I wish my experience was better but now I have to pay more out of pocket to get it recalibrated so if I could this place would get 0 stars.

Well, I chose Clear View Glass and Tint because of the awesome reviews online. As most people do Im sure. Reviews are correct in that they have awesome customer service and people skills. I had my Hyundai Elantra tinted here. For some background, I detail private jets, so my car is always kept clean. Upon getting my car back the inside door panels had overspray all over them, and there were scrap pieces of tint in my foot well. I understand I was your last car of the day and you wanted to go home but come on, thats just lazy. Three of my windows after the two week waiting period also had bubbles in them. I went back to have it fixed, and they were more than happy to fix their work. I got the car back and the windows were perfect again. But now, my seats are stained and filthy with defined foot prints on them. I understand bubbles happen, I can forgive that. But have some more respect for other peoples vehicles and their cleanliness. Ive attached photos as proof.

I had been meaning to the windows on my 2019 Subaru Legacy tinted since I moved to Tucson about 2 years ago. Finally I was getting around to it. I completed a considerable amount of research before selecting Clear View. My initial interaction with the company was with the receptionist Denisa. She was very friendly and professional in explaining the materials used, the process, and warranty. She provided me a quote and it was the best value that I had researched. I called back to the office later in the day to set-up an appointment and was given several options all within the next week to fit my schedule. When I arrived for my installation appointment I was met by the technician, LaLa, and I knew immediately I had made a good decision. LaLa provided me with a an array of tint options and explained the process once again to my complete satisfaction. I knew I was in good hands and returned 2 hours later. The work was completed on-time and in a most professional manner. Before I left, LaLa reviewed the Dos and Donts that needed to be followed over the next 48 hours. She also went over the Lifetime Warranty to make sure I understood the agreement and answered all my final questions. I am very satisfied with the personable and professional service I received. I am going to recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Excellent pricing and excellent service! My only complaint was thehold time when I initially tried to call. It was so long in fact I got frustrated and started to drive directly to the location since it was closed. The friendly service and the hot guy who fix my windshield made up for it. Every person I saw there was hot! This is definitely a plus.

I really want to tint the windows on my older model car because it gets hot here in Tucson, AZThey have a sign that says no credit check, but then the guy says the deal is only for electronics. The sign outside is right next to their advertisements for window tinting. And just so you know that have three grades on product to choose from and they run $199.95, $299.95 & $499.95 But they dont finance any of these options.The guy I was speaking with seemed to be put off by my questions. He was eating something at the service counter. He was warring braces on his teeth, and he must not have any idea of what that mess looks like. Trust me when wen I sat no one should have to see that common now geez guy!They should tint my windows for me just because.

Visited for tinting of both front door windows and chip repair of our windshield on our 2015 Honda CRV. The tint looks good, though it hasnt fully set at this point. Based on my experience of the staff, if I do happen to have an issue with the tint, Im rather confident that Clear View will make it right-and this opinion is based on my experience with the chip repair. Through a small miscommunication, the chip repair person located and filled a chip I wasnt aware of. When I pointed out that the chip I WAS aware of was still unrepaired, they immediately brought my car back and fixed the chip; no questions, no extra charge.

This was a very pleasant experience. They helped me when other glass companies beat around the bush. Ive even had an installation in which water was spraying through the liner in a car wash (of course after the waiting period).This was the most pleasant process possible all I did was state my problem and he had the insurance on the phone in minutes.. handled practically everything to set this up, and furthermore gave me the option of where I want to have it Installed. I must say their tint job is spot on as well. Ordered the UV kit since might as well not voluntarily place my eye balls in a frying pan. I joke, but it really was that simple, a stark contrast to the other company that did a failed installation, made us wait weeks, then failed with the moulding again.I care quite a lot about my car, but theres no point in shining or waxing if theres a giant crack in your largest window. Clearview got it right the first time around.Big thanks to Geoff the installer as well. Idk how they seamlessly work through this, but these guys have it figured out. How fast this was is incredible. He was very kind and polite even on such a blazing hot day. You can even get your car washed at their locations (not sure all where they are) but I highly recommend this place. Not too many 5 stars but this and my main mechanic deserve it 100%)

Clearview was very professional. I had my 2018 Hyundai Elantra front windshield replaced. My service tech James Cruz had great customer skills and is an excellent window mechanic. The price was excellent and the winsheild was replaced the same day I went there.

This is a no BS kind of place. I got affordable tint for my cars from professional film installers. They made a mistake and took care of it right away and reminded me that I have a lifetime warranty on all of my tint. Scheduling was good and customer service was good too. product is SunTek high performance and its good too. 10/10 would recommend and will come here again.Shoutout to TK who did my second tint and knocked it out. We had a great experience today with Marc! We had our back windshield tint replaced, and Marc warned us that it may remove the defroster lines. He went above and beyond to educate us about the process, even taking us to the back to show us how it was done. He spent extra time to remove it carefully and was able to do it without affecting the defroster lines. Thanks!

No follow up after saying they would call back twice, I had to call multiple times in 2 days just to see if they gave my car lease company a call to confirm they would pay for my tint. Done this before with past cars at this location with no hassle. Different staff? Would love to give my business here, but it’s hard with no communication.UPDATE: owner called me and made it right, not by discounts or free stuff but by calling and making sure I was taken care of.

I called for an estimate on window tint and they gave me a quote nearly $300 like what!!!! For tint? These people are overpricing for no reason & during a pandemic, it’s winter still lol If your reading this go to Dwights Auto Glass, they are honest, compassionate and won’t overcharge. $125 all around tint & amazing customer service. This company is ridiculous and their phone customer service is ugly.

I was looking for high quality guarantee and quick service...Clear View exceeded my expectations! A year later now, my paint protection film is holding up beautifully. Just had two windshields replaced yesterday. Peter Romeo and his staff are simply wonderful. Timely, quality and friendly. Heres my clear view in all honesty. My wife referred me to Clear View when I went to Octopus car wash. Met the technician. Went through process with Insurance. Set up replacement window for Friday. Technician came out. Did the job in about 1 hr. and a half. On paper it said 3 hrs and some. Anyway. Basically, did not complete job . He left my inside after market antenna tucked inside my handle (see picture) and small strip as well. My outside rubber strip was loose. Anyways, I called. Tech. came out on Monday (different tech.) I had to drive my Truck like that over weekend. Me, Mr. Dangle. Wife called sat. for 50.00 referral incentive. I called Monday, and! Even told the tech about the 50 dollars. He said he would call first thing. Nobody returned our call. From Sat. until Wednesday late afternoon, I called. Talked with Manager. She apologized. Said she would send out check and get by the following Sat. No check, 50 dollars. They compromised quality over hurrying up, as though, lets get the job done quick. We get paid, and on our way. When you do a job, put it back the way it was. Not dangling for you to figure out and do. I personally dont like to be negative. Im sure yall got paid, when I cant even get our 50 dollars. All this truthfully happened. If you valued your costumer. Youd call me. I did my part. I went the extra mile when you cant for your costumer. Never got our check of 50.00. Im not done with yall yet. I dont want you to do this to other costumers. Thank you.

Fast and friendly service. After giving it several weeks to cure, one of my front windows has some bubbling. Havent had time to take it back to them to get fixed. Very professional though, Im sure they will back their work.

ClearView Glass is the pinnacle of customer service. From calling Fernando Inclan to the install man Jeff, the experience is worth while. Ive been a loyal customer on Clear View for the last 5 years, the the experience never diminishes.Fernando deals with the insurance claim and sets up the appointment and even asks if you would like a visor tint strip installed. THIS is ideal customer service, this makes the experience a true one stop shop. Other glass companies do not offer the additional tint strip and you have to schedule a separate appoint with a tint shop; waste of TIME!Jeff, always ask for Jeff, has the white glove approach in install. He always leaves my vehicle in the same or better condition. He has installed 7 of my windshields...lots of freeway driving. His average is 15 minutes to install my windshield on my Charger at my work.Keep up the great work Fernando and Jeff!

I had a chip in the windshield of my truck. I called and asked how much it would cost to fix it and they said no charge if I can come in before 3:00. I went in and they were able to fix it within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly. I definitely will recommend them to others.

First of they over charged me for removal of tint for two small windows and my rear window and to retint was 280?! After they say they gave me a 125 discount and the person who did my tint made a mess of the inside theres tint paper all over my carpets let alone on the side of my truck that is not coming off. Theres also gaps in my tint where Im pretty positive there shouldnt be. If I could give u no stars I would. Ill never go back of recommend there services to anyone.

After a rock hit my windshield on the highway, I was in need of a new one. After visiting a Clear View location they assisted me in communicating with my insurance and ordering the new part. Days later Al came to my residence to install it and overall it was a positive experience. They were on time, communicated when they were on the way and clear with what to do after it was installed. Overall, a good experience.

I called Clear View this morning to check pricing and availability to do a tint removal and lighter tint install on a car I bought yesterday. The prior tint was WAY too dark and I felt like it was hindering my vision so needed it replaced asap. I called Clear View around 9:15 am and they had an 11 am appt. They said it would take about 4 hours; it took less than 2 hours. Marc was great at explaining everything and Jessica (?) was great at the front desk. I also talked with Cynthia on the phone, I believe. Everyone was very professional and the tint looks great! Thanks, Clear View!

I did a lot of research before getting my tint job. Clear view glass had the highest rating online . I’m so satisfied with the quality of service I received. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even suggested what tint would look best on my car. I trusted their judgement and my car looks amazing! One of the staff named Roman noticed my front windshield was crack. He offered to give me a free UV Kit if I went through them when I filed my claim with my insurance. Which I did. Al came to my house one week later to install my front windshield . Al was very nice and professional . He even offered to help me put on new windshield wipers if I had them on hand. So I had Jaime C. And Jaime M. work on my truck 3 piece motor driven rear window and they did a great job. I first called the Ford dealership and a service technician told me that it was a really hard window to replace. They showed up at the very beginning of the window (pun intended) time frame I was given which was awesome. I would recommend Clearview to anybody, they have the best reviews and when everybody else said it would take two days to get it done, they did it the next day. They made a great team and Im not sure which ones Maverick and which one is Goose Ill let them arm wrestle for that, Im pretty sure Jaime was Maverick 😀

Had my windshield replaced after a rock cracked it. I had used them in the past and was very happy with their work so I returned. The ladies in the front are super nice. Martinez did my windshield, he did a great job and he was so fast, only took about an hour. I got a quote on window tinting and their prices are very reasonable! I have an appt tomorrow to get them done.
